Way too many times people fall prey to something I call:
The Pull of the Flash
(No, not the super hero.)
They, and most likely, you have tried various diet and nutrition programs ranging from vegan to plant-based to carnivore to paleo to keto.
Moved from one workout routine to the next because you didn't get results as fast as you wanted.
Heard about the ultimate detox strategy and thought, "OK,
this is the one that's gonna get me there."
And all because it's new and flashy.
This latest-and-greatest strategy will FINALLY catapult you to the healthy, pain-free life you desperately seek.
Hey, I've fallen into that trap, too.
But, one thing we need to realize is that every method, technique, or strategy must be combined with simple and consistent execution.
Put another way...
The power of your health AND healthy lifestyle practices is unleashed with simple and CONSISTENT action.
Healthy, pain-free living practices like mindset work, sleep hygiene, avoiding processed foods and eating whole foods, fixing your posture and spine, exercising and moving regularly.
I know it's not flashy, but they work.
I'm not against high-tech devices or bio-hacks to help our body's natural ability to heal...
But, any new, flashy "strategy" STILL requires simple and consistent action over time to give you the healthy life results you seek.
