Greetings ,

Every once in a while we like to make our community aware of valuable programs and events hosted by other colleagues...

Today, we're focusing on the mind-body-energy connection.

Master Mingtong Gu was invited to share Wisdom Healing Qigong in this upcoming Masterclass featuring many others who specialize in the field of mind-body healing.
Did you know that your mental and emotional health is directly linked to your immune and endocrine function?
A negative mindset and chronic undesirable emotional responses can make you sick…
But on the flip side, if you “reorganize” your mind, open your energy flow, and optimize your natural ability to heal, you can improve your health!
Many people go round in circles with biochemical detox, dietary restrictions, and gut-healing protocols. All the effort, time, and money invested, and yet they are not able to heal fully. Why? Because they are missing a vital link: unconsious life-limiting emotional patterns that have further implications for autonomic nervous system and biofield balance.
In order to rebalance your nervous system, it is critical to heal trauma, uncover what’s causing you to subconsciously hold on to illness, address limiting beliefs, identify and deal with emotional triggers, build self-awareness, heal your inner family, and improve your self-worth.
Without addressing these factors and your mind-body-heart-spirit as a whole, you will always fall short.
If you are starting to realize that you need to optimize these psycho-energetic factors in order to achieve a higher level of healing that diet and lifestyle alone cannot provide for you, then this upcoming event will open your perspective to some new solutions.
>>>Join the complimentary and online The Psycho-Energetic Root Causes of Chronic Illness Masterclass!
Eva Detko, PhD, MSc, BA, has gathered together 40+ experts, including Qigong Master Mingtong Gu of The Chi Center, to share information, methodologies and practices to help you rebalance your nervous system, build emotional intelligence, and optimize your subconscious programs and biofield for healing – regardless of the origins of your symptoms.
Each day’s lineup also includes a “Healing Session of the Day” that can be used right away to help manage your day-to-day stress and strengthen your neurological, emotional and energetic resilience.
Be sure to mark your calendar for June 26 – July 2, 2023!

Radiant blessings,

P.S. When you register for The Psycho-Energetic Root Causes of Chronic Illness Masterclass, you’ll also unlock early-access interviews, complimentary guides and helpful eBooks about living your most resilient life!

We used to think circadian rhythm only applied to sleep. But emerging science has revealed a link between our circadian rhythm and metabolism, cognition, risk for chronic diseases, and many other crucial aspects of our health. Our biology was designed to live in sync with a natural light-dark cycle, but modern-day society has disrupted this natural balance.
Today on The Dhru Purohit Podcast, Dhru sits down with Dr. Satchin Panda to dive deep into his groundbreaking circadian biology research and how leveraging your circadian rhythm can dramatically improve your sleep, lower your risk of chronic disease, and improve your cognitive function. They also discuss how time-restricted eating, exercise, and light can be used to help program your circadian rhythm and why it’s especially important for shift workers to take advantage of these tools.

WHO announces launch of "digital health certification network" that will enslave humanity
Mike Adams
On Monday, United Nations (UN) World Health Organization (WHO) director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus officially announced the launch of his globalist body’s long-awaited "global digital health certification network," which in many ways looks like it could be part of the prophesied Mark of the Beast.
The purpose of this new WHO network is to track and limit the movement of people all around the world based on their obedience to government orders.

17 Signs You’re In A Relationship With A Narcissist

1. Dating them was a whirlwind of passion, like Christmas, the 4th of July and Your birthday all rolled into one… But these days, the passionate fantasy lover you connected with so deeply has vanished, and you’re walking on eggshells to avoid upsetting them.
2. They promised you the earth but your dreams never materialized in reality.
3. They have money, but you’re not allowed to spend any, even on necessities like food and clothes.
4. You’re always wrong, even when you’re right.
5. A huge part of your relationship involves playing small to avoid being the target of your partner’s anger.
6. They “drink” your self-esteem for breakfast, leading you to doubt your self-worth and decisions.
7. You looked up the word “gaslighting” on Google and what you read made your stomach churn with dread.
8. You feel a huge pressure to conform and agree.
9. They are never EVER guilty, even when caught red handed with their hand in the cookie jar.
10. The way you remember things is always “wrong”, especially when it comes to anything your partner said or did.
11. It feels like you’re going crazy, and your partner is happy to encourage that thought.
12. You feel confused, as if living with your head in a cloud.
13. You never have time for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
14. Your partner says YOU dominate them, but no one else ever accused you of acting that way.
15. Your partner is always promising the once in a lifetime trip away, the house, the perfect adventure… But it never happens.
16. You feel lonely, isolated from friends, and trapped in your relationship.
17. You suspect they are cheating, or a new person, a special “friend”, has been introduced to your relationship, and you feel deeply ashamed, humiliated, and uncomfortable but don’t know what to do about it.
Hopefully you didn’t spot your relationship in ANY of those things…

But if you did, now what?

