First, congratulations on the year without tobacco.
I am secretly resolved to doing the same this year, for an actual whole year. Do not tell me, I am. It is a secret project after all.
Sorry to hear your RA is being a brat. Cannot even imagine how rough that can be, even having the generic arthritis. Not sure how much help it would be yet I have heard some positive to soaking in an Epsom salt bath for nearly everything under the sun. Worst case? You get to look like a raisin for a little while.
Yes, some even face those battles internally, deep where the I am lives. That dwelling spot is the heart if any are not aware. I have been dealing a good bit these past few weeks, stress, anxiety, worry all bottled up until it seeps out in a negative way. Got "stress stars", hand sized foam squeeze stars, today.
I was told to keep them as near as possible, use them liberally, use two if needed. Also got told, if I felt a need to be sure of reaching out. Kind of *chuckles* worries me, that the mental health adviser is concerned. Sorry, if I did not laugh it would not be life and living.
I also have nabbed some classical music from that you tube site.
One of the main skirmishes involved our dogs and asshole neighbors. We live in the county where there are no leash laws. But we need to pen or tie our dogs out to shelters, according to the neighbors wants via the sheriff & dog warden. *sighs* Yes, we've a pen built for them. They kept exiting it though and we got sidetracked money / time wise on how to get it built to avoid escapes. We let them enjoy being loose, within reason.
Guess dogs being dogs and chasing cars on a side country road clearly marked at 25 mph couldn't be stood by the locals. Oh well, I got them penned now. Got stress stars, too. It'll be okay.
