Today's Motivation

Thursday

April 22, 2021

After a bad experience, the negative feelings can linger for a really long time. It's important to feel your emotions completely and allow them to pass. However, you still need to make sure that you are managing negative emotions in a healthy way. If you feel stuck and can't move on, you have to gradually shift your thinking. Tap into what you learned from the experience. Is there anything you can do to improve your situation? Talk to other people, find out if someone else has gone through the same thing. Get some perspective. Slowly and steadily fill yourself with positive energy.

Good news… we’ve got MUCH MORE. And it starts right now with Episode 4.

First Up:

Brian’s specialty is in Biochemical Engineering with an emphasis in medical epidemiology.

He has a uniquely qualified perspective of the current situation with the new “shots” coming at us right now.

He explains the past year of events in one word:

FRAUD.

He’s spent years researching the safety and efficacy of “shots” that have had YEARS OF TESTING...

And now, we have one pushed through without the time and testing that are normally required before something is considered “safe.”

Hear him describe how we are living in a “massively scaled medical experiment.”

Dr. Tom breaks down the effects of social and physical distancing with details and how they impact your IMMUNE SYSTEM.

He covers the exact actions taken over the past year that have created immune system suppression on a global scale. And, he shares what to do about it now.

You also get straight talk about C0V!D exposure, transmission, prevention, and recovery -- along with the real deal regarding Vitamin D.

Hear all about it from Dr. Tom O. HERE.

As a bonus, I get to share more of my conversation with Del.

Based on the messages that have come in from his last segment, it looks like you just can’t get enough of Del and what he knows about this crisis.

He’s brilliant. He’s concise. He’s practical. He’s honest. We need as much of all of that as we can get right now, so HERE YOU GO.

With Purpose,

FEATURED CALL TO ACTION
ACT NOW America: Say NO To Vaccine Passports
Imagine being denied access to the community where you live or not being able to frequent the businesses there because you don’t have proper documentation showing that you’ve received the COVID-19 vaccine. This is precisely what’s happening in various parts of the world and our nation right now.
Although federal government officials claim they won’t be issuing vaccine passports, they could easily be adopted by various states around the country as well as businesses in the private sector. This will usher in a new form of institutionalized segregation and a nation of haves and have-nots — those who are deemed “clean and healthy” and those who are presumed to be “dirty and diseased.”
We need you to stand up against medical coercion and segregation now!
We are asking each and every American to send a pre-drafted, customizable email and tweet to your state and federal officials urging them to protect our rights and ban vaccine passports. You can learn more and take action here.

Remember Your Heart When Traveling by Air

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

Remember when air travel was a pleasure? No longer. Today, everything about travel can be stressful — even if you’re in a first-class seat. As stress is a contributor to heart attack, here’s how to lessen yours:

Special: Stubborn Belly Fat Can Be Fixed. Naturally.

  • Allow plenty of time to get to the airport.
  • Make sure you have all your travel documents ahead of time and keep them handy.
  • Check your bags if they are heavy; just take a light carry-on item aboard the plane.
  • Don’t attempt to hoist a heavy carry-on up into the plane’s storage compartment yourself; ask for assistance.
  • If you need it, when booking your flight ask for wheelchair assistance.
  • Use a curbside porter at the airport to check your bags.

One of the biggest fears that we have as herbalists is wondering if our remedies could potentially cause harm and not heal the person that we're working with.

I know for myself I used to fear that I might give someone a plant and it would cause an issue for them, or even give them a really bad reaction! I remember feeling this when I first started seeing clients, and sometimes it was kinda confusing differentiating whether a reaction was good or bad.

Because sometimes a reaction can be helpful, but not always.

A healing crisis can actually be a good thing, even though it’s challenging. But some reactions from herbs can indicate that it's in fact the wrong remedy and could be creating a further imbalance - so of course we want to be able to recognize this and try to avoid it if we can.

For us herbalists, it’s very important for us to be able to differentiate between these reactions. And that's what I'll be discussing in this weeks post.

A few questions that I'll be touching on are:

  • What are some of the different ways that adverse reactions can happen?
  • Why do they happen?
  • How can we avoid them or counteract with them?

For those of you just getting started with clients - I hope this gives you some helpful hints and insights to assist you when helping the people in your life and your practice.

In the spirit of the plants,
Sajah

Dr. Chauncey Crandall, M.D., writes:

According to the U.S. National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), AFib affects at least 2.7 million Americans and can lead to stroke, heart failure, and even mental impairment.