Realizing that you are in a relationship with a narcissist can be a challenging and emotionally difficult experience.
Here are some helpful and actionable tips for navigating this situation:
1. Educate yourself: Learn about narcissistic personality disorder and its characteristics. Understanding the traits, behaviors, and dynamics of narcissistic individuals can help you make sense of your experiences and provide validation for your feelings.
2. Trust your instincts: If you have a gut feeling that something isn't right or that your partner's behavior is manipulative, trust yourself. Narcissists often employ gaslighting techniques to make you doubt your own perceptions. Remember that your feelings and experiences are valid.
3. Set boundaries: Establish clear boundaries and communicate them to your partner. Narcissists tend to disregard boundaries and push limits. Clearly express what you will and will not tolerate, and be prepared to enforce those boundaries.
4. Seek support: Reach out to trusted friends, family members, or a therapist who can provide support and guidance. Sharing your experiences with someone who understands can be incredibly validating and empowering.
5. Practice self-care: Prioritize self-care and engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation. Taking care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being is crucial when dealing with the challenges of being in a relationship with a narcissist.
6. Build a support network: Surround yourself with a supportive network of friends and loved ones who can provide encouragement and assistance. Having a strong support system can make a significant difference in your ability to cope with the challenges of the relationship.
7. Seek professional help if necessary: If you find it difficult to cope with the effects of the relationship or if your safety is at risk, consider seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor. They can provide you with valuable guidance, support, and strategies for managing the situation.
8. Consider leaving the relationship: Recognize that it may be necessary to end the relationship for your own well-being. Leaving a relationship with a narcissist can be complicated and emotionally draining (to say the least!), but it may ultimately be the best decision for your happiness and personal growth. All in all, it’s often complex and when you’re ready, you’ll know your ready.
Remember, each situation is unique, and it's essential to prioritize your own safety and well-being. Trust yourself and seek support to navigate this challenging situation.
A great resource for you or anyone in a relationship with a narcissist is the brand new program, The Narcissist Trap
The Narcissist Trap is a transformational 9-day event packed with 23 world-class experts to help you escape gaslighting, confusion and abuse.

Why (and how) you should avoid this chemical at all costs

Hi There!

Most of us already know that this chemical is too good to be true. A common ingredient in diet soda and “low calorie” processed foods, aspartame does more harm than good when it comes to your health.

Here are 9 serious aspartame side effects:

  1. Obesity - Artificial sweeteners alter your gut flora and confuse your body’s interpretation of sugar, resulting in weight fluctuations.

  2. Kidney Damage - Drinking diet soda with aspartame has been linked to greater and faster kidney decline than regular sugar sweetened sodas.

  3. Metabolic Syndrome - Inflammation from aspartame worsens symptoms for metabolic syndrome, an indicator of developing heart disease and diabetes.

  4. Type 2 Diabetes - The extra sweetness of aspartame confuses the body into releasing too much insulin, which has a huge effect on your blood sugar levels.

  5. Memory Loss and Distorted Brain Function - DNA damage from aspartame can lead to memory loss, distorted brain functioning and poor spatial orientation.

  6. Cancer - even in low amounts, aspartame promotes the development and growth of brain cancer, liver cancer, nervous system cancers, breast cancer, and tumors.

  7. Heart Disease - Aspartame interferes with glucose regulation, messing with your body’s sugar digestion and energy intake. This creates “metabolic derangements’ that lead to heart disease.

  8. Mood and Mental Disorders - The balance of brain chemicals are disrupted by aspartame, leading to mood changes and worsening mental disorders. Headaches, insomnia, and seizures are also common.

