Step 1: Put your hand over your liver (right side of your abdomen, under your breast).
Step 2: Close your eyes, if it feels comfortable.
Step 3: Smile to your liver. Yes, literally smile. Continue for 3 to 5 minutes. Breathe deeply.

The healthy alkaline pH levels of the external environment of a healthy cell are 7.4 - alkaline. The environment in which cancer cells thrive is an acidic environment, around 6.8.