People with the condition are typically offered medicines or a surgery called ablation to correct it. Two new trials may answer which of the two treatments works best. Researchers say ablation and medicines perform similarly in protecting AFib patients from stroke, death, and other complications.

Special: Stress Impacts Your Heart — Now There's Something You Can Do About It

However, ablation may beat out drug therapy over the long term, reducing recurrences of AFib and related hospitalizations for years to come, researchers say.

Patients who got ablation, in which a catheter is used to tweak the heart muscle cells responsible for the arrhythmia, also seemed to have less shortness of breath and fatigue, and better quality of life five years later, compared to those who got drug therapy alone.

To settle the meds-versus-ablation debate, the NHLBI helped conduct two trials, which included more than 2,200 patients treated at 126 sites in the United States, Canada, Asia, and Europe.

Half the patients had ablation and half were put on drug therapy, but could have ablation if their AFib symptoms could not be controlled with medication, something known as "intent to treat."

In the end, about 27% of the patients who started on drug therapy did end up undergoing ablation. The median follow-up of patients in the trial was about four years.

While the trial did not show that ablation was superior to drug therapy in reducing deaths and strokes, it did reduce recurrence of atrial fibrillation and hospitalizations. Patients with the most severe symptoms at the start of the study had much greater improvement after ablation than those who initially had mild symptoms, the researchers added.

Dr. Chauncey W. Crandall is author of Dr. Crandall’s Heart Health Report newsletter. He is a Yale graduate and is chief of the Cardiac Transplant Program at the world-renowned Palm Beach Cardiovascular Clinic in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He practices interventional, vascular, and transplant cardiology.

Tonight starts out with Dr. Kaufman who lives a super interesting life as a Forensic Psychologist and expert witness in medical malpractice court cases.

He studied at Duke, M.I.T. and the Medical University of South Carolina… where he conducted and published original research.

He is bravely contradicting the mainstream media, and shows us that there’s been no evidence of increased mortality during this pandemic.

Join us tonight for the uncensored interview where he unmasks the lies around C0V!D:

Facts vs. Fiction of this pandemic.

Next up is a Senior Research Scientist at the University of Pittsburgh:

James has decades of knowledge in medical data analysis.

An expert in biology, genetics, zoology, mathematics, and statistics (phew!), James got his Ph.D. in how to analyze and sequence complex data.

As a renowned biological statistician, he is familiar with the complex algorithms needed to understand public health data. He was on the forefront of making sense of public health data and policy during the Ebola outbreak.

Guess what happened when he got his hands on the current pandemic data? Oh boy, this is a good one.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Dr. Tapper becomes as well known from this interview as he is for his appearance at his local city council meeting.

He shared his thoughts, on record, with the city council about the various mandates: quarantines, closures, and masks… and it “went viral”.

That confrontation with policymakers garnered over 3 Million views in 24 hours.

Apparently, it struck a nerve.

Get upfront, close, and personal with Dr. Tapper right now…

See it all here.

Episode 5 is up for 24 hours, so watch to your heart's content.

Worried you can't catch it all? Feel like you’re missing out? Don’t stress. Get On-Demand access to the entire series HERE.

Today's Motivation

Saturday

April 24, 2021

Being positive in a difficult situation is hard but it's going to give you better results than perpetuating bad feelings. Chronic stress causes you to be in a constant state of heightened awareness, which can create havoc in your body. You may start to experience physical symptoms such as irritability, fatigue, headaches, and insomnia. So take care of yourself even if you may not feel like it. Try to do more things that give you happiness. Find your comfort where you can. And please do not feel guilty about taking time for yourself.

What Your Doctor isn’t Telling You About Your Blood Sugar

For many years, Brad's dad suffered from diabetes.

And he did just as his doctor ordered - cut out sugar, ate clean, exercised every day, and took expensive medications. He tried his best to “manage it” over time.

But his blood sugar just stayed high… and kept climbing higher no matter what he did.

As a former diabetes industry insider himself, it was very tough for Brad to watch his own dad going through such hard times.

So Brad dug into extensive research to find something that would help his dad.

And turns out, his dad was most likely suffering from one hormonal imbalance that had been causing all these blood sugar problems

(Unfortunately, this is very common among many male diabetics 40+.)

In fact, a doctor from the “Ivy League” of the UK discovered that if this common hormone is out of balance, you’re 4X more likely to suffer from chronic blood sugar issues!

Luckily, there’s now a simple and natural way to fix this and fight high blood sugar issues...

