I fill mine up the same way, but in 60ml bottles. Wrap them in bubble wrap, then in ziplocs and write all the info on the ziploc. Mine's in PG. When I see I'm getting low while mixing, I set out the next bottle in my cabinet where I keep all my stuffs.

I do the same. And I also keep around 120mls 100mg in the fridge ready to mix. Then I realized I was getting through my premixed 60mls too quickly, so I filled up two diet tonic bottles (10ounces each) with premixed nic at 7mg/ml, and I keep these in the fridge also! I'd keep them just with my other mixing supplies, but a) they're in clear glass bottles, and b) it can often get to 100 degrees here in the summer, and even with the a/c on it can sometimes get very warm in the kitchen, particularly when I have the oven on!

Hey disco - did you mix your Tropicana to make a vape version?
I got some inspirations here: http://www.lakewoodjuices.com/products Under 'Organic Blends' they list many. Click any one to see their ingredients. Black Dragon sounds interesting. Their Mangosteen is 50% mangosteen juice, 50% a blend of TEN other fruits they list. You can vape it to see if it's worth buying the real juice, lol!

I have been on a tobacco trip these last few days trying to convert some newbies to vaping, they want the sweet taste of tobacco (We all been there :)) Wow HIC you found a gold mine with this one...Just looking at the Pina Colada along with the pineapple and coconut they added white grape and cherry.. I am going into the lab today will let you know how these fruit mixes turn out. For some reason white grape always shows up in blends, whats with that? Just put an order for some FA white grape they have it on sale at ecigx this should be fun.

I dont know what everyone else is doing with their nic but what I do is a soon as I get nic I shake it up good and split it up right away into amber glass. 120 ml jars and a handful of 15 ml jars that hold pretty close to 20 ml filled to the top. I put a strip of tape around the cap and glass to kinda seal it . I doubt that serves a purpose but thats what I do . then they get labels and in the freezer they go . I only ever have 20 ml of nic out at a time. 20 ml of nic last pretty close to a month ish. once I use up my 20 ml nic jars they get washed , dried and filled with nic from the 120ml and the cycle begins again. mine is all VG, never tried the pg nic. I havent noticed the pink color everyone talks about but they are in amber glass so I cant really see it anyways.

Right now, the bulk of my nic is in our freezer, but I have a 30mL bottle out for mixing. I don't have any amber 15mL bottles or any 15mL bottles with polycone caps (only drippers), but once we get some money, those will be on my list. We mix at 3mL or 6mL, so it takes a while to get through a 30mL bottle, so I think 15mL bottles is a great idea! My husband only goes through 1.5-2mL of juice a day, and I go through about 1.3mL of nic a week. That's a long time for 30mL of nic to be out, even if it is in amber glass bottles.

I should probably start refrigerating it between mixing sessions, though...right now it's just in an amber bottle tucked away in a box. We keep our house pretty cool.

Lately, I've been mixing VG based nic to 3% in a 120ml cobalt blue bottle that I keep with my flavorings in a dark cool room. Rest of nic sealed in ziplock freezer bag, in bubble wrap. Every couple weeks I thaw nic in the fridge overnight and mix another 120ml of 3%.

It's WL nic too and I'm eager to try VT when it finally runs out. Luckily I've been happy with it and don't have anything to compare with other than the reviews here.

Do you guys freeze or fridge your VG/PG? I have not been, and haven't had troubles...was just curious.

thanks @wllmc i was wondering how you all handle the nic, need some glass now lol

also i figured out last night steeping does A LOT for the juices ive mixed with VT nic and FA.. 3-4 days theyve been steeping and they are completely changing colors and that kind of "fresh" VT taste goes away and all you taste is goodness. still freshly mixed it tastes good but steeped it taste like it should imo

Okay today will go one of two ways. Either the wife and I will go to the grand opening of a craft brewery downtown, or I'll have time to experiment with DIY. Good stuff either way it goes!

No matter what, I'll be ordering more flavorings tonight so I can try out HICs brilliant idea on replicating fruit juice blends.

I have been wanting a vape that tastes like this:

http://nakedjuice.com/our-products/juice/green-machine

Not sure how to replicate the notes of broccoli, wheat grass, spirulina, parsley, chlorella, etc...

I supposed I could start with the apple, banana, mango, kiwi, pineapple and see how that goes.

Also, are there any tricks to make a vape taste/feel more like a puree than a regular fruit juice?

My daughter and I used to buy that juice all the time - delicious :) If I remember correctly, though, it just tasted like a delicious fruit juice so maybe you can just replicate it using the fruit flavors? I think that maybe making it all VG would give a slightly thicker mouth feel?