  9. Autism - Pregnant women that have consumed methanol are more likely to give birth to children with autism, due to its damaging effect on the central nervous system.
The Bottom Line
Avoid processed and packaged foods to naturally keep things like aspartame out of your diet. Just be sure to always double-check your labels when you do buy a packaged product to be sure you’re getting only real food ingredients. Even if it is an indulgence that contains natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup, this is a much better and healthier option than eating an artificial chemical in order to stay sugar-free.
Until next time,
The Bright Naturals Team

P.S. For more details including 13 store-bought foods and products that contain aspartame, get the full article here.

When it comes to men, prostate health is always a big concern, as all males are at risk of prostate issues. As men age, their prostate tends to increase in size, which can lead to discomfort and conditions such as benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH).
An enlarged prostate can interfere with bladder and reproductive function, and it can also overlap with symptoms of prostate cancer — so it’s crucial to discuss any changes in prostate or urinary function with your doctor.
Four signs of an enlarged prostate to watch for:
  • Struggling to urinate
  • Sudden urge to urinate without warning
  • Frequent urination, especially at night
  • Trouble emptying bladder
Research shows that certain natural ingredients provide advanced support for prostate and urinary health — and help reduce symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

Hi Jimi,

Early experiences will have a huge impact on you later in life.

Because as children we had no idea how to deal with challenging events and people.

So we did the only thing we could…

We got used to the pain.

If you have:

  • Difficulty trusting others…
  • Poor self-esteem
  • Anxiety
  • Any kind of addiction including food
  • Perfectionism
  • Anger or hostility
  • Health problems
  • Feelings of emptiness
…all warning signs you have unresolved wounds.

But while the cause of those wounds is NOT your fault, there is a hidden danger you have the power to avoid.

Generational trauma.

Even the most loving parents are at risk of doing this.

Consider a child who’s emotional needs are secondary to the parent’s…

Where physical rewards like chocolate replace genuine human affection.

How does this influence their beliefs and behavior as adults?

More importantly, how can YOU break the cycle?
https://conqueringcancer.lt.acemlnb...4e392a024463cdf8657b934479&i=1778A2027A3A7114
This new docuseries shows you how.

Get ready to break the patterns by discovering a powerful mind map…

A system to identify and heal these wounds.

So you can stop this corrosive cycle from infiltrating the lives of our children and grandchildren.

Healing is more than just understanding.

It’s about building a safer, healthier space for our children, ensuring they don’t carry our wounds forward into their own lives.

It’s one of the greatest gifts of all.

We can’t wait to hear your story,

The Conquering Cancer team

Hi Jim,
Did you know that an estimated 20 million Americans have some form of thyroid disease? What's even more startling, up to 60% of those affected are unaware of their condition. Among these, women are 5 to 8 times more likely to have thyroid problems than men. With statistics this compelling, it's clear that taking care of our thyroid health is more crucial than ever.
During your quest to unearth the most beneficial nutritional approaches for thyroid health, you've likely stumbled upon frequent references to iodine, selenium, tyrosine, and zinc. Iodine, especially, is commonly cited as a crucial thyroid nutrient. However, there are two other vital nutrients that often fly under the radar despite their substantial importance to thyroid health.
UNUSUAL THYROID NUTRIENT HERO #1: MAGNESIUM
You may be surprised to learn that magnesium plays a significant role in your thyroid health. Although it might not usually headline the list of thyroid-essential nutrients, its importance should not be underestimated. Magnesium is not merely an add-on; it is integral to the thyroid's functioning. Considered a critical factor, it is often under-prescribed or prescribed at maintenance levels insufficient for boosting body magnesium stores.
The thyroid is virtually powerless without magnesium. Here's why:
  • Magnesium converts the inactive T4 thyroid hormone into the active T3 form, essential for enhancing your body's cellular metabolism.
  • A magnesium deficiency can lead to goiter, or an enlarged thyroid gland. Magnesium, along with iodine, plays a crucial role in preventing this condition.
  • Magnesium enables the production of more T4 in the thyroid gland. Many thyroid enzymes critical for thyroid hormone production cannot function without it.
UNUSUAL THYROID NUTRIENT HERO #2: VITAMIN A
Vitamin A is another under-recognized nutrient that's typically deficient in most individuals with low thyroid function. It's often avoided due to misconceptions about its role and benefits.
Vitamin A has a well-researched link with the thyroid, with deficiencies correlating to low thyroid issues and autoimmune diseases. Known as the "great pretender", the thyroid can mimic or directly associate with other disease processes. Vitamin A can help manage your thyroid and alleviate the symptoms you're experiencing, whether directly or indirectly.
If you've been struggling to regulate your thyroid, these two often overlooked nutrients could be the missing pieces in your health puzzle.

