The rally was supposed to take place at the University of Pikeville's campus on Saturday in protest of another rally being held by the Traditionalist Worker Party being called 'Take A Stand For White Working Families.' That event was originally set to be held at Jenny Wiley State Park; it will now take place on Saturday in downtown Pikeville.
