The Sacred Cycle of Regeneration: Ancient Cows, Living Soil, and the A2 Protein Legacy

Join us on a journey to a regenerative farm where ancient wisdom and modern science meet in harmony.

Oct 9
Wow, what an incredible experience it was for me and Dr. Joel Bohemier to visit Jordan Rubin’s regenerative farm in Tennessee! Not only did I interview him on his new book, the Biblio diet (a NY Times best seller), but so did my partner Dr. Tia Kansara. Check out her awesome interview below!
🌾 These incredibly beautiful and gentle A2 cows—descendants of the original, unmutated protein variety from before the 1300s—are more than milk producers. They are living partners in a sacred, self-sustaining ecosystem.
Not only do they produce one of nature’s most therapeutic, anabolic, nourishing and assimilable proteins: WHEY, which is backed by over 50 evidence-based health benefits, but they are sacred keystone species in the regenerative agricultural system.

My good friend, Dr. Bryan Ardis once said that…

50% of all cancerous tumors that he saw in his practice were actually PARASITE egg sacks.

That’s absolutely alarming!

How many people do you know that are currently suffering from that life draining disease…

I wonder how many of them have been enduring months of chemo and radiation… and possibly even surgery.

In an effort to keep their lives.

Meanwhile behind the scenes it could possibly be this hidden enemy that’s masking itself as cancer.

And it’s not only devious… it’s also incredibly selfish…

It steals the VERY nutrients and energy that are meant to give your body strength…

And help your body flourish, it takes it all for itself!

Leaving your body fighting for the scraps…

No wonder life feels like it’s draining out of you when these tiny invaders are wreaking HAVOC inside you!

You might feel…

  • Persistently exhausted, like your energy is sapped away
  • Body aches
  • Constantly battling inflammation
  • Digestive issues

Your immune system, if it’s overwhelmed by these invaders, could even start attacking your own tissues

Which leads to autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and more.

Even your mental health could take a toll…making it hard to enjoy life.

But the good news is…

There is something that you can do to rid these horrid organisms from your body!

There is a NATURAL solution that can help your body regain control.

And although I can’t promise that it’ll put years on your life.

No one can.

But I truly believe that it WILL put life into your years.

Patrick Ussher developed ME/CFS after recovering from POTS and fibromyalgia. When his condition worsened, he was drinking six to eight liters of water daily while feeling like he was "drying up inside."

Doctors dismissed his excessive thirst as psychological, but Patrick refused to accept this diagnosis and began his own research journey, leading to groundbreaking insights about blood volume and ME/CFS.
In the latest episode of the Gordon Medical Forum podcast, Dr. Eric Gordon talks with Patrick Ussher, a health advocate and ME/CFS patient who has turned his struggle into a mission to educate others.

Drawing on research from Professors Wirth and Scheibenbogen, Patrick explores how calcium overload, disrupted sodium dynamics, and blood volume issues challenge conventional thinking about ME/CFS.

Episode Highlights:
  • Suppressed blood volume regulation explains mysterious, persistent thirst in ME/CFS patients
  • Muscle cell calcium overload may drive post-exertional malaise
  • Low blood volume triggers nervous system stress and brain inflammation
  • Patient-led research reveals overlooked physiological mechanisms in chronic illness
Anxiety Recovery & Deep Rest Conference: Featuring Dr. Eric Gordon
Dr. Eric Gordon will be presenting at the upcoming Anxiety Recovery and Deep Rest Conference, focusing on how being stuck in the body’s natural cycle of the Cell Danger Response (CDR) inhibits healing. He'll explore the critical differences between chronic and acute illness, and discuss what supports system regulation to address issues regarding the Cell Danger Response effectively.

This online event, hosted by Alex Howard, Founder of Therapeutic Coaching and The Optimum Health Clinic in London, brings together experts covering the relationship between anxiety and diet, trauma, sleep hygiene, OCD, neuroplasticity, exercise, hormones, and gut health. Alex’s specialty is supporting people to heal from anxiety and challenging conditions, including profound fatigue, unresolved trauma, and chronic pain.

