Hi guys,

Any help is appreciated.

Back in April I got 120 mls of 100mg nicotine from nudenicotine. Plastic bottle. I live in the southeast US. It's been stored in my closet, so it's very very dark, but there have been plenty of times it's gotten to maybe 80 degrees or so, in there, during the day. Never opened.

I know this wasn't smart, but I planned to use it much sooner than now.

Is this still okay, you think? I mean as far as nicotine content goes....has it lowered in some way? Will taste be bad?

Thanks!

The nic content should not differ, the taste may differ slightly, but I really doubt it.

Why don't you try it, then tell us your consensus?

Indeed, I knew Id have to try it for the taste. I was mainly concerned about nic content changing. And I didn't think it would, but I'd hate to make bottle after bottle from nic base that had no nic in it.

And, thanks for your help...I'll try it and report back, regarding taste.

I did something similar. It took about 2 years for nude nicotine's 100mg nic to actually taste different. I live in Pennsylvania and it got hot in the summer and was kept in cabinet next to the stove. I had other. Brands that I have since been putting nic in the fridge that went bad faster. The nic content is stable it's the peppery taste that gets you. Hope this helps.

I always keep my Nic in the fridge with my extra flavors. I have not had any problems with the Nic.

I stored my first bottle in a closet too. It was 120 MLs. It was clear to start then got to be golden brown. I still used it and only noticed a little dry mouth. I cant say for sure that the nic was the culprit tho. Im still green at diy and could have been messing something else up.

I store my Nicotine in the bottle it comes in, down in the dark cool basement and a bottle of 48 MG was fine after 1 year without refrigeration. YMMV but a cool dark place is most important as I have found UV light to be the most important thing to preserve nicotine. .

I have nic in the freezer in glass bottles. Been there for over two years and still crystal clear and tastes good. I have nude and VT throat hit and regular.

I would change how I store it, especially if you decide to purchase quantity.
