Nature and your own body can be some of your best medicines—when you know how to strategically tap into their power.

Supporting your body's methylation pathways is a fantastic place to start (learn more in this week’s blog), and so is boosting your levels of glutathione, the “Master Antioxidant” that plays a vital role in detox, energy, and DNA repair (see the latest podcast episode).

If you’re on a healing journey, it’s time to explore all the available paths—especially the ones not paved by conventional medicine. Sometimes, the greatest breakthroughs are found on the “dirt roads” that lead to true, integrative healing.
That’s exactly why we created the Healing Diva Retreat, happening this October 5–10 in Boise, Idaho. It’s a 5-day immersive experience designed to help you go deeper with your healing—body, mind, and spirit.

If you’re ready to recharge, connect, and take your next steps toward vibrant health, this is your invitation.

Pedal to the metal…let’s go!

Podcast Spotlight: The Glutathione Revolution with Dr. Nayan Patel

The “Master Antioxidant” your body can’t thrive without? Glutathione.

In this week’s Wellness Warriors podcast, De’Ann speaks with Dr. Nayan Patel—a global authority on glutathione and author of The Glutathione Revolution.
Dr. Patel breaks down why this master antioxidant is essential for healing, detoxification, and energy—and why many popular forms of supplementation simply don’t work.

You’ll also learn how oxidative stress fuels chronic disease (including cancer), how to naturally boost your body’s production of glutathione, and how Dr. Patel’s patented delivery system is changing the game for patients around the world.

We’re excited to spotlight Magnesium Ease in this episode. Magnesium plays a key role in lowering oxidative stress and supporting the body’s natural glutathione production—making it an ideal complement to Dr. Patel’s approach.

FEATURED CALL TO ACTION

On July 1, we celebrated a historic victory: Florida became the first state to ban public water fluoridation statewide. This win was born from grassroots momentum: 29 local victories across Florida where communities rallied around a simple truth: water should hydrate, not medicate. Today, children in schools and in playgrounds across Florida are drinking cleaner, safer water.

This issue is not fringe, it’s foundational. A federal court has now deemed fluoridated water an unreasonable risk to human health, especially for pregnant women and formula-fed infants. The case, brought by the Fluoride Action Network (FAN), inspired all of this change. But the EPA’s response has been to spend nearly a decade fighting against the very science it claims to uphold. Instead of heeding the court’s findings, the agency is now wasting taxpayer dollars to overturn them.

Why must we end fluoridation?
Freedom to care for ourselves and our families starts with informed consent, a core medical ethic that water fluoridation flagrantly violates. The COVID-19 era showed Americans what happens when that ethic is ignored. Today, millions of Americans, across political lines, see clearly: health freedom is not partisan. It’s personal. It’s people versus central authority. And the fluoride fight is one frontline in that broader battle.

Is it safe?
Most local officials are shocked to learn that the fluoride added to drinking water is not naturally occurring. It’s a chemically treated industrial byproduct, often imported and contaminated with heavy metals. It’s not pharmaceutical grade. And it’s not safe.

Studies now show cognitive harm from fluoride at the very levels deemed “optimal” by U.S. authorities. The CDC has produced no credible data proving this chemical is safe for the human brain, at any level. In 2024, the National Toxicology Program issued a landmark report linking fluoride exposure to reduced IQ. As Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stated: “There is a direct correlation between the amount of fluoride in your water and your loss of IQ.”

You can help end fluoridation in America.
At Stand for Health Freedom, we’re helping citizens take action state by state, county by county, city by city. Our free toolkit shows exactly how we achieved 29 local wins, and helped inspire Florida’s statewide ban. With the right support, your community could be next.

Act Now: Stop the EPA’s Appeal
The EPA is expected to file its appeal on July 18. Use our action center today to urge Administrator Zeldin to stand for health, not bureaucracy and to stop the appeal. Only the EPA has the authority to issue a national ban on this outdated practice.

This is the vigilance our founders warned us would be required. And this is our sacred duty: to protect future generations from government overreach disguised as public health.

On July 22nd at 3:00pm ET, Dr. Eric Zielinski is going LIVE with Better Way Health CEO, Reggie Black.

In their new masterclass, “The Missing Link Between Your Microbiome, Gut Health & Immune System,” they’ll uncover how a well-regulated immune system is the Golden Key to your gut wellness.

Why is the link between your gut and immune system so important?

Because your gut is home to 70% of your immune system, and gut imbalances can trigger fatigue, inflammation, poor digestion, and more.

What most people don’t realize is that a 5,000-year-old yeast-derived compound is now backed by over 216,000 studies.

In fact, top institutions like Harvard, Mayo Clinic, and Tulane have studied this unique supplement…

And researchers at the University of Louisville found it to be 160x more effective than Vitamin C for immune modulation.

That compound is Beta Glucan, and it also…

🌿 Strengthens the gut lining and nourishes beneficial gut flora
🌿 Helps reduce symptoms of leaky gut, irregularity, and sluggish digestion
🌿 Promotes immune balance starting from the gut
🌿 Supports brain clarity by addressing the gut–brain axis
Don’t miss this powerhouse masterclass from Dr. Zielinski and Reggie Black - it’s going to be packed with insights you can’t afford to miss!

