New findings on lifestyle and prostate cancer outcomes

Today, I am excited to share some important findings from a recent study on prostate cancer risk conducted through the Million Veteran Program (MVP). This study provides valuable insights into how lifestyle choices can impact prostate cancer (PrCa) outcomes, so let’s take a closer look…

Study Overview

The study analyzed data from over 280,000 men enrolled in the MVP, one of the largest and most diverse health record-linked biobanks globally. Participants were primarily male (90.4%) with an average age of 61.9 years. The study included men of various ancestries, with 10.9% being of African ancestry.

Hey Jimi,

Were you able to catch the fascinating first episode of Beyond Diagnosis?

I gotta say, it was pretty cool to hear Vala’s story about her serious Staph infection. And instead of taking antibiotics, she healed herself with some pretty unusual, but time-tested therapies.

She felt so vibrant afterward that she continued both therapies for years to improve her health like never before.

Dr. Andre Kalker also mentioned a recent study on the healing potential of Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS) in small cancer lung cells.

And Dr. M. Nathaniel Mead revealed why increasing Omega-3s is an absolute must to reduce the inflammation that fuels tumor growth.

If you want to learn about some unique and proven therapies, make sure you watch the 9-part series, Beyond the Diagnosis.

When you watch this groundbreaking docuseries, you'll discover:

* Why a diagnosis may be the starting point of your health journey, not the final answer

* The hidden patterns some experts look for when symptoms don’t fully resolve

* Why two people with the same diagnosis can have very different root causes

* The emerging science around inflammation, toxins, and metabolic health

* And so much more

This series exposes what mainstream medicine won't tell you and shares the proven paths to genuine healing.

Watch now to uncover true healing by addressing the root cause of disease.

Wishing you abundant health,

Jason Prall

Leafy Greens Keep Your Brain Sharp

Dr. Gary Small, M.D., writes:

A study of nearly 1,000 older adults showed that daily consumption of green leafy vegetables may slow age-related cognitive decline.

Dr. Martha Clare Morris of Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and her colleagues analyzed data from the volunteers’ self-reported eating habits and assessed their memory and thinking abilities annually for five years. They found that participants who consumed one to two portions of vegetables per day gained significant cognitive benefits compared to those who consumed the least amount of vegetables.

Special: Doctor: All Multivitamins Are Not the Same

The daily serving sizes and green leafy vegetables included in the questionnaire were one-half cup of cooked spinach; one-half cup of cooked kale/collards/greens; and 1 cup of raw lettuce.

These vegetables are rich in vitamin K, lutein, folate, alpha-tocopherol, and other nutrients that slow cognitive decline in older adults.

Hi jimi.

Have you ever wondered whether the foods on your plate are helping protect your body… or quietly increasing your risk?

Research continues to show that what we eat plays a major role in long-term health, including cancer risk.

Highly processed foods, excess saturated fat, and low fiber intake have all been linked to increased inflammation and disease risk.

On the other hand, diets rich in whole plant foods — vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and seeds — are consistently associated with lower rates of many chronic diseases.

That’s not hype. That’s decades of nutrition science.

But here’s the challenge…

Most people don’t need more information.

They need a simple, doable plan.

That’s why my friend Kim Murphy from Simply Plant Based Kitchen is hosting a FR-EE 4-day online experience called the Plant-Based Beginner’s Bootcamp.

Hi Jimi,
In one startling study, researchers found that women who consumed at least one cooked fresh mushroom per day were 64% less likely to develop breast cancer.
Other studies have found that mushrooms can be good for your immune system, mental clarity, cardiovascular health, digestive system, and they might even help prevent premature balding!
But which mushrooms are best? How much do you need? How can you make them taste good? And what are mushrooms, anyway?