Many were absolutely STUNNED by how quickly things would turn around for them after they addressed this problem.

Brad will personally show you all the details about this shocking breakthrough right here:

>>> unusual diabetes discovery you’re not hearing from your doctor

Hi Jimi,

Our Favorite Olive Oils for Detox, Radiant Skin,
Reducing Inflammation, Even Losing Weight
Extra virgin olive oil (or “EVOO” as Rachael Ray calls it) is on just about everyone’s shopping list these days. It’s been hailed as a superfood by Harvard Medical School, acclaimed by the Mayo Clinic, lauded by the Yale School of Public Health, and recommended by scores of leading MDs for its numerous health benefits.
For many practitioners, EVOO is the preferred oil for detox because it’s so healthful to all parts of the body. EVOO is also the rage among those on the paleo, keto and Atkins diets because it’s a delicious, zero-carb food that makes almost any meal more flavorful and deeply satisfying.
In today’s message, we’ll briefly review why EVOO is such a health-boosting powerhouse. You’ll also get some great tips on how to buy it, how to store it, how to use it to feel and look more youthful … create more delicious meals in your kitchen … and even lose weight more easily, as you’ll see in a moment.
“Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and You Might Just ‘Forget to Die’”
—Headline in Reader’s Digest

Abundant in healthy omega-3s, extra virgin olive oil is an internal lubricant that’s so potent at reducing inflammation everywhere in your body—your knees, hips, elbows, ankles, wrists, muscles, tendons, ligaments, even your arteries…all without the side effects of drug store pain killers.
Scientific studies have also confirmed that extra virgin olive oil lowers bad cholesterol and cuts your risk of heart disease and stroke. It may help protect against cancer, especially cancer of the breast and colon.
According to the New York Times best-selling book Genius Foods, extra virgin olive oil “has been shown in large, long-term trials to protect the brain against decline and even improve cognitive function.” As reported inUSA Today, “Temple University research shows extra virgin olive oil protects against memory loss, preserves the ability to learn and reduces conditions associated with Alzheimer’s disease.”
Extra virgin olive oil also lowers blood pressure and reduces your risk of diabetes. If you want to avoid osteoporosis, olive oil is outstanding because it enables the calcium in your food to be better absorbed into your bones. Extra virgin olive oil is also loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols that help regulate your immune system, protect your body against disease, give you more energy, balance your hormones, improve your skin, and lower inflammation throughout your body.
EVOO Helps You Lose Weight Effortlessly
As reported in Science Daily, research at the University of Vienna has shown that among all foods tested,“Olive oil had the biggest satiety effect.” This is why Prevention magazine has hailed EVOO as “The #1 food to feel full.”
An article in Woman’s World magazine adds, “Using olive oil to reduce belly fat and lose weight is a no-brainer.” The article cites Registered Dietitian, Erin Palinski-Wade, who says, “You often hear that protein or fiber help control hunger, but I find olive oil is equally if not more powerful.” Why? According to the article, “Olive oil is made up of 75 percent oleic acid, a substance shown to help us feel content for hours longer between meals.”
Try This Simple Trick and Prove It to Yourself
About a half hour before any meal, swallow a tablespoon of EVOO. You’ll be amazed at how it reduces your hunger by mealtime. And that gives you a huge advantage in being able to eat less and feel totally satisfied on fewer calories. That alone makes it much easier to lose weight. Try this tip and you’ll see.

Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, MDs
Get Nitrates for Better Muscle Strength
By Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, MDs

It's amazing to think that in 1929, Popeye actually knew more than nutritionists about what it takes to build muscle power and function.
It's only recently that researchers published a study in the Journal of Nutrition explaining that a nitrate-rich diet — predominantly from leafy, green vegetables such as spinach — is essential for optimal muscle function.
Special: #1 Food to Eliminate 'Bone on Bone' Pain
The study found that over a 12-year period, 1 cup a day of nitrate-rich foods gave people 11% stronger lower limb strength than those with the lowest nitrate intake, and up to 4% faster walking speed. As they got older, such people were better protected from falls too.
Nitrates also help the body produce blood vessel–relaxing, heart-friendly nitric oxide.
Unfortunately, many people are confused about nitrates, which are sometimes lumped with nitrites as a "bad" additive.
When the duo is used as a preservative in processed meats and cheeses, they can raise your risk for heart disease and dementia, as well some cancers (from the conversion of nitrates into carcinogenic nitrosamines).
But vegetables acquire nitrates and nitrites from the soil they grow in, and because they also contain vitamin C, polyphenols, and fiber, which inhibit nitrosamine formation, they're not a worry.
The most nitrate-rich veggies are greens, in order from No. 10 to No. 1:
10. Beets
9. Swiss chard
8. Oak leaf lettuce
7. Beet greens
6. Basil
5. Spring greens like mesclun mix
4. Butter-leaf lettuce
3. Cilantro
2. Rhubarb
1. Arugula (18 times more nitrates than kale)
Some fruits, such as watermelon, grapes, pears, and apples also have small amounts of nitrates.