PLUS: You’ll get to ask your biggest gut questions and have them answered by Dr. Zielilnski and Reggie during the live Q&A.

The Missing Link Between Your Microbiome, Gut Health & Immune System, airing Tuesday, July 22nd at 3:00pm ET

Hey there Jimi,

How fast is your heart aging?

It may sound like an odd question, but according to a recent study, it’s one that we should all be asking ourselves—one that could offer insight into just how quickly our bodies are aging and breaking down.

Researchers from the University of East Anglia have found a way to use MRIs to examine the heart to calculate biological aging.

The scientists used the MRI to measure the strength and size of the various chambers that make up the heart, then created a formula that could effectively calculate the “functional age” of a heart based on their measurements. To be certain they got it right, they compared their calculations against healthy hearts.

It turns out their formula worked! The calculations proved correct, delivering results on par with the healthy hearts used as the “control”.

What makes this so fascinating is that not only it was accurate, but that it led to amazing insights into the state of those less-than-healthy hearts they analyzed.

According to the researchers, they were able to identify when health conditions—like diabetes, high blood pressure, or obesity—accelerated biological aging. They could accurately calculate the differences between a subject’s chronological age and biological age.

The possibilities that this discovery provides are endless. As the researchers stated in an interview, “Our new MRI method gives doctors a powerful tool to look inside the heart like never before and spot trouble early -- before symptoms even start. This could help doctors step in early to stop heart disease in its tracks.”

But they also believed it could help not only doctors, but the patients, too, saying, “It could also be the wake-up call people need to take better care of themselves -- whether that's eating healthier, exercising more, or following their doctor's advice.”

There is a great more research remaining to be done, and a long way to go before this technology is fully implemented. However, it promises some great things for the future. It’s not impossible to imagine that soon you might be able to walk into your GP or family doctor’s office and get an MRI for your heart to determine your cardiac age and identify any early signs of cardiovascular health problems.

In the meantime, you can still take this as a wake-up call and start taking better care of yourself.

Give your heart some love and keep it healthy by:
  • Eating more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes. The more colorful the foods, the better they are for your heart.
  • Cutting back on artificial and processed foods, as well as any foods high in trans fats or hydrogenated oils.
  • Limiting your alcohol intake, or cutting alcohol from your life altogether.
  • Quitting smoking or vaping, and avoiding people who do (secondhand smoke is nearly as bad as smoking yourself).
  • Doing more exercise, including lifting weights, HIIT, jogging, cycling, dancing, martial arts, and all forms of cardiovascular conditioning.
  • Walking more. Spend more time outdoors in the fresh air and in nature, moving your body and getting your heart and lungs working.
  • Staying at a healthy weight and body fat percentage. There is a “target” for your age and height, and gaining too much weight can lead to higher risk of long-term health problems.
  • Managing your stress and spending more time relaxing and enjoying yourself.
  • Sleeping enough. A solid 6 to 8 hours of sleep each night is a must for a healthy heart—and for a healthy everything else, too.
A few simple preventative measures can make a world of difference and drastically slow biological aging.
Yours in good health,

[FREE FROM OUR FRIENDS] Healing Revolution: Sick Profits: How Big Pharma Poisons Our Food Supply and Makes Money by "Curing" Us
Buying groceries can already be stressful with rising prices.
But for American shoppers, there's an added concern:
Why do foods in the U.S. contain ingredients that are banned elsewhere?

While some may think these concerns are just "health nut" worries…
Harmful chemicals can build up in the body over time.
Causing long-term, real, and serious effects.

The U.S. is supposed to follow a "precautionary approach" for food ingredients, meaning they shouldn't be harmful even with long-term use.
The FDA's approval system, created in 1958, was meant to check ingredients before they hit the shelves. However, this rule didn't cover existing ingredients. So MANY chemicals in today's foods haven't been reviewed in decades.

TGN's long-time friend and investigative journalist, Jonathan Otto, is sounding the alarm despite the craziness around us…

We can take steps right NOW to restore our health and break away from this cycle of disease for profit.

In his eye-opening book, Sick Profits: How Big Pharma Poisons Our Food Supply and Makes Money by "Curing" Us, you'll discover:
  • The unspoken links between Big Food and Big Pharma and how they benefit from chronic sickness.
  • The truth behind "healthy" labeling and synthetic nutrients that cause more harm than good.
  • How to recognize false marketing and make informed, lifesaving dietary decisions.

Maybe your garden isn't cutting it.
Whether you are an aspiring gardener or are already growing a bounty, sometimes we need to supplement what we're growing. Unless we're applying permaculture on a large scale, it's not so easy to grow everything we need to eat.
That's when I like to go to my local farmer's market to buy what I need that I'm not growing. I love supporting other farmers, ensuring that I'm still eating as freshly as possible, AND connecting with my local community.
I love these related articles to get excited about the farmer's market:
