MAHA Mike Tyson Super Bowl Ad Is Trending Everywhere​

Before kickoff for Sunday’s Super Bowl, MAHA Action President Tony Lyons said, “rumors were swirling that Big Food was working around the clock to get the ad cancelled. If true, those efforts were unsuccessful.”​
The ad features former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson calling out processed food in favor of real food (“Processed Food Kills” while “Real Food Wins”). The goal of this ad was to reach as wide an audience as the MAHA™ movement ever has to wake Americans up across the country and show them that processed food has failed them.​

The ad has made immense progress already:​

  • Over 120 million viewers during the Super Bowl.
  • Over 30 million views on X so far.
  • Dozens of news articles have been posted about the ad (with many more at least mentioning the ad).
  • Videos of people ditching processed food while watching the ad are trending across social media platforms.
Lyons said there was more media conversation around the MAHA ad than almost any other ad, and Adweek rated it higher than other ads, predicting it will lead to more sales of ‘real food’ than Bud Light, Uber Eats, or Pepsi.​

Exercise Cuts Prostate Cancer Risk

"Jeopardy" and "Wheel of Fortune" creator Merv Griffin said in a 2007 interview: "I've been very fortunate with my health. I smoke. I drink — not heavily, but I like my wine. I don't exercise. I take a cab to a cab."

Later that year, he died from a recurrence of prostate cancer that first surfaced in 1996.

Could he have avoided that result? Quite possibly.

Special: Doctors Witness Amazing Joint Pain Changes

A study from the U.K. looked at 140,000 men — around 80,000 of whom had prostate cancer — and found that guys ages 50 and older who exercised regularly reduced their risk of prostate cancer by 51% compared with those who were not active.

In fact, the researchers say that guys can cut their risk of prostate cancer by more than half if they spend just 20 minutes a day walking or gardening.

We say that you'll see even greater rewards if you exercise an hour a day.

But what's really impressive about this study is that the researchers didn't rely on self-reporting for their findings. They looked at variations in DNA sequencing that indicate a person's level of physical activity.

Yes, physical activity changes which of your genes are switched on or off, and that changes your risk of cancer.
So guys, get as active as you can (10,000 steps a day or the equivalent), and avoid added sugar and syrups, saturated or trans fats, and any grain that isn't 100% whole.

You'll decrease your odds of cancer while increasing your odds of normal I am a spammer ban me function.

Managing High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is the number one modifiable risk factor for heart disease, heart attack, and stroke. It occurs when the force of blood pushing against the walls of your arteries is too great, causing damage to the epithelial cells there, which can lead to a condition called atherosclerosis, resulting in fat buildup that forms plaques in the blood vessels.

But despite the fact that there are effective medications for high blood pressure, the majority of people with the condition (some estimates are as high as 75 percent) have difficulty controlling it, even with multiple drugs.

Nitric oxide regulates vascular (blood vessel) tone, therefore controlling blood pressure. In fact, the loss of nitric oxide production — called “endothelial dysfunction” — is the earliest danger sign for developing high blood pressure.

This has led to tremendous interest in nitric oxide for preventing high blood pressure. It’s a good reason to consider taking nitric oxide not as a substitute for high blood pressure medication, but in addition to it if your blood pressure is high.

If your blood pressure is normal, nitric oxide can help keep it that way. A review of 22 studies published in 2021 by the journal Nitric Oxide found that taking the supplement significantly reduced blood pressure, especially in people 65 or over who were overweight or had mild hypertension (prehypertension).

In another small study, researchers from Florida State University in Tallahassee gave four men and five women with high blood pressure an extract containing L-arginine daily for six weeks. All demonstrated improved arterial function, which consequently lowered their blood pressure.

Some research also finds that the compound can benefit people who have pulmonary hypertension, a form of high blood pressure that affects the vessels in the lungs.

Once again, L-arginine is not a substitute for blood pressure medication. And if your blood pressure is well controlled by a medication, check with your doctor before using L-arginine to make sure it won’t fall too low with the supplement.

This is concerning because Americans consume 15 times more fructose than they did 100 years ago, and that means they are overfeeding tumor cells as they overfeed themselves.

That may be why researchers have observed that certain cancers have become increasingly more prevalent — especially in people younger than 50.

Here’s the smart move if you have cancer: Avoid fructose — both HFCS and plain — in prepared and processed foods.

And for everyone else, don’t make your body a happy hunting ground for cells that are mutating into cancer.

Ditch all added sugars and syrups. For a sweet treat, enjoy 1 ounce of 70% dark chocolate daily.

One thing I see often is people being given very limited or conflicting guidance when preparing for surgery, especially when it comes to nutrition and supplements.