Episode 466: (MARCH 5, 2026) | THE HIGHWIRE: VACCINE UPTAKE, LIABILITY, AND ALUMINUM IN VACCINES
The HighWire with Del Bigtree — Episode 466 (March 5, 2026) opens with breaking legal and policy news: the Trump EPA has filed a brief at the U.S. Supreme Court backing Bayer/Monsanto and glyphosate (Roundup). Del breaks down what the government is arguing, what’s at stake for warning labels and litigation, and why the outcome could reshape corporate accountability around glyphosate-based herbicides.
Then, Jefferey Jaxen covers the accelerating shift in public vaccine sentiment, as global vaccine uptake declines and pharmaceutical stocks react to falling demand. Del analyzes the latest reported data, including a major worldwide drop in Gardasil (HPV vaccine) uptake, and what these trends could signal for vaccine policy, mandates, and the future of the vaccine marketplace.
Also, a dive into the growing national debate over vaccine manufacturer liability. New polling indicates strong public support for restoring legal accountability for vaccine makers, a key issue tied to vaccine injury protections, medical freedom, and federal vaccine policy.
Plus, an in-studio scientific discussion you don’t want to miss: Del is joined by Dr. James Neuenschwander and Dr. Brian Hooker to break down a new study examining aluminum in vaccines and the potential implications for vaccine safety research, adverse event risk, and the broader childhood vaccination schedule.

Ever notice how a cold or flu always seems to strike right after a brutal week of stress?

That’s not just bad luck—it’s biology.

There is a powerful field of science called Psychoneuroimmunology. It sounds complicated, but the core idea is simple and life-changing: Your thoughts, emotions, and stress levels are in a constant, 24/7 conversation with your immune system.

When you are under chronic stress, your mind "shouts" at your body, which:

  • Weakens your natural defenses against viruses and bacteria.
  • Fuels silent inflammation throughout your system.
  • Opens the door to illness just when you need your health most.
If stress is doing all the talking, your health is paying the price. But once you understand the conversation, you can learn how to flip the switch back to "protection" mode.

Get the rest of the story here to see exactly why stress makes you sick—and what you can do about it now:

Omega 3s: Foundational for Healing
If there were one nutrient almost every modern woman is deficient in — and one that influences breast cancer healing, brain function, hormones, inflammation, immune strength, and cardiovascular health — it would be omega-3 fatty acids.
Nearly 88% of American middle-aged adults have omega-3 levels below the cardiovascular risk threshold.

Omega-3s are far more than “heart-healthy fats. They form the very structure of your cell membranes, regulate inflammatory signaling, influence how your genes express themselves, and determine how resilient your brain and immune system are under stress.

In this week’s blog, we explore:

• The difference between EPA, DHA, and ALA
• Why marine-based omega-3s are the therapeutic heavy lifters
• How omega-3s cool the inflammatory terrain cancer feeds on
• Their role during radiation and chemotherapy
• Why quality, absorption, and purity matter

Chronic inflammation is at the root of most modern dis-eases. Omega-3s help shift that terrain. This is why they are a core foundation of the 7 Essentials System® and included in our Foundational Kit.

When inflammation stabilizes and cells are nourished properly, healing becomes biologically possible. Read the full blog to learn how to optimize your omega-3 levels and support your body at the cellular level.

Is Your Nervous System Stuck in “Survival Mode”?
Stress isn’t just emotional — it’s physiological.

In our latest Wellness Warriors podcast episode, board-certified neurologist Dr. Jorina Elbers from HeartMath explains how chronic stress reshapes the nervous system and can contribute to issues like fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, digestive problems, and poor sleep.
You’ll learn:

• Why many people fluctuate between “fight-or-flight” and total exhaustion
• How nervous system dysregulation affects healing
• The science behind Heart Rate Variability (HRV) training
• Simple techniques to activate your body’s parasympathetic “rest, repair, and digest” state

Dr. Elbers also shares how HeartMath technology can help you see in real time how your body responds to stress and train your nervous system to build greater resilience.

If stress has been weighing on your body or your healing journey, this conversation is a powerful place to start.

Hey Jimi,
One of the most common symptoms reported by people living in the modern world is chronic fatigue and general lack of energy.
In fact, research shows that 1 in 5 adults worldwide struggle with ongoing fatigue, and nearly half of Americans report feeling sleepy multiple days each week.
So if you’re feeling exhausted, foggy, or just run-down more often than not, you’re definitely not alone.
In the following uncut interview from The Human Longevity Project, Ari Whitten discusses why so many people are dealing with fatigue in our modern world.

