The admission of a top autism expert​

Finally, the biggest piece of evidence comes from James Lyons-Weiler who got a call from one of the top autism experts in the world. He told James that “We all know vaccines cause autism. We just aren’t allowed to talk about it.” He was referring to his fellow autism experts.

If they admitted this, they would lose their funding, their job, their license to practice medicine, their hospital privileges, their board certifications, etc.

That’s why I can’t get a debate and when I try to reach out to these experts they ghost me.

And that’s why there are never the before:after studies and why all there are so many studies are designed to not find a signal.

Summary​

Science is about matching hypotheses to data to which hypothesis is best able to explain all the data.

It’s clear that there have been studies which have been deliberately or inadvertently designed to not find a signal. This doesn’t mean there isn’t a link; it simply means the study was inadequate to find the link or the underlying data was compromised.

The thing is that if there really is not a link, then no matter what you do, you won’t find a link.

But the problem they have is that there have been other studies which show very clearly that vaccines cause autism that cannot be explained away because the signals are too strong.

Furthermore, I was unable to find a single study showing that the fully vaccinated had better health outcomes than the fully unvaccinated. Judy Gerberding, the former head of the CDC, promised to do such a study in 2005.

Twenty years later, that study has still never been done.

So in the meantime, the precautionary principle of medicine is pretty clear on what we should be doing: nobody should be getting any vaccines.

And if you really don’t know what it means to have tight hip flexors, then you are wasting your time with the stretching you have been doing. Yes, stretching is good … it’s GREAT! But if you are not addressing all the muscles related to having tight hip flexors, then you will continue to suffer.

To really get to the root of stretching tight hip flexors and finally relieving the pain you are having, you will need to strengthen your core and your glutes as well.

To do exactly this, to truly stretch tight hip flexors and alleviate what is unnecessary pain in your life all you need is a few new stretches and exercise that will loosen your tight hip flexors ONCE AND FOR ALL!

What Are Tight Hip Flexors?

The hip flexors are an entire group of muscles in and around the hips that helps to move your legs and trunk together. So when you lift your legs, or when you are bending over to pick something up, you are using your hip flexors.

Your Hip Flexors Include the following muscles:

  • Iliopsoas
  • Tensor Fasciae Latae
  • Rectus Femoris
  • Sartorius
Okay, so these are all really big words, however these all have a massive impact on your daily movements and ultimately your quality of life!

When these muscles are working together in a healthy way, they allow you to flex at your hip joint as well as stabilize your spine. And when any/ all of these muscles are tight … you end up living with pain that you shouldn’t have to!

Do I Have Tight Hip Flexors?

Obviously if your muscles just feel tight that is a clear indication that they are in fact, tight. So what do you do? You STRETCH them of course!

And what is the result? Not a whole lot or at least nothing that seems to have any real impact or lasting effect as far as improving things.

Other signs that you have tight hip flexors can include any or all of these …

  • Tightness and aching in your lower back, particularly when standing
  • Poor posture; pain & difficulty standing up straight
  • Tightness and pain in your neck
  • Pain in your glutes
Do This Simple Test To See If You Have Tight Hip Flexors

Still not sure? This ONE SIMPLE test will determine if you have tight hip flexors …

Lying on your back on a table or bench, pull one knee up toward your chest and hold it there. Let the other leg relax downward over the edge of the table. It helps here to have someone hold that leg for you so you can do it slowly.

If your hip flexors are find you should be able to fully extend the thigh so it is parallel to the floor and bend your knee to 90 degree without the thigh rising up.

ANY DIFFICULTY WITH THESE MOVEMENTS INDICATES TIGHT HIP FLEXORS.

Honestly … sitting is the number one cause of tight hip flexors. Let’s be honest, we are a society that does more sitting now than ever before. Our jobs and much of our day can be spent sitting in front of a computer, in meetings and driving.

