As initially reported on December 20, 2021, ICAN’s legal team, led by Aaron Siri, prevailed in the San Diego Superior Court, striking down San Diego’s Covid-19 vaccine school mandate.
Immediately, the school district appealed that decision, and on November 22, 2022, we won in the Court of Appeal, the Court agreeing with us, once again, that the district’s mandate was illegal. The decision’s reasoning effectively made any local (school district, county, etc.) vaccine mandate, for any vaccine, illegal. The Court of Appeal certified their decision for publication, making it legal precedent and free to be cited by other courts in future lawsuits!
In a dramatic turn of events, one final shot was taken by those hoping to impose local-level vaccine mandates. Just days before the deadline was to expire for the California Supreme Court to review the decision, California Charter Schools and none other than the infamous Dr. Richard Pan filed requests to the California Supreme Court to depublish the decision, which, if granted, would render the decision uncitable by other courts in the future.
ICAN’s team, led by Siri, filed an opposition letter to Dr. Pan and the California Charter Schools’ request pointing out why the Court of Appeal correctly concluded that the Appellate Decision was worthy of publication.
Today we are happy to announce that the California Supreme Court sided with us once again, denying the Request to Depublish the Court of Appeal decision, and declining to review the case, making the decision final and citable precedent!
Thank you again for your support which made this final and important win possible. Together we laid another brick in the legal path to victory for true informed consent!

I’ve been neck high in books for the last few days. I’m working on a webinar for Thursday night that I think will blow you away.

I always knew Big Pharma was corrupt and had only their own interests at heart. But I really knew nothing. When you look beneath the murky surface – it’s truly horrendous.

Back before the 1930s, the mom-and-pop drugstore filled all prescriptions, most including natural remedies.

But then, a new dangerous form of medicine was introduced.

Yes, oil derived, mass produced prescription drugs.

In 1933, the American Medical Association (AMA) literally declared that these drugs are the only solution.

The first target was oxygen.

In the 1940s, the FDA declared oxygen had no medical use… seizing thousands of ozone generators.

As competition with drugs disappeared, the "drug industry" was born.
Today We Know It As Big Pharma.
Seventy years later, oxygen is still banned by the FDA.

Instead, deadly and expensive drugs are prescribed for debilitating diseases.

And the rates of disease are worse than ever.

Some doctors have tried to defy the ban though.
Notably, Dr. Robert Atkins – Famous Author of the "Atkins Diet" – Began With Oxygen Therapy.
He reported cases of patients recovering from health challenges.

In response, he was arrested by FDA goons and had his medical license revoked.

All for fulfilling his Hippocratic Oath!.......

4 Ways to Lose Weight After 50

As we age, the battle of the bulge becomes tougher. Our metabolism slows down, stress builds up causing hormone imbalances, and we tend to be more sedentary.

The good news is that there are simple steps you can take to outsmart age-related weight gain. Here are four strategies you can use to lose those extra pounds.

Boost muscle mass. Muscle is more metabolically active than fat, meaning it burns more energy. But by the age of 50, we lose 10% of our muscle mass. Regular strength training with weights or resistance bands three times a week, combined with aerobic activity, will build muscle and burn calories.

Change your routine. When you challenge your body in a new way, you build more muscle mass which in turn burns more calories. If you have been following the same fitness regimen for decades, shake things up with something new. Experts also suggest eating protein at every meal both to increase muscle mass and to boost metabolism.

Control hormone swings. As we age, our levels of estrogen and testosterone decline, which makes us store fat. Excess sugar also disrupts insulin levels in the body, which can affect other hormones. To fight back, cut down on refined sugars and starches, and stick to protein and whole foods.

Get enough sleep. Research shows a consistent relationship between sleep and weight gain. Studies have found that people who are sleep-deprived not only eat more the next day, they also reach for higher-calorie foods. And lack of sleep affects the balance of the body’s hunger hormones ― ghrelin, which increases the appetite, and leptin, which inhibits hunger.

Eugenyl methyl ether, also known as methyl eugenol, is a flavoring agent used in ice cream, jellies, baked goods, non-alcoholic drinks, and relishes. The problem is that methyl eugenol is a carcinogen under California's Proposition 65. This comes after it was shown that animals exposed to the chemical had an increased risk of cancer.
Another dietary supplement research published in the Scientific Research Journal discovered that methyl eugenol is genotoxic as well as carcinogenic.
When shopping for your family, read the labels and avoid products that contain eugenyl methyl, sometimes known as "false flavors."

Cracking Your Back Feels So Good...But Is It Bad For You?​

When someone 'cracks' his or her back, often it comes from twisting from one side to another. So when this happens, you might hear a 'pop' and this cracking of the back is generated from that persons bones in the back shifting within their hinges and joints as they stack on top of one another. In other words, nothing is actually "cracking" or breaking.

We really don't have a strict scientific understanding of why cracking feels good, but gently shifting of our bones where they hinge seems to release pressure that built up in the joints in the back. This leads to temporary relief of stiffness. Keyword: Temporary.

Moral of the story is you should still go easy on the back cracking. Purposeful back cracking may be associated with increased strain at the different joints in the back. So what does that really mean? It's fine to crack your back on occasion but don't go overboard. If you do too much cracking of the back or neck, there are reports of acceleration of the wear and tear of the joint (i.e., hinges) requiring additional intervention including surgical intervention.

Personally, I can feel the pain and pressure even while falling asleep and especially when I wake up. But I've found a way to feel comfortable at bedtime - it's the Calming Comfort Cooling Knee Pillow!

Fasting is an age-old physical and spiritual healing practice. It allows your body to focus on healing and repairing, rather than using up energy to digest your food.

In 2013 researchers at Thomas Jefferson University discovered that calorie restriction and intermittent fasting could decrease the number of spontaneously occurring tumors and slow the growth of primary ones.

For those who simply cannot (or will not) go that long without eating, the Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD) is a great option.
The FMD was created by Dr. Valter Longo. Dr. Longo is a “bio-gerontologist” who specializes in nutrition and longevity. In particular, he looks at how food (as well as lifestyle considerations) helps or hinders genetics and the onset of disease in the elderly.
The FMD uses calorie restriction to induce the same benefits as fasting. It has some great research behind it to show that it works. A 2015 study conducted by Longo and his team at the University of Southern California found that this diet can even reduce cancer risk.