Ari also talks about ways to maximize energy production and the important role stress plays in the process.

(Hint: stress can actually have an important and positive impact on your health)!

This information is vitally important and may explain why some people are more susceptible than others to chronic illness and infections.

I hope you enjoy. It is a fascinating interview.

Wishing you abundant health,
Jason Prall
P.S. Ari gets into the science of energy production. Make sure you have a pen and paper handy. And when you get a chance, please reply to this email and let me know what you think of the interview.
I’d love to hear your biggest takeaways!

Food sensitivities aren't just annoying digestive issues.

They actively create chronic inflammation that spreads throughout your entire body.

And chronic inflammation is the root cause of the most dangerous diseases we face. Diseases such as:

* heart disease

* autoimmune conditions

* chronic fatigue

* dementia

* and cancer

When your gut barrier becomes compromised, undigested food particles, toxic substances, and microbial fragments pass into circulation and trigger immune activation.

Over time, your body's ability to recognize harmless foods as safe gets disrupted, triggering silent (or not-so-silent) immune responses every time you eat and creating persistent inflammation.

Now, instead of food being a source of nourishment, it becomes an inflammatory driver.

And the worst part is, chronic inflammation doesn't stay in your gut.

It travels to your brain, heart, liver, skin, joints, thyroid, basically every cell and organ system in your body.

This is why people with unresolved food sensitivities often develop autoimmune conditions years later.

Inflammation that started with bloating and brain fog eventually escalates into Hashimoto's, rheumatoid arthritis, MS, and lupus.

The good news is you can break this dangerous cycle.

You just need to know what to do.

My good friend and integrative health expert, Jason Prall, is hosting the all-new Food Sensitivity Summit, where 15 leading experts will show you exactly how to address food sensitivities at the root, before they progress into chronic inflammation and ultimately disease.

Save your seat for the Food Sensitivity Summit: Eat Without Fear

In this 5-day FREE online event, you'll discover:

- Why food sensitivities have exploded recently and what's driving the epidemic

- Which functional tests reveal the dysfunctions driving your reactions (and which ones to stay away from)

- How to restore immune tolerance so your body stops seeing harmless foods as threats

- Detoxification and nervous system regulation strategies that halt reactions at the source

- How to repair gut barrier function so inflammation doesn't spread

You'll also find many specialty topics, including how gut problems can fuel cancer growth, the autoimmune disease connection, and cutting-edge therapies that help you feel better right away, while fortifying the body against future activation.

Halophyte:
A plant adapted to thrive in salty environments, like coastal flats or salt marshes.

Food sensitivities fuel these chronic diseases

Most people think food sensitivities are just about digestive discomfort.
But the deeper issue is what they can quietly trigger inside the body.
When the gut barrier becomes compromised, undigested food particles, toxins, and microbial fragments can slip into circulation and activate the immune system.
Over time, chronic inflammation from this can lead to things like heart disease, autoimmune disorders, chronic fatigue, cognitive decline, and even c*ncer.
In other words, what begins as bloating, fatigue, or brain fog can slowly evolve into something much bigger if the root causes aren’t addressed.
My friend Jason Prall is hosting a 5-day online gathering called the Food Sensitivity Summit: Eat Without Fear.
Jason has brought together 15 functional medicine doctors and health researchers to explore why food reactions are becoming so common – and what people can do to restore gut resilience and immune balance.
They’ll cover how to repair gut barrier function, how the immune system begins misidentifying foods as threats, and which testing approaches actually help uncover the root dysfunction.
If this is something you’ve been navigating, you can REGISTER FOR THE FOOD SENSITIVITY SUMMIT HERE and learn practical ways to calm inflammation and support your gut again.

