No experience here with a cracked tank. I make sure Root Beer goes in glass. Don't worry about FA Banana or Cinamon. Maybe it's the low percentages FA uses or maybe the formulations but I don't think you should worry as long as you have glass available.

Thanks JXN - I don't really go in for the fruity flavors....I do mostly dessert and coffee - chocolate, vanilla, rum, cookie, cinnamon, etc... but would be good to know if I ever do decide I'd like a pina colada or something. :)

I've never had any problem with ANYBODY'S pina colada, and I've tried them all. Vaped margaritas and key lime pie too, no problem. ATM, I'm really into lemon (as in Pandoro. Thanks, HIC). Which tank is it? Bet FT will have replacement tanks for it.

it's the aqua v2...and yeah, they have plenty of replacement tanks but I'd rather not crack it and then have to wait weeks for a replacement if I can help it... it does come with an ss tank but I don't like not knowing how much juice I have left - dry burns are horrid.
I've been spoiled with glass tanks and not having to worry about any flavor at all.

You'd think they'd all come in glass nowadays....what is this 1923? :D

Seems plastic is more "cost effective."

Hey anybody have a FA recipe for Strawberry milk something like Mother's Milk or Unicorn Milk do not care if it is a clone but just a good milky strawberry flavor I prefer all FA but at least mostly FA. Thanks. Going to finally get the money together for first DIY order this weekend and definitely want to mix this. It has become my favorite ADV, I have had a few different variations at B and M's and have enjoyed them all.

Go to the DIY recipes thread and search for posts by LadyRed69. She posted several last year, as well as a slew of other clones.

Gumroad.com/hic has a strawberry milk recipe for huge amount of 3 bucks lol. And it's pretty spot on! (Just kidding about the huge amount.) It is totally worth the 3 bucks.

I'll be using a 10% EM crystal solution for the Cotton Candy. I hope that doesn't matter as they are supposed to be the same.
I have a 10% EM solution as well. But either I didn't make the solution correctly or I'm unsure on how to use it, because it doesn't taste like cotton candy to me. Just tastes sweet.

It's me again - and this IS an FA related question I promise...:D ... I have all glass tanks at the moment... but was looking at one that is acrylic.... has anyone had any experience with a flavor cracking a tank? (FA flavors, that is since that's pretty much all I'll be using)
I've been looking around and haven't found anything...except for an old post that said tiramisu does. which is interesting. I thought it was only fruity types that did it.
But just want to be sure.

HIC's Tiramisu Cheesecake is one of my absolute favorites, and I've run a lot through a Kanger T3 or T3S with no problems at all (even after adding extra Tiramisu) :)

Thank you for the response :)

If the tiramisu doesn't do it, then I think I'll be safe.....
other than that, trial and error I suppose
Thanks again.

Tiramisu won't hurt even crappy, thin, cheap-o plastic tanks. None of FA's coffees or chocolates will. I actually tested some of my favorite flavors (full strength) once. Full strength Cola will crack plastic. Anise was suspect, and one of the lime flavors.

But the GLUE used to hold some tanks together can be more sensitive than the plastic! Lots of flavors (applied full strength) caused leaks at glued seams, including Mango, Cardamom, Peppermint, Mad Fruit, all the Citrus flavors, Kiwi...there were other fruits.

Now I just use glass most of the time. My partner still uses plastic a lot, including recipes with 3-4% Lemon Sicily and 3% Strawberry, never with any trouble.

With the variety of glue and plastic formulations available, you may get different results. Better glue can hold up to some of the flavors I mentioned. None of FA's flavors cause that instant seize-and-melt reaction with plastic/rubber syringes that some flavorings from other manufacturers do.

That's a great share @HeadInClouds . It was just this morning a friend of mine and I were discussing a "Radiator Pluid" clone that is high in Anise FA and Absinthe TFA. We are both concerned with the plastic see through ring in our Kayfuns getting cracked or etched.

Great info HIC, thanks!- I've tried fruity vapes and they're just not my thing, even though I love eating actual real fruit....so I'll stick to using only coffee/chocolate/cookie in that particular device.

Speaking of which, I was looking at my flavors and haven't had Irish cream/coffee in a while! That irish cream is soooooooo good.

I wish I could contribute a good recipe to you guys, but I just don't have the recipe gene. :(

I just wish FA would come out with a pumpkin flavor.
My life would almost be complete with that.
Oh and graham cracker.
And maybe oatmeal.
:D

...and macadamia, pecan, cranberry, peanut butter, vanilla cake, pie crust without apple, nutmeg, white chocoate, Cool Whip, molasses, brown sugar...
...radish, celery, matzo, and "tastes like chicken"...

(You know they have that in their kitchen line, right?)
No, I didn't. I see they have celery and a boiled chicken and a roasted chicken. No matzo or radish. Have you tried them?

Can you imagine the awesome key lime pie you could make with Kewl-Wippp? I'd put that @#$@ in everything.
Aw, HIC. Now I'm craving key lime pie! And yes, definitely with Kewl-Wippp (vs. meringue)!

...yeah, the dumb, stupid things CA govt spends their money on. Money we don't have, no less. :(

Hello everyone..I need some advice on using FA flavorings.....I usually do my own NET extractions...I extract from tobacco steeped in PG, this extraction once filtered I've been mixing at about 12 to 13%.....I would like to add other flavors to my tobacco juice with thingsl like rum, or apple or whiskey,or blackberry, but I have no clue about what kinds of % to use......I keep running into posts that say FA has to be mixed at much lower % than other flavorings or it will taste like muck....so I thought I'd beg help from anyone who has some experince with FA or people who have experince with mixing FA to produce a flavored tobacco juice.

hey pulse :) I have never tried NET tobaccos but I would assume from mixing that to achieve what you want you will have to lower your % on the NET's and use the FA anywhere from 1-3%. little example I like capellas cappuccino around 10-15 % thats so much flavoring ha. but I like it that way. I could never mix it that way though, it would over power everything. so I might try the cappuccino at maybe 5-8% and a couple % whatever FA flavor. the more flavors you add the more you have to play with it. it doesnt really matter what goes up and what goes down just adjust everything the way you like it. want more rum add more rum or leave the rum the way it is and lower the tobacco.

A few of them are like that, that's why I get my 1ml and 3ml syringes from eBay 100 at a time. ;)

No,NET juices tend to be so much better than artifical flavorings, also making your own NET allows you to make an extract of any tobacco, cigar, pipe or cigarette tobacco you want. Thanks for your advice about the flavorins I was thinking of using 10% tobacco and 3% blackberry

Oh, don't do that unless you want to vape perfume NET! Forest fruit, bilberry, even blackcurrant (probably 2% or less on any of those) - but you really don't want to add 3% FA Blackberry. If you use it at all, please try it standalone 1% first, before you use your NET.
curious, have you tried NET's HIC?

Learned that the hard way! Made a custard with 3% Capella blackberry, 12% TFA v2 and the blackberry would knock you down! Strong stuff!

Anyone have a link or a pic of one these scales? Syringe works OK but the clean up is a pain. I just want to mix and vape, not mix and clean and vape lol. (Ya I'm lazy, I know)