TL;DR
  • The sinister "slime fortresses" that make UTI symptoms stick around for weeks
  • 3 ancient ingredients that keep your urinary tract's natural defenses strong
  • Plus, the simple way to stay ahead of bacterial buildup so you can keep your urinary tract protected
Ever feel like you have to pee every ten minutes…

And when you finally do go…

Does it feel like you’re peeing razor blades?

It might not just be a pesky UTI…

There could be something more sinister going on

See, when bacteria that doesn’t belong in your urinary tract is allowed to hang around…

They sometimes seize the opportunity to band together and create a slimy, glue-like gunk known as “biofilms.”

These protective germ fortresses embed themselves along the walls of your urinary tract…

Becoming stronger and more stubborn.

Not only can this make your urinary issues more persistent and uncomfortable –

Assaulting your bladder with pain, urgency and discomfort…

They can make bacteria more resistant to common treatments like antibiotics.

For you that means a longer and more complicated road to relief

Here’s the truth:

Biofilms are bad news for your urinary tract…

So for your confidence, comfort, and peak UT well-being…

You’ll want a proactive plan to flush the bad guys and keep them from growing in numbers.

Of course, staying hydrated and eating right are smart, UT hygiene helpers.

But with 3 targeted mother-nature-made nutrients…

You can quickly stay protected and keep the bad actors at bay.

These all-natural UT all-stars are:

1. Whole Cranberry Matrix:

Inside the juice, skin, and seeds of the cranberry are molecules called proanthocyanidins (PACs).

Studies show these helpful compounds prevent adhesion, making it hard for bacteria to stick.

And if they can’t stick, they can’t stick around.

2. Hibiscus Extract:

Rich in antioxidants, hibiscus extract helps maintain healthy urinary tract function and supports normal, comfortable urination.

Research suggests it may help discourage biofilm formation, making it harder for bacteria to create those sticky fortresses.

3. Black Cumin Seed

Derived from Nigella sativa seeds, this powerful herbal ally has been used for hundreds of years in places like Iran...

And studies show it supports your urinary tract's natural defense mechanisms.

Incorporating this dynamic trio – whole cranberry matrix, hibiscus extract, and black cumin seed – into your daily routine…

Could be your magic bullet for staying one step ahead of bothersome bacteria

TAKE ACTION

Tell Driscoll’s to Stop Poisoning Us with Pesticides and Plastic

Stop buying Driscoll’s berries. The organic berries are grown in containers on land paved with plastic and the non-organic ones are poisoned with organophosphorus pesticides.

Driscoll’s is the reason why, even after California banned chlorpyrifos, the state’s use of organophosphorus pesticides is increasing in the Central Coast region (even as it’s gone down everywhere else). That’s where Driscoll’s grows its strawberries. In Monterey County, Driscoll’s caused organophosphorus pesticide use to go up 26 percent and exposure is nearly unavoidable.

Because of Driscoll’s, Monterey County has the highest proportion of pregnant women (50 percent) living within 1 km of organophosphate pesticide use. Living within 1–1.25 km of organophosphate pesticide applications during pregnancy is linked to autism spectrum disorder, reduced IQ in children, and altered brain activity in adolescents.

This is so distressing to the citizens of Watsonville, California, where Driscoll’s is headquartered, that two people went on hunger strike, demanding that Driscoll’s transition its farms near schools to organic, but Driscoll’s wouldn’t even publicly acknowledge their protest.

TAKE ACTION: Tell Driscoll’s to stop poisoning the babies of California’s Central Coast!

Pesticides in Food Cause Brain Damage in Children

by Dr. André Leu D.Sc., BA Com., Grad Dip Ed., International Director, Regeneration International:

Two recent studies reveal that even tiny amounts of chlorpyrifos, a common pesticide that leaves residues on produce, can cause brain damage in unborn and developing children. This exposure occurs from consuming fresh fruits and vegetables that have been treated with this toxic insecticide.

The latest review into Autism has ignored the effects of pesticides in the development of this and related diseases. Exposure to small amounts of pesticides in food can harm the brain’s normal development, leading to a range of serious issues observed in children, including autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other developmental and behavioral challenges.