Aluminium and Breast Cancer

Building the scientific case​

In my recent book I write about building a case for an aetiological role for aluminium in breast cancer. Herein I will revisit the chapter in my book and examine the case for aluminium anew.
My interest in breast cancer was sparked by the research of oncologist Philippa Darbre linking breast cancer incidence and occurrence with the regular use of antiperspirants. My interest in these ‘cosmetics’ went back much further and I was concerned that antiperspirants were significant contributors to the body burden of aluminium. Please read my book for an account of the history, but to cut a long story short, I collaborated with Darbre and we showed that breast tissue biopsies obtained from women with breast cancer contained aluminium. Of particular interest was that breast tissues closest to the underarm consistently contained a higher content of aluminium. Of course, our research was ignored by the breast cancer community and campaigned against by breast cancer charities, including the charity that provided the breast tissue biopsies used in our study! However, it was followed up by a number of research groups in Europe and the US and evidence began to be put forward to support aluminium as a carcinogen in breast cancer. Perhaps foremost amongst these groups is research led by Stefano Mandriota in Switzerland. Mandriota, an oncologist of some repute, showed that mouse mammary epithelial cells underwent malignant transformations upon exposure to aluminium. Aluminium-induced tumours were the result of genomic instability. The most recent publication from this group highlights the importance of chromosome instability in aluminium’s carcinogenicity. Mandriota’s meticulous cell and animal studies are building the case for a role for aluminium in breast cancer. These studies continue today and deserve our full support.
A role for aluminium in breast cancer is not dependent upon a link to the regular use of antiperspirants. However, the most definitive clinical trial yet to fully investigate such a link makes a very compelling case. The study found both significantly increased concentrations of aluminium in breast tissue in breast cancer and a significant increased risk of breast cancer in women who used an antiperspirant several times a day. Confirmation of increased content of aluminium in breast tissue in breast cancer asks the question at least as to the role played by aluminium-based antiperspirants in the accumulation of aluminium in breast tissue. Note that contrary to the information repeatedly reported by the antiperspirant industry these ‘cosmetics’ do not prevent sweating by simply acting as plugs in the sweat gland. These ‘cosmetics’ prevent sweating by inhibition of the activity of the sweat gland by aluminium. The industry is well aware of this but cannot admit to such since this would change the categorisation of antiperspirants from simple cosmetics to a medicine. The latter requiring authorisation through clinical trials demonstrating both safety and efficacy. (Well, this used to be the case prior to covid vaccines.) Since sweating is a significant route of excretion of aluminium from the body, inhibiting sweating in the underarm region is likely to promote accumulation of aluminium in the surrounding tissue.
The industry actively ignores the science and attempts to defend itself by funding studies that desperately look to minimise the role of antiperspirants in the accumulation of aluminium in breast tissue. Let me be frank about such published work. I do not believe them. They set out to prove a point and, hey presto, the results prove their point. The recent study I have highlighted is wholly funded by the antiperspirant industry, its interpretation is wholly dependent upon the premise that antiperspirants are simply acting as plugs in sweat glands and as a clue to its bias one can notice that it only cites industry publications and completely ignores all previous independent research in this field. One can only surmise that the journal editor and manuscript referees are either stupid or, perhaps more likely, industry affiliates.
I have built a case for a role for aluminium in breast cancer and I will continue to watch with interest the new and independent research that tests this role. In the meantime those who are interested might like to visit the website of my good friend Eileen whose untiring work endeavours to bring this story to a wider audience.

Hyperthyroidism Can Cause AFib

In most cases, atrial fibrillation (AFib) arises from cardiac causes, but there’s another condition that can cause the heart to race: hyperthyroidism (excess thyroid hormone).

The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped gland that is located in the middle of the base of the neck, below the larynx (voice box) and above the collarbone. It produces thyroid hormone, which regulates metabolism.

However, if the thyroid gland produces too much of this hormone, it will cause hyperthyroidism, which produces a variety of symptoms, including anxiety, irritability, trouble sleeping, and weakness.

In about 13% of cases, it can also produce atrial fibrillation.

In addition, if you take thyroid hormone replacement medications because your thyroid is underactive or because your doctor removed it, a dose that is too high can cause the same issue of rapid heartbeat.

Hyperthyroidism accounts for 5% of all AFib cases. If you have atrial fibrillation, make sure you are given a test for hyperthyroidism, as this condition is very treatable.

Benefits of a Food Elimination Diet!​

An elimination diet is an eating plan whose goal is to determine food allergies and intolerances. It is a short-term plan, usually lasting between 3-6 weeks, that allows a person to learn which foods may be causing digestive distress, skin irritation, and brain fog. In an elimination diet, certain foods are cut out of the diet for a few weeks, before being slowly reintroduced, one-by-one, in order to pinpoint troublesome foods.

These eight foods constitute over 90% of allergic reactions! However, allergy tests don’t pick up on food intolerances and sensitivities.

Do you ever believe:


“I will always have gas and bloating and struggle with my bowel movements. It’s how it’s always been and it’s just how I am. I’ve tried all the gut healing protocols but nothing works. Not to mention I’ve seen so many girls on social media talking about “hot girl tummy problems” so it can’t be that bad right?”


I heard this the other day when I was working in a cafe and eavesdropping on a convo of two women sitting next to me.


I was thinking: wow, those are some serious limiting beliefs. This person has struggled with these symptoms for so long that they feel that it’s just something they’ll have to live with the rest of their life. Likely, not realizing that gut issues are linked to almost every inflammatory condition now!


Underneath this comment is self abandonment. Just because the protocol didn’t work and other people have the same problem, then it must be ok to have it?!


Now don’t get me wrong….


Any health issue we have should never be the cause of shame or more stress.


But to not keep digging deeper to better understand our triggers is not loving to yourself.


One of the biggest causes of gut issues that I see in all of my clients that is often overlooked is STRESS.


People don’t realize that stress and activation of our HPA axis which releases cortisol actually immediately causes leaky gut.


This leaky gut then releases a compound called interleukin 6 (IL6)...which travels to the brain and then re-triggers the HPA axis stress response.


Because most people don’t have the gut microbes to combat leaky gut, this cycle just goes on rinse and repeat.


Stress perpetuates stress.



Meanwhile, the body keeps trying to communicate to us with digestive issues…begging us to help.


Getting out of that loop typically requires more than probiotics, l-glutamine or marshmallow root.


It requires looking at the WHOLE picture.


That’s what I do with my proven 5 step process called the Root Cause Method.


All the systems of the body are evaluated and treated so the whole person can heal and lasting change can occur.

I would point out to others that Flyover Conservatives show isn't everyone's politics, but I don't think I've ever heard Dr. Ardis mention any political preferences. He's all about medicine, and he's really progressive, which in some instances just means getting back to basics.