My friend Dr Brian Paris says certain "health foods" actually contain a toxic nutrient your immune system sees as the enemy.

So, every time you take a bite of one of these foods... your immune system unleashes its "army" to attack this nutrient.

And since this nutrient enters your bloodstream once it’s digested... your immune system starts attacking even healthy tissue and organs... causing burning in your joints and muscles.

Dr. Paris explains, "Most of my patients assume their joint issues are a normal part of the aging process. They have no idea eating the wrong foods can cause joint problems."

The good news is... this problem is EASY to fix.

"You don't have to completely change your diet. Just eliminating these 5 foods from your diet - including a certain kind of vegetable - will do wonders to your life," he says.

In his entire 20-year career as a doctor, Dr. Paris has found eliminating these 5 foods to be the most powerful drug-free defense against joint problems.

So far, he's helped thousands of people at his private clinic... including some very famous celebrities and NFL athletes.

Now, he's put his list of the 5 worst foods (and every other trick he's learned in 20 years) into a free video available to the public..

So far, hundreds of thousands of Americans are feeling much better after following the advice in this video… which is probably why it’s going viral on Facebook.

You can watch it for free for the rest of the day (and be sure to share with any friends or loved ones who might need to see this). Click the link below to start watching now:

Part One of two

Mapping redundant or duplicate VAERS reports

Oh yeah, this is a thing. It's just not publicly available.

JUN 13
Aravind Mohanoor recently penned an article raising the idea that VAERS reports might get deleted for non-nefarious reasons. I think it’s possible, but more likely a mixture of nefarious and non-nefarious activities that lead to deleted reports.
I wrote the following on this subject matter in my paper “Critical Appraisal of VAERS Pharmacovigilance: Is the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) a Functioning Pharmacovigilance System?”:
Trained contractor staff are required to enter each VAERS report into the database, and if it should be deemed necessary to delete a VAERS ID from this database once entered, then it must be documented with a valid reason for the deletion. In addition, when a VAERS ID number is changed to a new number, this should also be documented by contractor staff.
It turns out, it likely is being documented and kept a big fat secret in a secret file labeled: big_stupid_secret_data.csv. Sorry, feeling a bit saucy.
Here’s some interesting stuff I found in the General Dynamics contract that I got ages ago by secret electronic stork delivery. This contract is an order for service from the CDC to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc.,; the fifth largest defense contractor in the world by arms sales. By the way, you can go to article here at Jackanapes Junction to download the contract and read it for yourself.
BY ARMS SALES? Huh? I wrote this up before but I much like Polly the Parrot, I must reiterate in big letters: HUH?
Why was a defense contractor known for being successful in arms sales solicited by contract to sort out VAERS data in the context of SARS-CoV-related adverse event reports?
This should be the first and last question we ever need to ask on VAERS data analytic subject matter.
There are a few screenshots I am going to plop down here for everyone to peruse. I re-read the contract because word on the OpenVAERS street was that the contract stated that follow-up information with regard to VAERS IDs was to be kept hush hush and not publicized. Turns out, word on the street was true.
Go to the heading ‘TASK 3: VAERS FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES AND ENHANCED SURVEILLANCE’ (on page 16) as screenshotted here.
You’ll find point ‘F.’ on page 18 that includes details on how the follow-up data should be treated. It reads: “Follow-up information will NOT be included in the VAERS public data”.

Why not? Isn’t follow-up data vital information for the people who have submitted VAERS reports? Isn’t this information vital to the proper functioning of the VAERS system? Why is the follow-up only for the eyes of the ‘Government’?

Imagine this if you will. A person succumbs to myocarditis a few days after their second Pfizer shot. Said person submits a VAERS report online and receives a temporary VAERS ID. This person is contacted by vetters at CDC and verifies the details of the filing and in turn receives a permanent VAERS ID accessible in the VAERS public data available for download. I often call this ‘the front-end data’. Their VAERS report likely contains the MedDRA code ‘Myocariditis’ in one of their SYMPTOM fields. Now, imagine that a few weeks later, said person dies. Their GP attempts to update the person’s VAERS ID to indicate that the person succumbed to death. Here’s where it gets muddy.