Why Eating Seasonally Matters

Walk into a modern grocery store and you can find almost anything, any time of year. Strawberries in January. Tomatoes in February. Blueberries shipped from the other side of the planet. It’s convenient, and most of us have grown up assuming that this is just how food works.
But for nearly all of human history, our diets followed the seasons.
Before refrigeration, cargo ships, and global supply chains, people ate what grew locally and what the land offered at that moment in the year. Our bodies evolved within that rhythm. And while modern agriculture has made food more available than ever, it has also flattened those seasonal patterns in ways that may affect nutrition, metabolism, and even the microbiome.
Eating seasonally is about reconnecting our biology to the cycles that shaped it.

Seasonal Nutrient Density

One of the simplest reasons seasonal food matters is nutrient density.
Produce that is harvested at peak ripeness tends to contain higher levels of vitamins, antioxidants, and phytochemicals. When fruits or vegetables are grown far away (the average bite of food traveling over 1,500 miles to your grocery store), they are often picked early so they can survive transportation and storage. That can mean less time for nutrients to fully develop.
Seasonal food also tends to be fresher, which matters because many nutrients begin degrading after harvest.

Hey there,

Your morning coffee might do more than wake you up. It may flip a longevity switch in your cells!
Yes, that cup you reach for every morning might be doing more than just banishing grogginess. New research out of Queen Mary University of London suggests caffeine could actually flip an ancient cellular switch linked to aging and health at the most basic level inside your body. Sounds wild, right? So let’s unpack it.
We’ve heard for years that coffee drinkers tend to live longer and have lower risks of certain diseases. But why that happens has been a puzzle. This new study gives us a peek at a possible mechanism. Researchers used fission yeast, a simple, single-celled organism that, believe it or not, shares many key cellular systems with humans. That makes it a powerful tool for figuring out how our own cells might behave. Here’s what they discovered:
  • Caffeine activates a protein called AMPK, which acts like a cellular fuel gauge. When energy is low, AMPK kicks into gear to help the cell adapt.
  • That same energy system is preserved across hundreds of millions of years of evolution, meaning yeast and humans use it in similar ways.
  • Activating AMPK changes how cells grow, respond to stress, and repair DNA which are all key processes tied to aging and disease.
In short, caffeine doesn’t just give your brain a jolt. It may tap into ancient cellular systems that help cells “know” when to slow down or switch gears under stress.
But what is AMPK and why should I care? Think of AMPK as your internal energy regulator. When your cells are running low on fuel, for example, during exercise or fasting, AMPK gets activated. It helps the cell shift into a kind of energy-saving, repair-focused mode. Here’s why that matters:
  • Better stress response: Cells better handle wear and tear.
  • Improved repair work: More efficient DNA repair can slow damage accumulation.
  • Healthier metabolism: AMPK plays a role in how cells use and store energy.
It’s no wonder scientists are excited. AMPK is also the target of metformin, a widely used diabetes drug being explored for anti-aging benefits, and other compounds like rapamycin. Caffeine joining this club, even in a small way, is a big deal.
So, the big question, does Coffee actually slow aging? Here’s where we get practical. Right now, the evidence is preliminary. The study was done in yeast, not humans. That’s important. Yeast cells make a great model, but our bodies are way more complex. That said, it helps explain why so many large human studies have linked coffee drinking to lower risk of:
  • Heart disease.
  • Type 2 diabetes.
  • Some forms of cancer.
  • Overall mortality.
In other words, this mechanism gives scientists one plausible reason why coffee drinkers tend to do better in the long run. But it’s not a guarantee that coffee alone is a magic bullet against aging.
So, why does all this matter? This discovery is big for a few reasons:
  • It shows how a common food compound interacts with core biology. Coffee isn’t just a “brain drug.” It touches deep cell systems involved in energy, stress, and longevity.
  • It connects lifestyle (what you drink) with cellular aging. That’s one step closer to everyday habits having measurable biological meaning.
  • It opens new research paths. If caffeine can flip AMPK, maybe we can develop new ways, through diet, lifestyle, or targeted therapies, to support healthy aging.
So what does this mean for you, right now? Let’s be practical.
  • Enjoy your coffee, but don’t overdo it. Moderate coffee consumption has been associated with health benefits in many large human studies. That doesn’t mean more is better. It means balanced. Many experts still suggest around 2-4 cups a day as a reasonable range, depending on how you tolerate caffeine.
  • Pair coffee with other healthy habits. Coffee might be part of the picture. But aging well? That’s also about sleep quality, balanced diets, regular physical activity, stress management and social connections. Caffeine may support your cells, but these habits support your whole life.
  • Notice individual differences. We’re all different. Some people are sensitive to caffeine and experience jitters, anxiety, or sleep disruption. If that’s you, adjust your intake accordingly.
  • Stay tuned for future science. This study adds a fascinating layer to our understanding, but it’s not the final word. Future research in humans will help tell us how meaningful this effect is in real-world ageing. For now, it’s an exciting piece of the puzzle.
Your daily cup of coffee may do more than sharpen your focus. It might engage ancient cellular systems linked to energy, stress response, and longevity... at least in yeast cells. That helps explain why coffee has been tied to healthier outcomes in many studies. But this isn’t permission for endless caffeine binges. Instead, think of coffee as one nutritious habit among many that can support your body and your day.
Keep sipping smartly. And as the science evolves, we’ll all be better for it.
Yours in good health,

