Dear beautiful ,

Here at Natural Hormone Solution we're kicking off April with hot tips on one of the most important aspects of hormone health, food glorious food!

April's theme is Food Made Simple...because food alone can have the biggest impact on how we feel.

Food can either harm us or heal us. And the weird thing is, the more depleted we are the fewer foods we can tolerate. Bummer.

>> Click here to watch the Hot Hormone Tip

In this Hot Hormone Tip I share about this year's Dirty Dozen - vegetables and fruits that must only be eaten organic - and the Clean 15 - veggies and fruits that may be eaten conventionally grown if that's the only option.

I'll show you how you can look this up yourself each year, and what this means to your health.

(The lists change every year based on research and studies by the Environmental Working Group.)

Here's to eating cleaner and giving your body one more opportunity to feel a whole lot better.

Sending Lot of Love,

Hi Jimi,
Pharmaceuticals do not cure Alzheimer’s.
Pharmaceutical clinical trials for late-stage Alzheimer’s research have a 99.6% failure rate. But there is hope of recovery.
Due to popular demand, the Reverse Alzheimer’s 4.0 Summit is back for this weekend only. With 40+ experts in functional medicine, brain health, and nutrition speaking at this event, you'll learn how to reverse memory loss, improve cognitive function, and be given real hope for preventing and even reversing Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
Watch this important summit replay HERE (ends Sunday). >>
What host Dr. Heather Sandison has to say about these conditions - which we often just accept as an unfortunate part of getting older - will blow your mind. Including how 40% of dementia and Alzheimer’s could be prevented.
Just listen to what this summit participant had to say about the experience:
“We have Alzheimer’s in our family, and I learned a ton of new things about Alzheimer’s. Where there wasn’t hope, there now are lots of things that can help. My mom died from Alzheimer’s, and my youngest brother is now in a facility where he is not getting the care he needs. I hope more places open up that offer the treatment shown on this summit.” – Debbie
This information is relevant to everyone, regardless of your age or your family history. We hope you will join us in watching this weekend.
In good health,

Hey Jimi

Feeling sick, dealing with constant pain, or just not having enough energy could be a sign you're missing out on crucial nutrients your body craves to work its best.

What's the fix? Changing up what you eat. By choosing the right foods, you can boost your health, live longer, and feel more alive.

A lot of the powerhouse foods that can help us do this are plant-based. That's why more and more people are leaning towards a vegan way of eating and living.

My friends at VegHealth just concluded their Ultimate Vegan Masterclass last April 2-4 where they gave a roadmap anybody can easily follow to fully embrace a vegan lifestyle for a healthier future.

Now they understand that not everybody was able to make it, which is why for this weekend only, they’ve decided to put up the replay for F.REE.

Get instant access to the replay here.

If you’re looking for a great start to your journey towards a vegan lifestyle, you can’t miss out on this. They designed the masterclass to help you cut through the clutter, break the myths that might have you second-guessing your decisions, and enjoy the extensive benefits of a vegan diet.

Again, here's a sneak peek of what you'll learn:

  • The unhealthy "food" you might be eating without realizing
  • The "F" word that should be on every vegan's lips
  • Essential nutrients to keep you feeling awesome
  • Tips for nailing your nutrition on a plant-based diet
  • The top foods for healing and kicking your immune system into high gear
And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Being healthy and disease-free starts with what you feed your body, Jimi. Let this masterclass guide you on how to provide yourself with the nutrients you need to achieve your health goals.

But again, this replay is only available this weekend, so act fast if you don’t want to miss out.

Watch the replay of The Ultimate Vegan Masterclass here.

To your vibrant health,

Coffee: Good for You or Not?

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

Coffee has been tied to many potential health benefits, but people should drink it for pleasure rather than disease prevention, doctors suggest.

Caffeinated coffee does not appear to raise any disease risks, and is instead linked to lower odds of various diseases. And moderate doses of caffeine are generally safe for most people, according to a review published by the New England Journal of Medicine.

Special: Top Cardiologist Reveals Secret for a Healthy Heart

In fact, coffee consumption has been linked to lower risks of developing heart disease, as well as other serious conditions. The list includes Type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, Parkinson's disease, liver disease, and gallstones, according to the review.

"There's been so much back-and-forth over the years about whether caffeine is good or bad," says Lauri Wright, chair of nutrition and dietetics at the University of North Florida, who was not involved in the review.

In general, studies show that, despite caffeine's bad reputation as a stimulant, caffeinated coffee does not seem to raise the risk of developing high blood pressure or worsen existing blood pressure problems.

Meditation is a Moral Force

Why Letting Go Ignites our Passion to Transform the World

When we sit down to meditate, most of us make a conscious effort to let go of all of our worldly concerns in order to bring our attention to a deeper stillness, focus and presence. And spiritual teachings east and west often call us to transcend our attachments to the world in pursuit of a higher consciousness.

So, why is it that when we encounter spiritually awakened people, they often seem to be on fire with a passion to transform the world? What is it about the discovery of awakened consciousness that catalyzes such intense care and conviction? And how do we reconcile that passion for change with the often detached transcendence we experience in meditation?

In this video clip, Craig dives into the center of these questions, ultimately illuminating how the profound peace of meditation can open the door to an awakened heart and paradoxically transform us into a powerful force for evolution.

Foremost in my professional life, I have been a writer. As a young boy I was blessed by falling in love with reading. It was really a response to an event when I was in second grade. The last day of school before Spring break I was demoted from the first reading group into the second.

It was a pivotal day in my life. I ran home after school seeking comfort from my mom. When I told her what happened, she said, “Well, you know what that means don’t you?” And of course I had no idea what she was talking about. LOL

What she told me was that if I wanted to be in the first reading group, I would just have to work harder. Well, even at 7 years old, I had an obsessive trait when challenged. So, instead of playing during Spring break, I read and read and read.

When school started back up, I was the best reader in the class. What a phenomenal gift I received by being moved down. There is more to my story to how I fell in love with reading as well as being fascinated with the subtleties and nuances of the choice of words.

When I was 19 years old, I was drawn to the writings of Henry Thoreau and Ralph Waldo Emerson. Their words and observations moved me to really think. Why am I telling you all this background? What is the point I am trying to make?

I want you to understand what was going on for me when I read Emerson’s famous quote that health is the first wealth and why it had a great impact on me. It is the simplest of concepts, and those are generally the most powerful if they are both true and provocative.

Emerson’s health is the first wealth observation produced a domino effect in my mind and created a north star in my life. Wealth is not about the accumulation of money, it is about the collection of experiences, connections, and much more.

And to experience and enjoy life to its fullest, it requires health. I believed then as I still do today that if I focus on health in all aspects in my life, my life would be “better” than if I did not make this conscious effort.

Does that focus make me a health nut? Absolutely, and I am proud of that because that focus has given me the ability to have vitality, passion, greater happiness and so much had I not made it a focus.

Today, April 7th is World Health Day. A day to increase health awareness and celebrate our own health.

On this day, I encourage you to continue to make health a priority in the choices you make in your life. Choosing health is choosing to live better.

In celebration,