How does this work? Does the GP call the CDC? Does the GP file the report using the online system? If so, does this ‘Secondary Report’ get merged with the ‘Primary Report’ based on variable field matches? Does this ‘Secondary Report’ get destroyed? According to the contract, the follow-up or updates never make it to the front-end data set.

Read the following found on page 21 and 22 and see if you can figure out if such a death follow-up report would be deemed an ‘Exact Duplicate Report’ or a ‘Redundant Report’, or neither.

Part 2 of above article
It seems to me, as it is written here, that if a person tried to update an existing VAERS report with a final diagnosis of death, they wouldn’t succeed. This is how I visualize it.

The GP would use the VAERS system and enter the same details into the system as before but this time enter ‘Death’ as the MedDRA code/adverse event. They may or may not be aware that the person had previously successfully filed a report. By my understanding of ‘d.’ as written above, the MedDRA code ‘Death’ would be ‘grouped together’ into the Primary Report which would have the original identifier VAERS ID attached to it. But what does ‘grouped together’ actually mean?

According to the next little tidbit in the following screenshot, ‘grouped together’ might mean that the follow-up data is indeed kept (ie: grouped together) but retained in a separate table (a narrative summary to the Government data - see screenshot below) that never makes it to the public data set. So in essence, all of the data and information exists, but us suckers will never see it.

Another disturbing possibility that OpenVAERS and others have contemplated is that the least severe adverse events of the bunch are selected to the front-end data, leaving behind the severe ones for ‘Government’ eyes only. It is possible that all of the ‘telling data’ is retained in the Government data set. We cannot know, but I suspect that as Liz put it, they are sitting on a goldmine of data and are doing this sitting knowingly. Can you spell FOIA?

Maybe that’s why they refer to the MedDRA codes as ‘Preferred Terms’: maybe they are ‘Preferred’ because they don’t reveal the true severity of the total list of adverse events? That was a joke, but also, not a joke.

Last point, they are tracking and mapping all of the data.

According to this contract, the contracted are in fact doing precisely what I had suggested in my paper: they are retaining ‘duplicates’ and additional data in accessible files for mapping to current VAERS IDs. The problem is, the public is not entitled to this information. This is a very slippery slope. If the public is not able to verify the validity of an omitted report, then how can we know it was valid to omit a report?

I reiterate:

VAERS is designed to reveal potential early-warning risk signals from data, but if these signals are not detectable as they are received, then they are not useful as warnings. Considering the relevance of safety concerns in the face of the large numbers of AEs being reported into the VAERS system in the context of COVID-19 products, it is essential that the VAERS system be carefully and meticulously maintained. Despite the emergence of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for COVID-19, VAERS is lacking in transparency and efficiency as a PV system, and it requires amendment or replacement.
And furthermore:

The deleted data from the total VAERS ID count are individuals enrolled in post-market surveillance human-subject studies: the where- abouts of their VAERS reports of death need to be accounted for. There is absolutely no reason for these data to be missing, from what can be ascertained. If the data were false, as was suggested as the only reason to delete an entry, then there needs to be a record of this edited data made available with the publicly available VAERS data.
I rest my case. Again.

Hi Jimi,

🍐 Picture this: a mysterious, tiny pear-shaped organ hiding right under your liver. This is the gallbladder. It’s got a vital but low-profile job — storing bile, a liquid made by your liver that helps you digest fats. (1)

But what if I told you that some people part ways with their gallbladder? It’s true! And they go on to lead perfectly normal lives. (2)

Now, you're probably asking, "Wait, we can just lose organs and carry on?" Let's unravel this mystery! 🕵

😲But Why Say Goodbye to the Gallbladder?

The main culprit? Gallstones. These are tiny, hard particles that form in your gallbladder and can really ruin your day by causing sharp abdominal pain (those who get it, don’t forget it!). Diet changes and medication can help, sometimes the gallbladder may need to make its exit in a surgery called a cholecystectomy. (3)

🪨 Preventing Gallstones: Because Who Wants Those?

The good news is, there are steps you can take to keep your gallbladder happy. Staying hydrated, maintaining a healthy weight, and minimising your intake of refined sugars and saturated fats can help. Regular movement doesn’t hurt either. (4)

🤔 Life Post-Gallbladder: What’s the Deal?

Without a gallbladder, your body becomes a bit of a freestyler. Instead of storing bile for those unexpected fatty meals, the liver sends it directly to your small intestine. This works for the most part, but can occasionally lead to bloating or diarrhoea. (5) So, you might want to be thoughtful about how much fat you consume in one go.