If you’re facing chemotherapy, you’re likely carrying a fear that’s very hard to talk about.

It isn’t just the cancer itself, it’s the fear of what the treatment might do to you.

Many of us have heard difficult stories of people whose immune systems became very weak or whose bodies struggled under the intensity of the process.

It’s enough to make you wonder if the treatment is as dangerous as the disease.

If this is where you’re right now, I want to share something that could help you through your treatment.

There's a 10-year study that found something surprising.

Cancer patients who were given lower chemotherapy doses, administered more frequently, lived longer than patients given standard full doses.

I know that might sound counterintuitive.

Many cancer patients are told that you need the highest dose your body can tolerate to fight cancer effectively.

But this research tells a different story, and I think you deserve to know about it.

See the groundbreaking results of how lower-dose chemo supports recovery

Instead of one large dose every two to three weeks, researchers tested a different approach.

Patients received about 10 to 15 percent of the standard dose, given three times per week.

And the results were shocking.

Patients receiving the lower, more frequent doses tended to live longer.

You see, traditional chemotherapy is designed to deliver the highest dose the body can tolerate, targeting cancer cells that are actively dividing at that moment.

But here’s something many people don’t realize.

Inside most tumors are millions of cells that are dormant.

They’re not dividing or growing. They’re simply inactive.

And dormant cells are much harder for chemotherapy to affect.

That’s why some researchers and doctors have begun exploring a different approach.

One doctor has taken the research into this further and now before each dose, he uses a protocol that “wakes up” the dormant cells, making them vulnerable to the chemo.

He's an integrative oncologist, Yale-trained, board-eligible and a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

He wrote a bestselling book that one reader called: "well written for the average layman, easily understood and extremely comprehensive."

And he's going live on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. EST to explain the full approach.

In this one-hour session, he'll walk you through:

The 10-year study showing lower-dose chemotherapy leads to longer survival

The dormant cell protocol that makes cancer cells vulnerable to treatment

Why the timing and frequency of chemo doses matters as much as the dose itself

How your immune system can be trained, not just supported, to fight cancer through a specific biological pathway

Why most oncologists haven't been taught this approach, even though the research has been published

When you attend, you’ll gain understanding how to optimize it based on what the research actually shows.

If you're facing treatment decisions or already in chemotherapy, this training may change how you approach your care.

Your next conversation with your oncologist shouldn't happen without this information.

Register here for the complimentary live training on Thursday, March 19th at 7:00 PM ET.

Dr. Osborne here,

If you watched Tuesday’s episode, then you already know the conversation went far deeper than most people realize.

We talked about glyphosate, the modern food system, and the uncomfortable reality that many of the chemicals used in agriculture today are deeply embedded in how food is produced.

And the reality is that this system isn’t going to change overnight.

And while we continue to advocate for better policies and transparency, one of the most important things you can do right now is support your body’s natural detoxification systems.

