I can say.. the drop between 2-6% is not much and chances are you wont notice it as bad.. go for it, if you think you can take..

And speaking of small meet up, do you have vape meets in the upstate? Never been to one and have never heard of one happening in Columbia area at all. You upstate peeps always have better stuff going on than the midlands area.

good luck ! I tried this around christmas. was going to try and be at zero at the first of the year but didnt make it. lasted about a day lol. Im just not ready for that. still mentally addicted I think and dont really have a reason to quit nicotine right now. I stay between 3-6 mg

I'm not even convinced that nicotine is harmful in low doses. To be honest, it would be more a cost savings thing and one less thing to have to re-supply. Still have 240ml of 100mg in the freezer that I'll have to use up but that could last a long while.

Might try like Smokey Blue and have 3% and some 0% around to switch between as the mood hits.

In theory, cool idea. Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy what you want rather than getting misc stuff that would need to be shipped? Imagine getting it after months of waiting for it to be your turn, and then there's nothing that would be worth the cost of shipping it. I'm a realist, so just ignore me.

I gripe now and then about how FA doesn't make a flavor like that for their e-cig line. All the basic, plain cake flavorings from all the manufacturers have diacetyl/subs. That leaves us with two choices: forget about cake for now, or vape those flavorings anyway. 0.25% FA Pandoro is pound cake to add to fruit/cream; 0.5% is pound cake standalone. The flavoring contains 2% diacetyl, so when mixed like that the resulting liquid contains 0.01% as standalone and 0.005% as a major flavoring in a recipe. Those are the numbers to consider and/or compare to available alternatives.

There is a background cake-like flavor in FA's Tiramisu. I've messed around with that to bring out that vanilla cake flavor. I got this: http://vapingunderground.com/threads/hics-vanilla-mocha-cake.3176/ I don't think it's possible to entirely eliminate the remaining mocha-frosting part of it, but the boosted cake flavor could handle more additions of bolder flavors to further disguise the mocha.

To me it's more about throwing in extras and hoping someone else gets use out of them. Not so much what I get.

Thanks HIC. Definitely something to consider... It'd be nice to see a standalone cake flavor from FA. But for now I think I'll try the tiramisu since I'm getting it anyway. I definitely am turning into a FA junkie. I want them all! Every time I make an order I immediately see a new recipe with a flavor I didn't order...

I do this with someone here (don't want to name without asking, though nameless can speak out if they're cool with it. Lol), and it works well for us. It started as just a trade for flavors that we didn't want, but now we're onto samples of what we do like. If one of us has a flavor that we want to try before buying, we'll send a sample.

It's virtually impossible to figure out if someone is who they say they are, but since many have seen one another here and on ecf for the last few months, it gives (and maybe irrationally*) an inkling about with whom you'd be interested in trading. Of course, the first trade should be small to guarantee that you're not being taken.

* Make sure wllmc doesn't send pie or the flavor that must not be named. =P

For a 30ml bottle of Strawberries 'n' Cream, I used 3% Strawberry and 1% Fresh Cream. I can BARELY taste the Strawberry (though when I do it tastes pretty natural).

I was trying something out and mixed it at 3%. I had to increase it to 4% to work for me though. I think that was the lemon parfait recipe I was trying to make with strawberry, so it had other ingredients in it - not a total success flavorwise, but to my taste strawberry can go at a slightly higher percentage.

This probably won't help, but when mixing it with other flavors, sometimes I go 2%, and sometimes I go as high as 5%. Have you let it sit overnight? Sometimes the cream takes awhile to blend, and it could be having a muting effect. I'm sure HIC who'll chime in with better info.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if I was overpowering the Strawberry with Fresh Cream, or if I'd over- or under-loaded with Strawberry (not enough or too much flavoring, therefore muting it).

And yeah, it was pretty much just a shake'n'vape.

I was thinking of cutting back on Fresh Cream to .5% and possibly cutting Strawberry back to 2%.

I think a lot of people would use more than 3% standalone for FA Strawberry. My favorite chart shows people with preferences from 2-6%: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spr..._hQ6Fu8HdEwwR2dLRUJlVjlabEN1NG1ucktuUVE&gid=0

Try Strawberry standalone first to find your best percentage. I know it's a little bit of a hassle, but it's really useful to do that with any new flavoring. For Strawberry and Cream, take off 0.5-1% from your standalone percent, and substitute Fresh Cream (or Fresh Cream + Meringue, or Fresh Cream + Vanilla, or....)

I've (previously, repeatedly) vaped over 10% of TFA's Sour and Lorann Tart 'n Sour, and I just don't get a sour effect. Would it do any good to try matching the orange flavor and say to add that sour stuff 'to taste'? Seems like an incomplete recipe like that. I'm going to play with it a while, considering the acids available from Nude Nic to see if any of those taste sour to me. I DO taste sour if it taste a drop, just not in vapor.

Anyone have good luck with the various acids NN sells? Am I odd-guy-out for not detecting sour?

Yes, that's the one! It's a bit weird with strawberry, but it did get better when I increased the strawberry percentage.

umm.. tart & sour.. you ever used just drops of that?? like 2-4 per 10ml?

Sour.. same thing.. 2-4.. I wouldn't go over 6 drops.. and by drops.. I was using a syringe (1ml) minus the needle.. just a couple drops..

I'd try a good orange.. around 2-5%
2 creams.. staggered.. 2.5% for cream#1 and 5% for cream #2
some sweet&tangy around 5%
some em around 1-2%
some sour 4 drops
some tart & sour.. 2 drops

Speaking of Tic Tacs, I also got a box of Strawberry Fields flavor. There are 2 colors. The dark pink ones are strawberry with a sour center that may be strawberry-lemonade. None of us here likes them, especially because there's a strangely-textured layer right under the outer wax. The light pink ones are a little more interesting. The outer layer is Vanilla Classic (just like white Tic Tacs). There's FA Strawberry with perhaps a bit of mint, then the sour strawberry center. Hm, they're okay.

Maybe I'll make 'what strawberry tic-tacs ought to taste like', about 1% Vanilla Classic, 2% Anise, 3% Strawberry. That's gotta be better than the either of the real ones.
