I usually just think up something that sounds like I might like it. Then I get the flavors I need and go from there. If you have lots of flavorings you are ahead of the game.

Oh wow.-. So sorry to hear that @Ms.Trixy I have a spinal Cord stimulator inside my back. If it wasn't for me having that I probably would go through that at times. Having this is the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Hope you day gets better.
