Yes got it at work but had yard work to get done after work so just now sat down with it. It seems lighter than the TC100W and hits way faster. With the TC I would mini hit then take my full hit but with this one it's just one hit and it delivers. I have not read anything (manual) just could not wait and will not have time till the weekend to play with it but the build quality is through the roof! Coming from $50 to $32 mods that is to be expected but they didn't miss a beat on this one. My Twisted2 and worse yet Sapor did not sit flush on my TC100W but sit flush on this mod.
Once I get to play with it over the weekend I'll post back but can tell right now this thing is going to rock.
Steve as far as the panels go I'm hoping for the red Abalone like HvyMtl but if that don't shake out I can get nice veneers local at woodworking stores or make my own because it's my hobby. The leather ones on the FB page of Lost Vape also look great!
Again I will post back after I have time to play with it more but so far I'm loving it.
Knew you'd love it. I myself had to schedule my yard work around the delivery lol. I haven't hooked it up to escribe yet but from what you're describing sounds like they set the punch. You'll see what I mean when you get in the software. Congrats on a wise purchase.

You will love the tm2. It goes great with this mod and the flavor is unreal.
In Escribe you can set the preheat power, preheat punch, and time limit (among lots of other things). That's one of the things I love about the DNA200 chip, with Escribe it's completely customizable to your individual preference. I'll stop before I start gushing . New here, just made an account for this thread. Got mine in the mail saturday. Installed 2 18650's and the screen briefly flashed "Lost Vape" and then shut off. Screen never came on again. Plugged into escribe, batteries reading at 0%. Unplugged, screen would not come on. Couldn't even vape it once. Currently waiting on an exchange from VapeNW. Extremely disappointed that I have to wait even longer after having it pre-ordered for 3 weeks.

There will always be some bad ones no matter what brand. At least you got it from vapenw. They took care of me recently with a DOA tank. That's where I got my efusion too.
Yeah, their customer service was very good, polite, prompt. Sent me a priority mail pre-paid label. I sent it out this morning and I will hopefully get my replacement before the end of the week. Really crossing my fingers...I swear I have the WORST luck with this kind of thing.
Hope it goes well. It's a great mod. My tank was the new ceramic from COV that has stellar ratings yet mine was DOA. That's not a tank you can just switch coils on so had to go back and they took care of it right away.
I'm not saying this is what happened but unless Lost Vape used a daughter board, the DNA200 chip doesn't really have reverse battery protection in the sence we think of. When the chip was designed it was made to be used with a 3s Lipo pack (which can only plugged in one way). So when using it without a daughter board (that provides reverse battery protection) you have to be careful to insert your batteries in the correct polarity. The chipset has a 25 amp fuse that will blow if you insert the batteries incorrectly (that's just one reason). The fuse basically separates the chip from the power source in case there is a problem.
PS I don't have this mod so if Lost Vape added a daughter board that provides reverse battery protection, ignore the post.

Yeah, I found this information doing some research on the board. However, I made certain to install the batteries correctly. I'm very OCD and careful about this kind of thing. If the fuse of which you speak ruptured, there was some other error at play. The device would not function from the moment I opened it. Really annoying
Just to be clear, I wasn't saying that's what happened. I posted it mainly for everyone that has one. I have a Hotcig DX200 that I also have the 2 x 18650 accessory battery pack for. I'm always a very cautious when changing batteries..

No I understand completely, and I appreciate it. Just upon doing my research, and before even installing the batteries, I had the knowledge of the board lacking reverse polarity protection, so in this case at least, I do not believe that was the problem.
If for any reason VapeNW gives you any trouble, Evolv will take care of you. They offer great customer service and will stand behind the board for a full year without trying to blame problems on the customer. It's actually quite refreshing in this day and age. Good luck my friend!

Thank you, I've heard they're pretty damn good. However, with Evolv wouldn't that involve me having to remove the chip myself and re-install it when receiving a replacement? Because if thats the case I'm screwed lol. I've been vaping for around 2 years and have owned many devices including a few DNA200's, however I have no experience with soldering electronics and such.
You are welcome. They like it if you do that but if you tell them when opening the ticket you aren't comfortable doing that, it's not necessary. Not everyone has a soldering iron or is comfortable using one. They understand that.

