AFib Raises Dementia Risk

Many aging Americans have the heart rhythm disorder known as atrial fibrillation (AFib), which a recent Korean study suggests could raise their risk for dementia.

The study couldn't prove cause and effect, but researchers noted that the link between AFib and dementia was found even among people who hadn't suffered a stroke. AFib is a known risk factor for a stroke.

"People who developed atrial fibrillation had a 50% increased risk of developing dementia compared to those who did not develop the condition; this increased risk remained even after we removed those who suffered a stroke from our calculations," said study leader Boyoung Joung.

"This means that, among the general population, an extra 1.4 people per 100 of the population would develop dementia if they were diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. The risk occurred in people aged younger and older than 70 years," Joung explained.

"We also found that atrial fibrillation increased the risk of Alzheimer's disease by 30%, and more than doubled the risk of vascular dementia," Joung added.

Did you know that being short on sleep can affect your weight?

While you weren't sleeping, your body cooked up a perfect recipe for weight gain.

When you’re short on sleep you might be tempted to skip exercise (too tired), get takeout for dinner, and then turn in late because you’re uncomfortably full.

If this cascade of events happens a few times each year, no problem.

Trouble is, more than a third of Americans aren't getting enough sleep, regularly impacting our metabolism and causing us to hang on to that pesky fat.

You see, sleep is like nutrition for the brain.

Too little sleep triggers a cortisol spike. This stress hormone signals your body to conserve energy to fuel your waking hours.

Translation: You’re more apt to hang on to fat.

Researchers found that when dieters cut back on sleep over 14 days, the amount of weight they lost from fat dropped by 55%, even though their calories stayed equal. They felt hungrier and less satisfied after meals, and their energy was zapped.

Sleep deprivation makes you “metabolically groggy," University of Chicago researchers say. Within just 4 days of insufficient ZZZs, your body’s ability to process insulin -- a hormone needed to change sugar, starches, and other food into energy -- goes awry. Insulin sensitivity, the researchers found, dropped by more than 30%.

Here’s why that’s bad: When your body doesn't respond properly to insulin, your body has trouble processing fats from your bloodstream, so it ends up storing them as fat.

So it’s not so much that if you sleep, you’ll lose weight, but that too little sleep hampers your metabolism and contributes to weight gain.

So what can we do to improve our sleep?

The basics are pretty simple:

  • Take a warm bath with Epsom Salts
  • Shut down your computer, cell phone, and TV at least an hour before you hit the sack.
  • Save your bedroom for sleep and sex. Think relaxation and release, rather than work or entertainment.
  • Create a bedtime ritual. It's not the time to tackle big issues. Instead, take a warm bath, meditate, or read.
  • Stick to a schedule, waking up and retiring at the same times every day, even on weekends.
  • Watch what and when you eat. Avoid eating heavy meals and alcohol close to bedtime, which may cause heartburn and make it hard to fall asleep. And steer clear of soda, tea, coffee, and chocolate after 2 p.m. Caffeine can stay in your system for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Turn out the lights. Darkness cues your body to release the natural sleep hormone melatonin, while light suppresses it.

THE 6 KEY INGREDIENTS THAT HELP CHARGE A “LOW-BATTERY BRAIN”



#1) Gingko Biloba – Sharp Brain



Humans have used Gingko biloba for thousands of years. For example, in ancient China it was long used for helping with concentration and mental vitality.

Spike protein is the TOXIN which is now known to induce massive inflammation and autoimmunity due to the spike protein having a similar structure to many vital tissues in our bodies (Automimicry).
This inflammation is also causing myocarditis (heart inflammation), and pericarditis (inflammation around the heart), which alone or combined with the most alarming phenomenon of these spike proteins causing rubbery fibrin clots as we have never seen before. There are over 1000 peer-reviewed articles on the side effects and harm from this most dangerous product ever forced on the world, and yet the very people who are supposed to protect us are the ones pushing it and censoring most of the information that would inform you of the danger.​
It is sad but the CDC, ACIP, FDA, Public Health departments, and the mainstream media cannot and must not be trusted when it comes to the COVID narrative or anything to do with vaccines.
I am not alone in knowing that the plan from the beginning was to get this “vaccine” onto the childhood immunization schedule. By doing that, the pharmaceutical companies and anyone involved in the sale or distribution or giving of these vaccines is immune from liability.
On October 19th, 2022, ACIP unanimously voted 15/0 to have this added to the childhood schedule. The next day CDC voted to have it added in February 2023. Mysteriously Governor Newsom in California just extended the COVID State of emergency to continue until February. Don’t you love these conveniences provided to protect pharma profits and protect everyone from liability?​

Our children are under direct threat of harm. This is a clear and present danger, and it must be met with unwavering resolve by all parents and guardians that you will do whatever it takes to protect them. You are not just protecting them but actually protecting their ability to have children of their own and likely protecting them from a life of misery or death.​

What must you be prepared to do?​

By February 2023, you can count on the fact that most states will require the COVID jab for school attendance. There may be a new and scary variant dominating the news (expect it – but don’t fall for it). You will need to be prepared to file for an exemption if your state allows that. In those states that don’t allow that (currently California, West Virginia, Mississippi, Maine, and New York), you would need a medical exemption, but no doctor will write one.​

To write one is to give up your license, so you then have two options:
1. Home school
2. Leave the state
Please, I beg you – be prepared to do whatever it takes. You cannot take out what is injected.​
They will say I’m anti-vax; they will say I’m a conspiracy theorist.
They will say I’m discredited and lost my license. The truth is that I lost my license for the exact reason I am sharing this with you: to defend your right to informed consent and bodily integrity. When the government can inject you with a patented spike protein that changes your DNA and can kill you or shoot you into devastating health conditions – there is no freedom. My research and real-world data from Integrative Pediatrics have proven without a doubt that this is true. Most importantly, it showed that the unvaccinated (I have over 1000 in my practice) was hands down the healthiest! That study discovered one other very important piece of information (data). Those who stopped vaccinating at any time had almost four times fewer health issues than those who continued to vaccinate.