Your liver plays a central role in how your body processes environmental chemicals, pesticides, and other compounds we encounter in food, water, and the environment.

That is exactly why I formulated Ultra Liver Detox.

This formula was designed to support the body’s natural detox pathways using a strategic combination of nutrients and botanicals including:

• Milk thistle for liver cell protection
• N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine to support glutathione production
• Alpha lipoic acid for antioxidant protection
• Artichoke and green tea extracts to support healthy bile flow and detox pathways
• Calcium D-Glucarate to assist the body in eliminating unwanted compounds

Together, these ingredients work to support the liver’s natural ability to process and eliminate toxins so your body can function the way it was designed to.

The truth is, we can’t control every chemical that ends up in our environment.

But we can support our body’s ability to handle them.

This weekend we’re making Ultra Liver Detox available at a special discount.

Use coupon code DETOX at checkout and receive $10 off each bottle.

This promotion runs through Monday at midnight.

If you want to learn more about the issues we discussed in Tuesday’s episode and ask your questions directly, I’ll also be going live today at 12:30 PM CST for our weekly Live Q&A.

This is one of my favorite things we do each week because it gives you the opportunity to ask real questions and get real answers.

Join me live here:

Bring your questions and I’ll see you there!

The HighWire goes LIVE today at 11AM PT / 2PM ET.
Del Bigtree is back from Washington, DC, and today’s episode is packed with major conversations shaping the future of health freedom, government accountability, and the fight for our children’s health.
At the MAHA Institute’s Massive Epidemic of Vaccine Injury event, Del says he witnessed what he calls “one of the most important discussions” he’s ever seen. The science is breaking through, the silence is lifting, and the global conversation around autism is changing fast. Is the era of gaslighting finally coming to an end?
Then, Jefferey Jaxen reports on the medical freedom momentum across America from court wins to state-level victories. The latest shakeup surrounding HHS, including the departure of Vinay Prasad, and what it could signal for the direction of federal health leadership. And, a deep dive into the current state of human rights and the return to unalienable rights.
Next, Del speaks with Tracy Slepcevic, parent advocate and member of the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC), about what it means to have real parents and nonspeakers with autism finally at the table inside HHS, helping shape the autism conversation.
And for the first time ever, The HighWire kitchen is open!
Chef Aran Goldstein, who has helped transform school lunch programs across the country, joins Del in the studio to talk about healthy food, practical cooking, and simple ways families can make better meals at home.
Today’s episode serves loads of truth, hope, and action.

First it was fat, then it was sugar, then it was salt

then it was soy, then it was nightshades

then it was phytates, then it was lectins

then it was oxalates, then it was gluten

then it was histamines, then it was saponins, then it was tannins

and that’s an abbreviated list of components of real food, by approximate order of when we were told we should be scared of them, Jim.

Meanwhile, if we hadn't accepted herbicides, pesticides, and chemical additives, everyone would probably be in a lot better shape than we are today. :)

The funny thing is, when you dig into the research behind the whole foods that these components come from, and even most of the components themselves…

pretty much all of them have a whole lot of cancer-protective properties to them.

One thing to note here is that on our food webinar with Dr. Cowan a couple of weeks ago, he referred to not PREPARING foods properly as “a kindergartner’s mistake.”

As in all the traditional cultures that ate… food… they all figured out the optimal ways to eat it.

Most notably soaking / sprouting grains, nuts, and seeds, cooking at low temperatures, etc.

That right there eliminates most of the things that can go “wrong” with eating real foods.

Are there legitimate “sensitivities” to certain foods now that our guts have gotten messed up, combined with our bodies associating certain compounds with “danger” because they’ve been consumed together with glyphosate?

Absolutely! But that’s not the food’s fault. :)

Anyway, for those legitimate sensitivities, my friend Jason Prall put together a whole event dedicated to showing you how to work through them

so you can actually eat food again instead of being scared of it!

Jason’s one of my favorite all-around health researchers out there today, so I’m excited to see what he’s put together.

If there are certain foods you’ve been wishing you could eat again, I’d definitely 👉 register for it, which you can do here!