I buy 2 of the half gallon size each week at the grocery store. Need to get my fruits and veggies in! I also drink a lot of the V8 Fusions. It does taste mostly like a fruit puree but I certainly do detect the "green" ingredients notes. Maybe a tiny bit of cucumber to add a vegetable note? I always use 100%VG :)

Yep, I'd follow the same ratios of those fruit flavors, as they list them on that link. I think those other ingredients are there more for the nutrients than the flavor.

Puree instead of juice...to me, puree is stronger, and probably less likely to include cheaper apple/whitegrape/pear juice. Just stick with ones that list the ingredients, and the flavor will match up pretty well. I keep the total flavors under or around 3%, some might like more. I've done all the ones I had in the cupboard and freezer, and were pretty good matches on the first try. The ones with pomegranate are especially good.

Hey, time to drag out the tomato-juice-tasting FA Ripe Tomato. Some Zen Garden for the green oregano/basil flavor. Too bad this one is in an oil base: http://flavourartexpress.biz/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=928 lol!

Cucumber is quite mild and has a distinct green note to it, for the skin. It's also a bit watery and sweet, for the insides. So yeah, I'd say that would be good. Black Pepper could be good in there too, it does kind of thicken up the texture a little, once steeped.

what fruit flavors are your favorite so far ?

I like different mixes of Strawberry, Peach, Blueberry....... The simple Apple recipie of yours I mixed yesterday has not left my tank since my first vape.

I wish I had a great Bannana.....and the FA banana is good, but too light. (TFA Banana makes me gag) I would also like a good watermelon.... and its good in FA as well, but too light as a single flavor.

I seem to want to vape any fruit I buy normally in a grocery store .

I havent experimented much with banana and watermelon.....just stand alone tests.

I wonder what percent "a hint of pinapple" would be...:D

Hmm...Mix pineapple flavor with VG at 10%/90%. Then try adding one drop at a time until I can just barely detect it?o_O That's the fun part! :)

You just add some cream to banana to make it have that full mouth feel, and with the watermelon a small percent of cherry or strawberry will fill out the taste. just enough so that you cant taste them will make the watermelon shine..

I've heard raspberry pops watermelon. I like the banana watermelon combo idea you inadervtantly posted @Thunderball lol. Add a cream? Smoothie!

Yeah it would make a premium sell able product....Watermelon Banana Cream.....made of:

Watermelon
Banana
Cream
Chery/Rasberry
Vape Wizard

and give it a catchy name like Cave Water or something

guys i have a question. i just started mixing and im doing max vg with flavour art (just single flavors for now) and VT nic base.. does this stuff even need to steep? i just mixed some and it taste great, does it get even better than this?? im in love already :D

mix a batch and split it, use some right away and let the other half steep for a couple weeks and taste. I made a chocolate raspberry custard that tasted like chemicals at first, 3 weeks later it was freaking vape heaven!

i made a few flavors and even after 4 days i can taste a good difference, VT nic has a "new car smell" thing going on when you first mix it but when it goes away after a few days the goodness flows. ill probably start steeping for a few days before i vape it

A tiny bit of raspberry seems to make strawberry pop a bit too, I have not tried it yet with watermelon. Another thing on the list of DIY to do list. :)

I'm working on a nutty apple tobacco. It's something like this: (all FA ofc)
fuji 2% (one of the main flavors here)
walnut .5% (one of the main flavors, this is pretty strong, especially after a few days)
maxx blend 1.5% (adds a bit of tobacco, vanilla and caramel)
oakwood .5% (goes well with fuji and the tobacco)
cinnamon 1% (goes well with fuji)
I like it a lot so far, but I will probably add some coconut to make it a bit creamier.

Banana 12 original FA bottle drops (roughly 3.5%)
Fuji Apple 6 FA bottle drops (roughly 1.5+%)
Vienna Cream 1.5%
Cookie 1%
Caramel 1%
Cinnamon Ceylon .75%

Yes, I used drops for the first two ingredients because I was feeling lazy. This is not a finished recipe but is pretty good and sweet. I can barely detect the fuji but I believe that it has made the banana "pop". This is the strongest I have tasted FA banana so far. I think I might lower the banana to 2% next time and see if the fuji shines through a little more.

I think its the fuji. If you have banana and fuji just play with those two.

I did this
3.5% FA Banana
2% FA Fuji
.5 FA raspberry
.5 FA watermelon
.5 FA fresh creme
.5% FA cookie
Anything with cookie or creme I need to steep a couple days. Smells good. will tell in 2 days

.

Yeah. Who waits? SHAKE AND VAPE IMMEDIATELY. VAPE IT BEFORE YOU'RE EVEN DONE MIXING IT! I'm only half joking. I honestly only give a fresh mix a 30 second bath, shake, and test it immediately. The excitement is just too much to handle. I made 3 test mixes today. All vaped within 3 minutes of mixing. The longest part of the wait is rewicking my dripper.