Studies conducted independently by researchers at Columbia University’s Center for Children’s Environmental Health, the University of California, Berkeley, and the Mount Sinai School of Medicine found that fetal exposure to small amounts of organophosphate pesticides caused a range of brain abnormalities, leading to children with reduced IQs, diminished attention spans, and increased vulnerability to ADHD.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Forget Materialism, a Simple Life Is Happier

Leah Watkins, Robert Aitken, Loic Pengtao Li, University of Otago:

“In an age where billionaires and conspicuous consumption are increasingly on display, new Otago-led research shows a simple life really is a happier life.

The study led by University of Otago – Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka Department of Marketing researchers has recently been published in the Journal of Macromarketing.

After setting out to understand the relationship between consumption and wellbeing, the researchers found people are happier and more satisfied when adopting sustainable lifestyles and resisting the temptations of consumerism.

They analysed data from a representative sample of more than 1000 New Zealanders, made up of 51 per cent men and 49 per cent women, with a median age of 45 and a median annual household income of $50,000.

They found the commitment to simple living, or ‘voluntary simplicity’ as it is formally known, leads to wellbeing through providing more opportunities for personal interaction and social connection than conventional contexts of exchange, such as community gardens, sharing resources, and peer-to-peer lending platforms.”

Read about how the commitment to relationships, social connection, community involvement and a sense of living a purposeful and meaningful life leads to wellbeing

Device May Ease Sleep Apnea

By Chauncey Crandall, M.D.

A small battery-operated device long used as a treatment for pain may also help patients with sleep apnea, a British study suggests. Sleep apnea is a condition that impedes breathing during sleep, reduces oxygen intake, and undermines sleep itself.

The remedy is to stimulate sleepers with continuous but controlled electric pulses to open obstructed airways, improve breathing, and restore sleep.

Special: Doctor: All Multivitamins Are Not the Same

For this study, Joerg Steier, a professor of respiratory and sleep medicine at King's College London, looked at a low-cost, battery-operated machine available over the counter called TENS (transcutaneous electrical neurostimulator).

A TENS unit stimulates the hypoglossal nerve that travels from the base of the brain down the neck and ends under the base of the tongue.

Between 2018 and 2023, Steier and his colleagues tried TENS out with 56 sleep apnea patients. On average, the men and women were in their mid- to late 50s.

Roughly half were randomly given portable TENS machines that they could operate themselves at home, fine-tuning the intensity of electrical stimulation that worked best for them. The others continued routine CPAP therapy.

After three months, sleep apnea severity was assessed. Researchers saw an uptick in unobstructed breathing capacity during sleep in the TENS group, and a notable drop in daytime fatigue.

Behind the White Coats: Six Surgeons General's $Millions in Pharma Conflicts Exposed

They were supposed to be the “voices of reason”—six former U.S. Surgeons General, the nation’s doctors, now warning us about the “dangers” of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Instead, their recent op-ed feels more like the voice of Big Pharma speaking through white coats. This week, these medical mandarins issued an ‘unprecedented statement’ accusing RFK Jr., the sitting Health Secretary, of “endangering lives” and “rejecting science.” Mainstream media trumpeted it as a bipartisan smackdown from on high. But let’s pull back the curtain: each of these officials has profited from the very industries most threatened by Kennedy’s reforms. Their warning isn’t just medical—it’s monetary. And the story of how we got here reveals a revolving door between public service and corporate greed that’s finally spinning out of control.

Henry Ford Health vaccine study findings, childhood chronic illness data analysis, vaccine safety film premiere October 2025, Dr Paul Thomas An Inconvenient Study, vaccine transparency documentary release
Friends, I want to invite you to join me for the worldwide premiere of a groundbreaking new documentary—An Inconvenient Study. This film takes a deep, honest look at the large-scale data from Henry Ford Health, which followed more than 18,000 children over ten years. The results are eye-opening and raise important questions about childhood health, chronic illness, and how vaccination choices may play a role.

For those of us who have long called for transparency in science, this is a must-see film. An Inconvenient Study courageously brings the data to light—data that challenges the current narrative and deserves open, thoughtful discussion.

Please join me this Sunday, October 12th, for the worldwide online premiere at 5 p.m. PST / 8 p.m. EST at www.aninconvenientstudy.com. Following the screening, you’ll be able to watch the recorded Q&A from the earlier Los Angeles event, and afterward, you can download a copy of the film for free directly from the site.