********

I’m usually able to bring two separate topics together cohesively in one email, but am drawing a blank here…

but TODAY / Thursday is our photodynamic therapy webinar with Robert Weber and Dr. Matthias Wojcik!

Like I said in the last email, I'm super excited to geek out on photodynamic therapy with a couple of German scientists. :)

And again, photodynamic therapy combines light therapy with the use (or injection in a clinical setting) of photosensitizing compounds, which can increase cancer cell destruction and create a whole lot of other health benefits.

Robert will be covering the light side, being the son of Dr. Weber, who’s been pioneering this research…

and Matthias will be covering the photosensitizing side, being a pharmacist who created a SUPER potent line of liposomal formulas (Biosomo) for this purpose.

This will be an AMAZING one to attend if you already have a light therapy device of any kind

and we’ve LOVED Robert’s Endolight band (basically a laser watch) for a long time, as it’s the only device you can just wear and get the benefits, rather than devoting time to sitting down to use a light therapy device.

We’ll be live at 1pm PT / 4pm ET, and you can 👉 sign up to attend + ask questions live / catch the replay / get the webinar only deal here!!

At Moms Across America, we’ve tested hundreds of foods over the years. Glyphosate and other chemicals are showing up everywhere. Even in some organic foods.

That doesn’t mean our choices don’t matter. They absolutely do. Choosing organic and reducing exposure is still one of the best steps we can take.

But our testing has made one thing very clear:

In today’s world, avoiding every toxin simply isn’t possible.

These chemicals are in our soil, our water, and our environment. Which means our bodies are constantly working to process and eliminate them.

That’s why so many families are focusing on supporting the body’s natural detox pathways — especially the liver.

Instead of extreme detoxes or harsh cleanses, more moms are choosing gentle, daily support.

One of the products we’ve seen families turn to is Earthley’s Liver Love herbal blend. It’s designed to support the body’s ability to process and eliminate toxins using traditionally used herbs, without adding synthetic ingredients or extra burden.

While we continue fighting for cleaner food and a healthier future, we also need real, practical tools for our families right now.

The food landscape looks nothing like it did 40 years ago.
Glyphosate on grains. GMO ingredients in nearly every packaged product. Pesticide residue on produce that's been shipped across the country. Additives, dyes, and preservatives that have never been tested in combination with each other.
Your gut has been absorbing all of it.
And for a growing number of people, the cumulative load has crossed a threshold. The gut barrier weakens. The immune system starts misreading harmless foods as threats. Reactions that used to be manageable become unpredictable.
This isn't in your head. It's in your gut. And it started long before your first symptom appeared.
Jason Prall is hosting the Food Sensitivity Summit, a free online event from March 26–31, 2026, where 15 experts break down exactly how environmental toxin load, gut barrier integrity, and immune dysregulation connect. And more importantly, what you can actually do about it.
Click here to reserve your free spot.
So thankful that you’re making an investment in your health, your life and yourself.
Because health means everything,

Two common foods have been shown to ease nausea — especially after surgery or chemotherapy. When used together, the research reveals something far more interesting.

In addition, poor sleep does far more than leave you tired. The long-term effects on brain health deserve attention before deeper damage takes hold.

And, finally, should you eat spinach or not? Most people never hear the surprising truth about when this plant food helps most — and when spinach may fall short.

🎧 Episode 69: Core vs. Modified AIP Elimination Phase — A Deep Dive
If you're approaching the Elimination Phase, or revisiting AIP after trying it years ago, this episode will help clarify one of the biggest decisions people face: where to start.

We discuss:
  • The key differences between Core and Modified AIP
  • Why Modified AIP now serves as the starting point I recommend for most people
  • Who may benefit from beginning with Core AIP instead
  • How accessibility, affordability, and cultural food traditions shape these choices
  • Why nutrient density remains essential regardless of which version you choose
The goal of the Elimination Phase isn't perfection—it's creating a structured way to calm inflammation and gather information about how your body responds to food.

This episode will help you approach that process with more clarity and confidence.
