It feels good to be right about things sometimes, doesn’t it, Jim? :)

I’m never the FIRST to be talking about a new health modality, because I want to make sure it’s actually one of the best things you could possibly do…

which you can’t possibly know right when it comes out…

which is something to be aware of with certain online health people who are seemingly ALWAYS talking about something you’ve never even heard of before.

However, I was definitely earlier on in talking about BREATHING hydrogen, in addition to drinking hydrogen water, as one of the biggest things you could do when it comes to devices…

and today I can’t go to a health conference without seeing at least one, if not multiple, booths dedicated to breathing hydrogen…

along with hearing more and more holistic cancer doctors implementing it into their clinics.

(Some of my favorite doctors have had this in their clinics for way longer than I’ve been talking about it, though, on that note.)

Actually, at one of the cancer conferences I was at just this year, I overheard a very well-known cancer doctor telling a brain cancer patient that breathing hydrogen was “the most important thing” she could do.

However, it gets better, as I wasn’t talking JUST about breathing hydrogen, I was talking about breathing Brown’s Gas, which is best described as hydrogen “and more” :)….

I have always believed mammograms cause cancer, maybe not just one, in a crisis situation, but those who do it every year as part of a regular checkup. My former boss went in dutifully for her mammogram every year until she was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to have a mastectomy on one side. She believed in the medical racket. I would be willing to bet she's still getting that annual mammogram on the breast she has left.

On this week's episode of With the Wind, Dr. Paul is joined by Michelle Perro, M.D., integrative pediatrician, environmental medicine specialist, and CEO and founder of GMO Science. With 43 years of clinical experience in pediatrics, Dr. Perro has spent decades studying how food, pesticides, and environmental toxicants affect children's health — and she brings that expertise directly to the conversation about childhood obesity and the growing use of GLP-1 agonist weight loss drugs in kids.​
Childhood obesity now affects an estimated 20% of American children — approximately 14.7 million kids — and the numbers climbed sharply during the pandemic lockdowns. Dr. Perro argues that the primary driver is not simply overeating or inactivity, but a toxic food environment loaded with ultra-processed products, GMOs, and pesticides that disrupt the hormonal systems regulating appetite and metabolism. Can you imagine that? Only about one out of every seven doctors is comfortable talking to you about the single most important way to improve your health.

That’s a major failure that has been allowed to continue for far too long.

So what are doctors studying instead of nutrition? They’re being taught how to diagnose diseases after you get sick – and match them to prescription drugs or surgeries.

This reactive approach to medical education in America is failing doctors – and the millions of patients they serve.

RFK, Jr. is right to call for change – but change comes slowly. And, in the meantime, you’re on your own.

Breastfeeding Protects Mothers' Hearts

Moms who breastfeed may reap big health benefits. Compared to women who had babies but never breastfed, mothers who breastfed for any period of time were less likely to develop heart disease, have a stroke, or die from heart disease during 10 years of follow-up.

For the study, researchers analyzed information on close to 1.2 million women in eight studies conducted between 1986 and 2009 across several countries. They looked at how long women breastfed, how many children they had, their age at first birth, and whether they had a heart attack or a stroke during follow-up.

Fully 82 percent breastfed at some point. These women were 11 percent less likely to develop heart disease, 12 percent less likely to have a stroke, and 17 percent less likely to die from heart disease during 10 years of follow-up. These benefits held for women who breastfed for any length of time and were even greater for those who breastfed for up to one year.

The study can’t say whether breastfeeding for even longer periods is more beneficial because there weren’t enough women in the study who breastfed for more than two years.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that infants be exclusively breastfed for around the first six months of life.