Henry Ford Health vaccine study findings, childhood chronic illness data analysis, vaccine safety film premiere October 2025, Dr Paul Thomas An Inconvenient Study, vaccine transparency documentary release
About the Film
An Inconvenient Study exposes what mainstream media and medical institutions have been reluctant to discuss. Drawing from the Henry Ford Health study, which tracked thousands of children over a decade, the film explores the connections between vaccination status and health outcomes.

Through candid interviews, clear data visualization, and expert commentary, this film reveals patterns that can no longer be ignored—higher rates of chronic conditions among vaccinated children and healthier outcomes in those who remained unvaccinated.

Rather than pushing fear or ideology, An Inconvenient Study calls for open scientific dialogue and transparency in research. It’s a courageous step toward understanding what’s truly driving today’s chronic illness epidemic—and a reminder that good science should never be silenced.

Where to Watch

The worldwide online premiere begins Sunday, October 12th, at 5 p.m. PST / 8 p.m. EST on www.aninconvenientstudy.com.
Following the premiere, watch the recorded Q&A from the earlier Los Angeles event, and download your free copy of the film afterward directly from the site:

When Hippocrates said to “let food be thy medicine,” he obviously wasn’t referring to nutritional supplements. But in today’s world, this wisdom most certainly applies.

Eating mindfully is important, of course. That’s why we offer a free diet guide to all of our customers. And why we’ve devoted the last several weeks to discussing some key nutrition topics in greater depth.

But the inconvenient truth is that your body can't get everything it needs from food. It’s simply not possible.

For one thing, it takes a lot of work to maintain healthy eating habits—and the fact is, life happens. No one can maintain a perfectly clean diet. And the moment you have a meal outside of your home, you have less control over the quality of your food.

But even if you were to purchase and prepare every meal yourself, there would still be a number of hidden challenges to address… Read More

"Anything beyond what we need
is poison. It can be power,
laziness, food, ego, ambition,
vanity, fear, anger or whatever."

I hold with the theory that the old story of Adam & Even in the garden, where they eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and so are condemned to leave the garden, is about trading instinct and intuition for "smarts", for the knowledge that mankind can exploit resources, can manipulate supply, can hoard, own, guard to keep others out to protect one's own interests (the origin of wars), to use resources to make profits.

I was reading one of your other posts about the sacred cycle of livestock raising, whereby the animal waste regenerates the soil for another cycle of growth for the sustenance of the animals, without the use of chemical inputs. There are missed opportunities for external entities' profits there, but even the raising of livestock is far from the original nomadic "herding", which was following the herds wherever they went, taking from them only what was needed for food, skins, etc. Bones of dead deer and bison made the hottest, most long lasting fires. The story of Cain and Abel appears to me to be about herding (Abel) vs. settled plant cultivation (Cain). The bible can be very interesting when you look at who did what, and what was being said.

We're in a place of sad ignorance.

Regenified aims to build markets for regenerative non-GMO corn

Connecting food brands to Regenified certified farmers and increasing farmer profitability are key goals of initiative. Regenerative agriculture certifier Regenified is trying to build premium markets for non-GMO corn grown by the group’s certified farmers. In the process, they want to build more direct farmer-to-brand supply chains for regeneratively produced crops. The aim of the initiative is to connect food brands with certified regenerative farmers says Salar Shemirani, Regenified’s CEO.
“Whether it’s a turkey that is produced regeneratively and being fed non-GMO corn, or an egg production facility that feeds non-GMO Regenified corn to its flocks, that interest and appetite by consumers is certainly there,” Shemirani says. The goal is also to build better—and regenerative—supply chains for non-GMO corn for food and feed.
“We are willing to support those organizations who already buy non-GMO corn to have access to a more traceable and transparent supply of non-GMO corn,” Shemirani says. Learn more here.