So, the body is pretty incredible, right? It can adapt to losing an entire organ and keep on truckin'.

⚠️ But, if you’ve got it, protect it. And if you’ve lost it, you need to learn how to protect your gut.

✨ Want to learn more fascinating health facts? Join the Liver and Gallbladder Summit for free, where you can get the latest information on natural treatments for these oft-neglected organs.

And be your own gallbladder guardian!

Yours in health,

Sarah Otto

Stroke Risk Factors for People Under 65

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

In addition to the usual warning signs of stroke that include sudden severe headache, weakness on one side of the body, difficulty walking, and slurred speech, there are risk factors that have been found to be more common among younger stroke victims, though they can occur at any age.

Special: SHOCKING: Doctors and Big Pharma Rigging Blood Pressure Numbers

These include:

Blood disorders. Some people develop or inherit conditions that cause blood to coagulate (clot) more easily, which can increase the risk of an ischemic stroke.

Congenital heart conditions. People can be born with or develop heart conditions that cause or allow blood clots in the heart to travel to the brain.

Aneurysms. An aneurysm, most commonly affecting people between ages 30 and 60, is enlargement of the blood vessel wall, thereby weakening it. Bubbles may form, which can rupture and cause a hemorrhagic stroke.

Polycystic kidney disease. This disorder runs in families and causes cysts to form on the kidneys, causing a 50% higher risk of aneurysm.

Migraine. While migraine is not known to cause stroke, people who experience migraine with an aura (sensory disturbances that can precede the headache of a migraine) may be at a slightly higher risk.

Artery tears. Another underappreciated cause of stroke in the young is dissection (tearing) of neck blood vessels. This can happen spontaneously or be related to trauma. These are the rare strokes that most commonly affect young, healthy people, especially athletes.

Contraceptive drugs. Birth control pills slightly increase stroke risk in women. Combined with smoking, that risk is considerably higher.

The Congressionally-created organization, National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM), plays a critical role in the vaccine world, as it reviews scientific literature and writes reports that are relied upon by the federal government to determine whether individuals will receive compensation for vaccine injuries. The National Academies of Medicine was formerly known as the Institute of Medicine, or IOM, and you can read about IOM’s past reports concerning vaccines in this exchange ICAN had with HHS.
This past January and March, NASEM met to review literature on adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines and it is expected to release a report based upon that review soon.
Given that the contents of this report will likely dictate whether the thousands of individuals who have filed in the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) will receive compensation for their COVID vaccine injuries, ICAN knew it was crucial to impress upon NASEM just how momentous its upcoming report will be. Thus, on March 28, 2023, ICAN, through its attorneys, sent NASEM a detailed letter bringing to their attention various important topics related to vaccine safety.
The letter initially points out issues with CICP’s sister system, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) – which also relies on NASEM’s reports to determine compensation for individuals injured by non-EUA vaccines – noting how critical it is that NASEM address the issue of causation for serious vaccine injuries in its upcoming report.
ICAN’s letter also highlights the disastrous failure of CICP, which stacks the odds against the very people it was created to protect by virtue of its exceptionally short one-year statute of limitation, its demand for “direct proof” from claimants (despite vague requirements for receipt of compensation), and secretive process for processing claims.
The letter also touched on topics such as the grievous injuries to individuals like Maddie de Garay and the abysmal failure of federal health agencies to provide her any support or response; the egregious safety profile of COVID vaccines revealed by v-safe, a program specifically created to monitor COVID vaccine safety; and the nearly 40 million Americans that skipped their second COVID shot in all likelihood due to adverse reactions.
To drive home these points, ICAN’s lead attorney, Aaron Siri, Esq., also spoke to the committee during its committee’s March 30th meeting to directly share these concerns.
ICAN will continue to monitor the situation and share any important updates, including the release of any updated NASEM reports. In the meantime, you can read the full letter here.
See below for more examples of ICAN’s work in demanding truthful information from health agencies:

Eating Flaxseed May Reduce Breast Cancer Mortality By Up To 70%
Mainstream medicine continues to push women to get yearly mammograms (recently, adding women as young as 40 to their recommendations) in order to "fight" the epidemic of deadly breast cancer affecting women at an alarming rate. However, an underreported body of evidence shows that mammograms do nothing to prevent the disease or improve survival rates. But the amazing little flaxseed does.

