What I meant was I can't switch em to FA Green Apple if there is no such animal.;)

I've never eaten a Fuji apple and have no idea if they are sweet, sour or what.

I really don't get any sour, or sweet, with FA Fuji Apple, it's just a strong apple flavor that seems neutral IMO.

TFA Green Apple

CAP Green Apple
http://www.bullcityvapor.com/green-apple-cap/

But it sounds like these 2 are a bit less potent and not as sour as the FW, by some of the reviews at ECX.

If FA don't have one I'll stay with what I have. Like I said, they like it. I'm just trying to switch to as much FA as I can.

Hi everyone, is there a source other than Bull City for ordering original label flavors from FA in the US? Sometimes there is a big difference between the two. In my case the original version of 7Leaves Ultimate tastes far better than the bulk. The color is also different.

As far as I know nobody else in the US sells the original bottles. But there should be no difference assuming the flavoring bottle was properly shaken before poured into your smaller bottle - and assuming the expiration date was the same. When I buy from BVC I buy the rebottled version, because those FA tops often leak in transit.

Has anyone else noticed a difference between original and rebottled versions? This has happened to me twice, on two separate orders - both from MFS. My original version was from BCV, and it's just right !! It can't be from lack of shaking because the rebottled version changes color after mixing, and the original does not.

I've ordered both from BVC in the past - no difference at all. As I said, it may be that one batch is older or they didn't shake the original (big) bottle enough, giving you less concentration of a certain component.

I've never ordered from MFS, so i don't know.

Nicotine River sells 60mls from what understand, not sure about larger, but I think those are re-bottled, too.

Not to argue, but neither shaking nor age can explain why the rebottled version changes color after mixing.
The original stays the same regardless of age. I need to add, I have not had this experience with any other flavor than 7Leaves Ultimate - my favorite vape.

Any chance you're using a different brand of nic?
That's exactly what I was thinking. What nic is being used?.

I have tried several brands of nic with identical results - the rebottled turns yellow, the original stays the same. And they taste different....

I used to vape pre made 7Leaves from EcBlend, and they did mention some batches may turn green occasionally (not yellow as I am experiencing). Their explanation had something to do with harvest time for tobacco leaves - total nonsense since 7Leaves is synthetic.

Yep, I've gotten rebottled from some companies that just isn't right. If their huge bottle isn't well mixed when they dose it into bottles, you can end up with something very different than it should be. Ditto if their huge bottle isn't fresh. Just sayin... And tobacco flavorings from FA can indeed vary in color. It's my understanding that some of them use real tobacco extracts; I don't know if that's one of them.

Huh? I go to BCV all the time after work so I'm guessing you live pretty near.

Sorry folks! Not a stalker but I've been reading here trying to pick up tips and tricks to use my favorite FA flavors and this post just jumped out at me! I've not been diying long so I guess you could say I'm still a newbie. Be gentle please!

I actually live way out near Wake Forest, but I work in RTP. So yep, I hit 'em up on my lunch break when my order's ready. 10 minute drive from the office. Great bunch of folks there!

I've been back about 40 pages reading and gleaning all the good info I can. I have about three things I want to post about but for now I'll just pick one. I ordered 12 more FA flavors and a liter of NicSelect 100mg. Question: If you have used NicSelect, what is your opinion of it? The reason I ask is I've been reading about the VT Nic and I know most people love it and I'm sure that I will eventually get some of it. Just would like to hear what some of you might think of the NicSelect.

I guess what I should have said is that I don't do fruits much but I supply some for friends. Does the NicSelect have a peppery taste in fruits?

I use NicSelect from Nicotine River and it is clean tasting with no pepper.
Thanks, I haven't had any complaints but want to do the best I can for my friends.

This may not be the place for this but I think it's worth telling. I have allergy problems with the pollen every year but this year was the worst ever or so I thought. I went through about 6 weeks thinking I was going to choke to death. I finally went to the doctor and he put me on steroids and antibiotics. I went through all that and it didn't help at all.

My wife had mentioned several times that my vape might be causing problems. In my mind I said, " Aw, leave me and my vaping alone you smoker." Or something like that. Anyway I got to thinking. About 7 weeks ago I noticed I had a lot more VG than PG so I decided to try about 70% VG instead of my normal 40%. So a couple of days ago I went to my man cave and mixed up a batch at about 30% VG. Guess what. No more problem.

Moral of the story: Listen to the Queen once in a while.

Just depends on other components inn the mix. Sometimes just overnight and sometimes a week or more myself.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

From what I've experienced it really only needs 24hrs, if that even.
Many using FA flavors are shake & vape, even with Vanilla & Cream.
Well, as long as your not using it at 10% stand alone:zombie:.
Agreed. It can be shake and vape, depending what else is with it!

Watermelon and Strawberry aren't bad. Would like to get a little something more going though.

Just curious, how long does everyone here usually let FA Fresh Cream steep? A week?

I'm still well back in the thread and picking up some great information and I am really really thankful.

Now I'm interested in mixing by weight and will be in search of a good scale. I've never used an online calculator in my mixing but if I start mixing by weight I think I will make use of one. Is there a good calculator I can download to my laptop that can be used without having to be online? Peace, Love and Gratitude

I've heard about this one a lot. Very popular. It's downloaded. I do all my juice work in an apartment outback that I built for my Mom. She passed in 2006. It is now pretty much dedicated to my vaping stuff and my wifi does not allways reach back there. As always, I appreciate any help.

I do, but no data plan.
This app won't require data after you download on your phone, so you can download it on Wi-Fi and then use it anywhere. I did do the$1.99 to get the full version which really just made it so that I could have unlimited recipes and batches. I've really enjoyed this app alot. Well worth getting. I mix by weight also and it was not easy to find a good app that supported weight mixing.

Scale is ordered. I use squeeze bottles for my bases so I may only use scales for measuring flavors, but who knows? I like the idea of avoiding syringe washing. I'm truly amazed how much this thread and the people in it have helped. Things are getting mo betta all the time.:)

I have a friend who is buying Peppermint from a vendor. I ordered some, should be here Tuesday. What would be a good percentage to try as a stand alone at 50/50? I will do some searching for a good peppermint mix too. Thanks

I find the peppermints to be really strong for me so I'd start around 2% myself.

I did some searching, and most stand alone recipes start at 2-3%. I'm sure some others will chime in to help.

Thanks, I was thinking I saw 3% for peppermint back in the thread somewhere but looking back I couldn't find it.

Oh, I should have asked if it might be a shake and vape or will it need steeping.

I just normally give everything a minimum of 24hrs, but you can try it straight away, just be sure it's mixed well first.