Scientific publication on AI-designed "new GMO" maize

The blueprint for an insecticidal genetically modified corn has been published in the journal Frontiers in Plant Science. What makes it special is that it was designed using artificial intelligence (AI) for the application of new genetic engineering (NGT). A legislative proposal by the EU Commission for the future regulation of NGT plants was used as a guideline. As a result, NGT plants could be placed on the market without mandatory environmental risk assessment.
Insecticidal plants can be toxic not only to herbivorous insects, but also pose significant risks to non-target organisms, food webs, ecosystem function, and biodiversity. Under the current EU legislative proposal, NGT plants with up to 20 genetic modifications could be released into the environment and marketed without prior environmental risk assessment.
The Commission's proposal is currently being discussed in Brussels and is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks or months. Testbiotech is calling for the proposal to be rejected, as it does not ensure the safe handling of NGT plants. Read more from our friends at GM Watch here.

EU non-GMO market report puts spotlight on key trends

In its latest Market Report, European Non-GMO Industry Association (ENGA) highlights the key developments in the three main non-GMO crops in the EU: soy, maize/corn, and rapeseed. The report, published in cooperation with Donau Soja and The ProTerra Foundation, focuses on the second quarter of 2025 and highlights the key trends, as well as yields, supply, prices, and premiums of these key commodities. Hey Jimi,
In this episode, I’m speaking with Rome Za. His take is that the biggest threats to your health aren't the diseases doctors test for, but your nervous system and the toxins you can't see. He believes that most people are breathing wrong all day, keeping themselves trapped in a state of chronic stress.
Rome is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu athlete, movement specialist, and nervous system educator who's worked with over 4,000 clients. His discovery? Virtually everyone's nervous system is stuck in sympathetic overdrive, driving pain, anxiety, sleep problems, and poor decision-making.
In this raw conversation, he shares his journey from being a refugee fleeing genocide in Chechnya to becoming obsessed with understanding what truly creates health. and why most people are focused on the wrong things entirely.
This episode was initially released in Jan 2024

In this podcast, Rome and I discuss:

  • His fascinating and sometimes very intense childhood, including an early brush with death

  • The one factor we should focus on for nervous system healing before supplements or even diet

  • How children's breathing patterns change at age 5½ when they start school and never recover

  • Rome’s vast clinical experience coaching people and the recurrent issue he’s seen in over 4,000 coaching clients

  • The critical difference between building muscles (easy) versus bulletproofing ligaments and joints (essential but ignored)

  • 2 nervous system assaults you should be keenly aware of and how to address both for a calm, centered life

  • The importance of non-traditional strength movements that lead to vitality, resilience, and longevity

  • 3 core insights you can apply to your own life to support and steady your nervous system
Yours in health,

Dear ,
In 2016, I issued a challenge to the head of infectious disease at one of the most prestigious medical institutions in the world: conduct the most thorough vaxxed vs. unvaxxed study that has ever been done. The expert took up the challenge and ran the study.

That unpublished study hasn’t seen the light of day... until now.

What:

An Inconvenient Study is an ICAN and Del Bigtree Film. Through shocking hidden camera footage, expert interviews, and archival footage, the film challenges long-held assumptions about vaccine safety, chronic illness, and scientific transparency.

The film reveals an unpublished study of vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children inside the Henry Ford Health System. The question is, why isn’t it published?

This could change everything…

Ancient Wisdom, Modern Breakthroughs

Black seed oil (Nigella sativa) continues to draw modern research interest for a good reason. Studies and reviews have documented its broad spectrum of bioactivity, including:
Anti-inflammatory & antioxidant support, especially via a key compound called thymoquinone PMC
Immune modulation & respiratory health — used in traditional and clinical contexts for asthma, allergies, and respiratory inflammation ClinicalTrials.gov
Metabolic support — some meta-analyses report reductions in BMI, blood sugar, and lipid markers in certain populations ScienceDirect-Medical News Today
Skin, gut, and joint benefits — potential to soothe common digestive discomfort, support skin health (acne, psoriasis), and ease joint stiffness PMC-Cleveland Clinic-Healthline
These findings don’t promise miracles, but they do support what traditional wisdom has maintained for millennia: black seed acts broadly as a gentle, systemic tonic.
🎞 In this inspiring conversation, Sayer Ji (GreenMedInfo) and Dr. Edward Group (Global Healing) dive deep into the history, research, and living legacy of black seed (Nigella sativa) — a plant once described as... “A REMEDY FOR EVERYTHING BUT DEATH" READ ARTICLE HERE