Always learn from your posts Steve and you may be correct. That is one thing I noticed that's different from my previous DNA's - the way this sled is set up looks more like some sort of standard set up rather than those that force the batteries to be inserted correctly. I think it would be easy to put the batts in wrong.

That's why the DNA200 Reuleaux has the rings around the positive posts. They work as a mechanical reverse battery protection (as I'm sure you know). The Hcigar VT133 is supposed to be using a daughter board offering reverse battery protection (I don't have that mod so I haven't confirmed that, but it's what Hcigar says on their site). I'm not sure if the Duo 133 is using a separate board so I figured it would be best to mention it. Better to be safe than without a mod (sorry) lol.

Yes I have two HCigar VT133 and I can confirm they do have a daughter board which the battery connections go through before going to the DNA200. The board is on the far right in this image.
Tried heating it until almost melt, hair dryer, blow torch. That sticker ain't coming off. Oh heck, I'll just put abalone on top of it.
Sorry to hear you are having a hard time removing the Carbon Fiber panels. While I was searching for an answer to an easy way to remove them I came across this video that shows how to change between the 3s Lipo pack and 18650 sled. I didn't watch it all so I'm not sure if it also deals with the panels. If it's already been posted, just ignore it.

I can post one later tonight if no one beats me to it that is the Mod I was using before I got this one. Off the top of my head I think the Duo is a little shorter, a little wider and is a little deeper but it's also lighter.

Ok I played Guinea Pig today and took off the carbon fiber panels at work. I'm and electrical tech so we have a micro scope at work so I could see what I was looking at big time.
There is a VERY small gap between the sticker and the milled aluminum plate. I started at the corner and worked my way along the top with an x-acto knife once I had the sticker loose I used the non sharp edge of the knife (top of the blade) to work the sticker up enough to get a good hold on it and just pulled it off. Easy job got them off in about 2 or 3 min....
One thing is if you have some sticker backing, something a sticker comes off of you can probably save the Carbon fiber panels mine retained 98% of the adhesive on the back so I can reuse them no problem. I would be willing to bet the Abalone will break taking it off and there is no way in heck you are going to save the veneer.
If you watch this video he has a great idea on using a different adhesive around the 10:25 mark.

Got mine 3 hrs ago. Build is top notch. Chip what can you say dna is superb. Stickers nah bad idea but can be dealt with and lead to more personalized mod. One negative is the battery sled is a little bit hard to see pos negative but a black sharpie will fix. Overall very happy so far.

I'm not sure this applies to the Efusion DUO 133, but I'm thinking it does, or should...
If you swap from the 3s LIPO to the 18650 sled, you will need to change the capacity, number of cells, as well as the battery discharge profile....
I would HOPE Efusion supplied those files for download to make it EASIER. I do not own the Efusion DUO, but I do have the Hotcig DX200, which is also a device that supports 3s LIPO as well as an 18650 option(does it a bit different, and in my opinion better, certainly much easier, and faster)... In any case when I switch between the 3s LIPO, and the 18650 I MUST use Escribe and at LEAST change the battery # of cells, and wh, or the device will NOT power on! It will only come on if I plug it into the usb port of the computer, OR is I HOLD the fire button down(only stays on WITH fire button pushed, release the button, it turns off). Once I change the settings, and upload them to the DNA200 it works fine.
One thing I am NOT sure of, IF you don't change/adjust the discharge profile, I don't think your battery meter will work correctly, and I don't think the device will charge properly either. I am also not certain that you will get the correct battery life, if this is not adjusted.....Again, I would hope efusion supplies the file... If NOT, someone could run the battery analyzer to get the correct values....Opinions?

Yes you can, but no need to, as you can just swap the batteries, then plug into the USB port, and as soon as you do, it will power on...then change settings, upload to DX20, and done...
