So.. I've been feeling a little fruity today:p lovin the Forest Fruit but not real sure what to do with it. I mixed it up with some orange and think it's pretty tasty.

Orange Berries
2% Forest Fruit
2% Orange
0.5% Mandarin

Looking for any thoughts, ideas or adjustments to make this "Top Drawer" ;)
I recently mixed a testor of forest fruit. I was on the fence about the stand alone flavor. The wife liked it. I like lighter fruits it seems.

Your combo sounds good . I think I'm gonna try it.

" I'll be your Huckleberry". :)

I think they named it well.... Forest fruit. Because it's a bit of a dark flavor to me

Maybe put some of that crazy cactus of wllmc's in there....,, j/k

"From 1910 to 1914, Dr Pepper was identified with the slogan, "King of Beverages." "Old Doc," a typical country doctor character with monocle and top hat, became the Dr Pepper trademark character in the 1920s and 1930s. During that era, research was discovered proving that sugar provided energy and that the average person experiences a letdown during the normal day at 10:30a.m., 2:30p.m. and 4:30p.m. A contest was held for the creation of an ad using this new information. The winner of the ad campaign came up with the famous advertising slogan, "Drink a bite to eat at 10, 2, and 4." Dr Pepper's slogan in the 1950s was "the friendly Pepper-Upper," which led the brand into the 1960s when it became associated with rock and roll music and on Dick Clark's American Bandstand TV show." http://www.drpeppermuseum.com/About-Us/History-Of-Dr--Pepper.aspx

Owensboro, KY is home to the HUGE BBQ festival every year. Most of my mom and dad's families all live there. All of their kitchens are stocked with Dr. Pepper. I vaguely remember "pepper upper" maybe a magnet or something? old calendar? from my grandparents kitchen, all the "I'm a Pepper" commercials growing up... some of what Rygon typed took me back. Those were some good fun days..... miss 'em. That was fun to read @RyGon, thanks.

When I first read the recipe posted @wllmc's Dr. F'n Pepper, I was at lunch, drinking a diet Dr. Pepper.

Flowerpots......... not sure. I know she was in the process of selling her home? Heard she's good. Miss her.
RocketPuppy......... battling 16 and 17 year olds. She's a teacher. I think looking for the groove, still. Miss her, too.
Bryon got married. 'Nuff said.

Since I put this out here I've felt compelled to work on it a bit. I mixed it a few different ways and think I found a better balance. It seemed to need something else so I tried some rum and it was okay but not really what I was looking for.

Orange Berries
3% Forest Fruit
1% Orange
1% Mandarin
1% Almond

The percent of Almond may be a little much along with the total percent of flavoring but I think it's pretty good.

Looks like that would make a good tart, too! I like the flavor combo. I've been playing a bit with orange, myself, lately.

Did it get more potent overnight? I just mixed this up and it's fairly light tasting. It's good.

I had to use TFA toasted almond....I have FA on order. I don't think my TFA is a good sub at 1 %

If it stays light, I will up the percentages for my taste buds.

The Forrest fruit and the oranges seem pretty evenly matched on your mix.

I read the descriptions of forest fruit on two different sites. They really don't say, although both sites show pictures of raspberries, cherries, blue or bilberries and black berries.

If I were to mix these four fruits together I would not come up with the flavor that is forest fruit I would not imagine. There is something darker and subdued that is lurking in the flavor. It's not sweet either.

This is just my taste buds talking so take what I'm saying with a grain if salt. I could be the only person in this entire thread that thinks forest fruit is .... Meh

I'm vaping one of willmc's raspberry and watermelon mixes and it makes the rasberry just superb. I don't taste rasberry In forest fruit at all.

It's certainly not in my top fruit mixes.

Don't let me deter you from ordering though. My wife likes it.

Yeah, I think so but I could say the same for most everything I mix so...

Your right, those two are different animals. FA Almond is more like an extract, it really seemed to go with that orange flavor. It made want to do some kind of a orange almond vanilla juice of it's own.

Custard? I like Forest Fruit a lot, but I like it better with creamy-sweet-something added.

That 'darker' one is black currant. You can make forest fruit out of other FA flavors ;)

I was informed we have only 12 more Fridays until Christmas.
Hmmm.... I want HIC's tastebuds for Christmas this year!
Truly. I tried to make a Christmas pudding liquid last night. Totally missed the cakey part, and the dark raisin currant part. FA black currant is no the answer. :-/

Would anyone vape a flavor like these (black pepper and bourbon caramels)?
I can't decide if that sounds intriguing or gross.

I think I would less the bourbon. I've not vaped any of the liqueur infused juices yet. I have shied away from them so far.

Who knows , it may be like coconut. I don't like to eat coconut but it's a great vape.

The caramel and heavy cream have me a bit intrigued

So Are you thinking about it ?

This is a very agreeable evening vape for my overworked taste buds:

1% FA Papaya
1% FA Coconut
1% FA Banana
1% FA Pineapple

I like every possible pair from that group, and they blend together very pleasantly.
Coconut is a good one to add to fruit blends; it adds creaminess, so you don't have to.

OK. Anyone know who has an oat or oatmeal flavor? Google is coming up with nothing. Well, there is one company, Mission Flavors, but they look sketchy, and there's no info on what's in their flavors, or what the carrier is. I NEED OATS!

http://www.ecigexpress.com/oats-by-flavors-express-10ml.html For me, it was not particularly good. It does taste more like oatmeal than just oats...I wanted oats for desserty crumble and got oatmeal so it may be right for you.

Well WL keeps running out of the flavors I want ugh anyone know the absolute must haves for TFA?o_O
Brown Sugar Extra, Cheesecake GRAHAM CRUST, Red Hots, Holiday Spice? or is it Cinnamon Spice?, Acetyl Pyrazine (5%) if you use VapersTek nic and want to make HIC's chocolates,... what am I missing here? I don't have that many that I use frequently. Order direct from TFA for better options with all the side notes for custard notes and diacetyl.

WL is out of the graham crust and acetyl stuff uhg and I so like them because you get twice the amount of flavoring for the same price as at TPA:oops: oh and vanilla swirl too is out:eek: I am just a bit grumpy don't mind me lol;)

I'd wait for more people to chime in on flavors I know I've forgotten before you click the checkout button. HIC, wllmc and Thunderball would have more experience with these.

I generally order them in larger bottles than WL has, though. ALSO............... Bull City Vapor carries them. You can choose your quantity, too.

I bought the 4 mil trial bottles? from TPA I think they were $1.40..but I did this because I had no idea what I was doing lol, if I could go back I would have gone with larger amounts.

I did the same to see how often I'd use some flavors. I still have some of those, others I've gotten in 30ml. I have a 120ml of vanilla swirl that I've not even opened yet. I used to love that one. It's good, but I like other flavors better.

I have a bunch of 5 mil bottles of FA from eliquid mart so I could try them all out but, they seem like they will last a long time. The only one of TPA I have put a dent in is the Cheesecake Graham Crust, and it's not a very big dent lol.

After I order all the FA flavorings I want I could not afford to buy bigger TFAs lol so I went through TPA site for only 6 and will order bigger bottles later, the TPA site is good for ordering bigger bottles from.:p