[Video Series] Learn How to Make Plant Resins into Potent Medicines 🌿
Jimi,

You've likely heard me talk about the importance of botanical resins in medicine, the aromatic arts, and herbal crafting.

But... have you ever thought of them actually being a part of your home apothecary?
mail

Resins are chock-full of medicinal and aromatic constituents that can be used in countless ways:
  • As potent aromatherapeutic medicine for mind, emotions, & spirit
  • Topical medicine for any first-aid uses: cuts, bruises, sprains, injuries, arthritis, pain, rashes
  • Preventative medicine, immunity boosting, air cleansing, respiratory strengthening
  • Infused into beauty products for their well-known anti-aging benefits, skin rejuvenating, and added aroma
  • Enhancing rituals, prayer, meditation & sacred practices
  • Strengthening immunity and combating colds, flus, and other viruses
  • As internal medicines in the form of tinctures, spagyrics, cordials, and mouthwashes
  • As incense & perfume for enjoyment and pleasure
  • Made into salves, creams, lotions, body butters, balms, chapstick, serums, chest rubs, ointments, and liniments, and more
  • To sell through a business and support yourself financially...
And the best thing about it... You can easily learn how to work with the many different types of resins in your own herbal or aromatic practice!

Which is exactly what I'm going to help you do this week.

I now invite you to The Botanical Resins Workshop Series, available to everyone for a limited time!

Working with resins is incredibly rewarding, but can also be challenging for beginners, defeating even...

...if you don't understand their core aspects.

I've had many students over the years tell me of their failed resin extractions, composted ingredients, strange feeling topical preparations, and sticky messes to clean up.

Many people give up trying to use them for anything other than burning them alone on charcoal as incense because they simply didn't understand the unique properties of the resin they were using - as they're all quite different.

So I've made this series into a surefire guide showing you everything you need to know about resins so you can see how easy it can be to make them into your own natural herbal healing products.

You'll learn about:
  • The main groups of resins & gums and their unique processing methods
  • Extracting every type of resin & gum with the correct solvents
  • Infusing resins into carrier oils for use in countless oil-based topical preparations
  • Tons of professional tips & tricks I've learned over the years of making countless herbal & aromatic products with resins
  • Plus, we'll make a potent and versatile Resin Salve step-by-step for first-aid, pain and arthritis, stiff & sore muscles, cold & flu symptoms, stress & anxiety, and more

This series is my gift to you, so enjoy and I'll see you in the first video!
~ Evan

Dear Jimi,
It's Day 1 of my summit, and I'm so excited that Dr. Bredesen's interview is live today. (He's one of 6 amazing experts we interview today, and 50 across the summit.)
Today is the only day you can see him for free. We cover so much ground, you might want to listen twice.
I believe it is my moral imperative to share the good news about Alzheimer's — that our clinical trials are showing over 70% success, which is orders of magnitude above and beyond any pharmaceutical.
Even the Lancet journal — one of the best on the planet — agrees with us that effective treatment is possible and preferable.
Here's the thing:
Nobody wants to think about Alzheimer’s until they absolutely have to.

But by then, it could be too late.
It’s easier to reverse a decline when you start early — at the first signs of cognitive challenges.
Today is your opportunity to start.
1 in 10 Americans will be affected by Alzheimer's directly. Many more, indirectly. Make sure it’s not you. Start in your 40s. Taking steps to protect your brain also protects your heart, your eyes, your organs, and slows many measurable signs of aging.
Join me at The Reverse Alzheimer's 3.0 Summit, happening from June 13th - 19th, 2023. This virtual and open-access event is specifically designed to provide you with valuable information, resources, and a supportive community.
We explore ways to address the challenges of Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Together we share valuable insights into how to reverse cognitive decline.
Join us to discover strategies to optimize brain health and find hope amid uncertainty.

Melatonin Fights Cancer

Did you know that getting enough deep sleep is crucial for your health and well-being?

Here's why:

Melatonin, produced by the brain during sleep, acts as a powerful antioxidant, protecting cells from damage that can potentially lead to cancer.

During cancer treatment and beyond, the body's need for sleep increases as it actively repairs itself. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep to support the healing process.

Sufficient sleep plays a vital role in recovering from chronic illness, managing stress, and repairing cellular damage, promoting overall wellness.