*-- 10 Tips for Preserving Eye Health --*

The following tips can help you take care of your eyes and preserve clear vision:

1. Get regular eye exams. Starting at age 40, get annual eye exams and have your eye doctor look for signs of glaucoma and retinal damage, even if you're a healthy adult with no vision problems. People who have certain medical conditions that increase the risk of eye disorders, such as diabetes, or those who have vision problems should see an eye care professional earlier than 40. Depending on your risk factors and the initial findings of your exam, ask your eye doctor to recommend the appropriate screening intervals that will help maintain clear vision.

2. Wear shades. The sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays can damage aging eyes just as they can damage skin. UV rays can cause cataracts and possibly accelerate macular degeneration. The best way to protect eyes from the sun is with sunglasses that have UV filters. Lenses of any color will do as long as they have UV filters.

3. Don a hat. Wear a wide-brimmed hat when you're outdoors for any length of time. Sunglasses help, but a hat will give you extra protection. The eyelid is a common spot for a melanoma to develop.

4. Enjoy the fruits of the garden. Choose a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. While definitive evidence is lacking, some studies suggest that sufficient intake of the antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin may help lower the risk of eye conditions that can accompany aging, such as cataracts and macular degeneration. Lutein and zeaxanthin are found in fruits and vegetables with yellow and orange pigments, such as corn, squash, carrots, and citrus fruits. They are also found in dark green leafy vegetables, like kale and spinach.

5. Take a multivitamin. Vitamins A (beta-carotene), C, and E and the mineral zinc have been shown to promote eye health. When choosing a multivitamin, be sure to get one that meets all the requirements for your age and stage of life.

6. Stop smoking. Smoking can promote eye diseases because it reduces blood flow to the eyes and can increase the amount of toxic substances (like tar and nicotine) your eyes absorb. If you're at risk for diabetic retinopathy or macular degeneration, exposure to toxic substances in cigarettes can elevate that risk.

7. Shed some light. While you won't permanently hurt your eyes by reading or working in a dimly lit area, you can cause temporary eyestrain, which can lead to headaches and fatigue. Protect your eyes by making sure your workspace is brightly lit.

8. Take a break. Another way to prevent eyestrain is to take frequent breaks from the computer screen or reading materials. About every 10 minutes, look up or away for 10 seconds, so your eyes get a rest. If you're watching television, give your eyes a break and look away every half hour or so.

9. Get sufficient sleep. Being overtired can increase eyestrain. If you get enough sleep, your eyes will be refreshed along with the rest of your body.

10. Don't ignore warning signs. Eye doctors can treat many potentially serious vision problems if they are caught early enough. See your doctor if you experience blurred or double vision, if your vision appears cloudy, or if you have eye pain or are bothered by the glare of lights. All are signs that you could be developing vision problems that can be treated by your eye doctor.

You can't stop time, but you can take care of your eyes so that they remain healthy as you age. Having clear vision is possible at any age.

FEATURED CALL TO ACTION
ACT NOW America: Ask Key Congressmen To Formally Investigate the CDC’s Conduct During COVID-19
There is nothing more important to effective public health policy than having accurate and verifiable data.
It appears, however, that the CDC irreparably compromised COVID-19 data quality during a time of public crisis by 1) abruptly implementing new procedures for capturing COVID-19 mortality data via a March 24, 2020 document from the CDC’s National Vital Statistics System, thereby significantly altering death certificate reporting and 2) adopting the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists’ April 15, 2020 position paper for defining what constitutes a COVID case — without implementing safeguards to ensure that single individuals would not be counted multiple times, thus altering case counts and subsequent data.
More than 15,000 hours of investigative research shows that these practices have significantly affected COVID-19 data aggregation and interpretation. Moreover, the CDC’s actions appear to be in violation of three federal laws: the Administrative Procedures Act, the Paperwork Reduction Act, and the Information Quality Act — laws that were specifically put into place to protect the welfare of the millions of Americans whose affairs are regulated by federal government agencies.
