Hi Jim,​

On cooking sites all over the internet, you’ll find tips and recipes with one lofty aim: Make an egg-white omelet that doesn’t taste rubbery or appear anemic.

These recipes usually involve multiple steps, loads of ingredients, and even specific whisking instructions. It’s all a bit complex, especially for a breakfast dish that most people try to pull off during the morning rush.

It’s really a shame because…

There’s no reason to subsist on yolkless eggs.

The whole egg—including the yolk—can and should play a starring role in a health-promoting diet.

Eggs, especially the yolks, are nature’s multivitamin. These fatty orbs house all the nutrition a growing chick needs. As it turns out, what’s good for the chick is also good for humans.

Many people fear egg yolks, often because of decades-old studies that seemed to link elevated dietary cholesterol with elevated blood cholesterol.

Newer, better-designed research has since debunked the “eggs raise cholesterol” theory. In reality, consuming whole eggs, including the yolks, will likely do the opposite.

However, to optimize these health benefits, you’ll want to pay attention to how you choose, store, and prepare eggs.

L-Arginine Safeguards Blood Vessels

Nearly a third of adults in the U.S. have high blood pressure, which raises the risk of heart disease and stroke. That’s why blood pressure drugs are among the bestselling medications in the country.

A groundbreaking study has revealed the shocking truth about ultra-processed foods—they're literally rewiring our bodies for disease, even when calories are identical to whole foods.

Researchers tracked 43 young, healthy men through carefully controlled diets and discovered something alarming. Participants gained approximately one extra kilogram (2.2 lbs) of fat mass on ultra-processed foods compared to whole foods, despite eating the exact same calories, protein, carbs, and fats.

The study used the NOVA classification system to define ultra-processed foods—industrially manufactured products containing ingredients you'd never find in your kitchen, like high-fructose corn syrup and modified starches, plus flavor enhancers and preservatives.

But weight gain was just the beginning. The ultra-processed diet flooded participants’ bodies with hormone-disrupting plastic chemicals (phthalates) while simultaneously crashing testosterone and fertility hormones crucial for sperm production.

The takeaway? It's not just about calories; it's about what processing does to food at the molecular level. These findings connect the dots between our 50-year rise in obesity, diabetes, and plummeting sperm quality.

Lead levels of a welder (but he's never welded anything)
