Hello Jimi,

The simple, powerful reality is when your body has more oxygen, your health improves.

Here is a simple 1-minute test, called the Body Oxygen Level Test, which provides incredible insight into your body’s energy levels as well as cues to your overall health.

STEP ONE: Take a normal breath in through your nose and allow a normal breath out through your nose.

STEP TWO: Pinch your nostrils shut and hold your breath.

STEP THREE: Count the number of seconds until you feel the strong desire to breathe. (Don’t push your body to your absolute breath hold limit - just when you have a strong desire to breathe.)

STEP FOUR: Release and resume normal breathing. Your breathing should be normal and calm. (If you’re breathing hard, you held your breath for too long).

Note how many seconds you comfortably held your breath.

A healthy, vital, energetic body is able to hold for at least 40 seconds.

If you got less than 25 seconds, it indicates poor breathing (low energy/vitality).

Beware of NSAID Health Risks

Ben Affleck, Lisa Kudrow, and Janet Jackson all suffer from migraines, as do 39 million other Americans. And tension headaches will afflict probably everyone at one time or another.
Add to that the fact that 100 million people in the United States deal with chronic pain, and it's hardly surprising that 30 billion doses of prescription and over-the-counter nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen, naproxen sodium, and celecoxib are consumed annually.

Only 70 million are for prescription medications; the rest are self-prescribed and taken however people determine.
It’s little wonder then that a new study out of Boston University School of Medicine found that many adult ibuprofen users make health-threatening mistakes when taking those medications.
Fifteen percent took more than the maximum recommended dose in a one-week period. Overdoses also occurred from: taking too much daily; taking two different NSAIDs at the same time; or failing to wait long enough between doses.
The bottom line: Never use an NSAID for pain for more than 10 days without talking with a doctor. And drink at least eight ounces of water per pill.
Misuse increases the risks of NSAIDs, which include gastrointestinal distress, internal bleeding, and ulcers, as well as an increased chance of high blood pressure, heart attack, or stroke.
So for acute pain, follow NSAID use instructions carefully.
For chronic pain, work with your doctor to develop a pain-management program, including physical and cognitive therapy, meditation, and safe use of pain-relieving technology and medications, both OTC and prescription.
