Ban Monsanto (Bayer) & Israel Chemicals Ltd’s White Phosphorus Weapons​

White phosphorus (not to be confused with phosphate-based fertilizers from phosphate rock) is a chemical weapon that ignites upon exposure to oxygen. Burning at up to 1400°F, it inflicts horrific, burning injuries, contaminates land and water, and renders entire regions uninhabitable for generations. International law bans its use against civilians, but Israel has repeatedly used it in Gaza and Lebanon, scorching fields, homes, and bodies.


Lebanon has the highest proportion of agricultural land in the Middle East, but now much of it is poisoned. This is a tragedy not only for the Lebanese people, but for the entire region’s food security and heritage. Modern wheat’s earliest ancestors – einkorn, emmer, and spelt – still grow wild in Lebanon where farmers preserve the ancient traditions of the Fertile Crescent, the center of origin of the Triticeae family of wild grasses, to which wheat, rye, and barley belong.

Israel’s use of white phosphorus weapons is supported by the U.S. Department of War and its monopoly suppliers of white phosphorus, Monsanto (Bayer) and Israel Chemicals Ltd (ICL). St. Louis is currently supporting ICL’s expansion with $200 million in taxpayer funding.

“Fix Our Forests” Is A Giveaway to Timber & Tech​

The timber industry has figured out a way to get paid to log. In the name of “fireshed management” the government pays companies to thin-out the forests. It’s a great get-rich-quick scheme for them, but the trouble for us is that forest thinning doesn’t reduce wildfire risk.

The “Fix Our Forest” Act would require forest thinning–overriding laws like the National Environmental Policy Act and the Endangered Species Act to do so.

The John Muir Project calls it “an extreme logging bill masquerading as a ‘forest health’ measure. It would eviscerate environmental laws on public forests in order to dramatically increase logging of mature and old-growth trees, and clearcutting, on public lands, at taxpayer expense.”

Then, there’s the disturbing tech component that Maureen Steele of the American Made Foundation says is like “putting Alexa in the woods”: “The premise sounds noble: early wildfire detection, faster response, safer forests. The reality? A nationwide surveillance grid dressed up in green camouflage. Cameras on towers, drones overhead, mesh networks buried in the soil, all feeding into proprietary artificial intelligence run by private companies and subsidized by federal tax dollars. … Colorado has already become a test case. Xcel Energy partnered with Pano AI to install 21 surveillance towers across the state, claiming to cover more than 1.5 million acres.”

Billions of people around the world live with chronic pain — and a staggering 40% of them also experience depression and anxiety.
"People usually assume that pain is a purely physical phenomenon," said Dr. Gary Small, a brain health expert and chair of psychiatry at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. "They focus on the part of the body affected. And certainly nerve cells, muscle tissue and joints are involved," said Small.

"But you need a functioning brain to experience the sensation of pain. So, the brain and pain are very much linked," Small explained to Newsmax’s "National Report."

Chronic pain doesn’t just affect the body — it can also change the brain. "When pain becomes chronic, anybody who’s experienced that knows it’s debilitating," he said. "There are much higher rates of anxiety and depression with chronic pain. A condition called fibromyalgia, where you can’t locate a specific pain source, has even higher rates of depression and anxiety."
Even more striking: brain scans have shown that "with chronic pain, parts of the brain actually shrink — areas in the cortex, the outer rim of the brain," Small noted. "The good news is, with effective treatment of pain, that atrophy partially reverses."

Psychological treatments can help reduce the physical sensation of pain. "Cognitive behavioral therapy helps people reframe their thinking about pain so they develop better coping strategies," explained Small, who is also the physician in chief for Behavioral Health Services at Hackensack Meridian Health. "Acceptance and commitment therapy increases mental flexibility so people can endure the pain rather than avoid it."
Antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications can help with the mental symptoms that often accompany pain, explained Small.
For those looking for self-help approaches, Small emphasized getting a proper medical evaluation first to rule out any underlying medical issues. But there are proven strategies people can use at home.
"Stress is something many people can handle themselves with meditation, breathing exercises, or other relaxation techniques that will help reduce that pain sensation," he said. "Exercise is very important. When we exercise, our body produces natural analgesics called endorphins, which also reduces inflammation, which can exacerbate that pain," said Small, editor of Dr. Gary Small’s Mind Health Report.
He also recommends a multi-pronged approach: "You can combine meditation with exercise. Sometimes acupuncture makes a difference as well as massage."
Small also shared a surprising — and slightly humorous — finding. "When you swear, it actually reduces your pain," he said. Citing research from University of Oxford, he explained that "swearing led to a 33% increase in pain tolerance."

An Apple A Day Helps Keep The Doctor Away
Yes it’s true, eating an apple a day, really will keep the doctor away. In fact, according British researchers, if individuals ate just one extra apple a day, approximately 8,500 deaths from vascular disease could be prevented in the UK.
The reduction in cardiovascular deaths by adding an apple to the diet is equal to the reduction that would be observed if all UK individuals over 50 years of age were prescribed statin therapy. In that scenario, 9400 deaths from vascular disease could be prevented if these adults were started on simvastatin 40 mg.
They add that prescribing statins to all those eligible would lead to 1200 cases of myopathy, 200 cases of rhabdomyolysis, and 12 300 new diagnoses of diabetes mellitus....​

For decades, we’ve been taught that fluoride is healthy for you and your family, and is an essential tool to prevent tooth decay. But is that the case? New studies show that claims of fluoride’s safety and usefulness may have been overstated by the dental community....​
CR and the Guardian selected 120 people from around the US, out of a pool of more than 6,000 volunteers, to test for arsenic, lead, PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), and other contaminants. The samples came from water systems that together service more than 19 million people.
A total of 118 of the 120 samples had concerning levels of PFAS or arsenic above CR’s recommended maximum, or detectable amounts of lead. Testing of the samples showed:​

Lowering testosterone to zero or near zero (chemical castration) is a treatment for advanced prostate cancer or after prostate cancer recurrence. This form of treatment is commonly called Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT) or hormone therapy.



How Testosterone Works



Testosterone is a hormone produced primarily in the testicles of males (and the ovaries of females.) Testosterone has many bodily functions, including regulating bone density, red blood cell production, and fat distribution. It also has effects on muscle building, mood, and cognitive function. This hormone declines naturally with age or has therapeutic value in men with a certain level of prostate cancer which can lead to a range of symptoms, including decreased muscle mass and strength, cognitive decline, bone loss, and hot flashes (night sweats).



How Androgen Deprivation Therapy works for Prostate Cancer



Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT), also known as androgen suppression therapy, is a treatment for prostate cancer that aims to reduce the levels of male hormones called androgens in the body. Androgens, such as testosterone, can stimulate the growth of prostate cancer cells. By lowering the number of androgens in the body, ADT can slow down or even shrink prostate cancer tumors. ADT can be achieved through various methods, such as medications that block the production of androgens or surgical removal of the testicles, the primary source of testosterone in the male body. ADT may be used as the primary treatment for prostate cancer or combined with other treatments, such as radiation therapy.

  • Bicalutamide (Casodex)
  • Nilutamide (Nilandron)
  • Enzalutamide (Xtandi)

To prevent negative effects from ADT there are several things you must do:

  • Exercise six hours a week. At least three times a week consider weight resistance exercises.
  • Stay on a low simple carbohydrate diet. Follow the XY Wellness Diet.
