Now there's a handful of questions...welcome, by the way!
First off, I think the term you're looking for is sub-ohm, meaning any atomizer with a resistance of less than 1.0 ohm. I don't know that any of those devices you mentioned will handle a sub-ohm topper, most are fairly outdated tech now with the exception of the MVP3 which, while updated, still isn't an ideal choice for sub-ohm, though the people who've had them say they're durable workhorses for older-generation clearomizers with resistances of 1.2 and up.
If you want a sub-ohm clearomizer (tank), there are literally tons of choices, with new tanks coming on the market seemingly every few days. What are you looking for, huge clouds, strong flavor, something that won't drain your batteries too fast, an option to rebuild your own coils rather than buying the disposable ones?
What are you vaping on right now?
If you're looking for a device with a fixed battery, the iStick 30 and 50 watt versions seem to be popular - I've got a 50 on order but have no experience with any of these myself, as I've been using a Sigelei 100 with replaceable batteries. There are a few other choices that will also handle sub-ohm tanks with a built-in battery, and quite a few that run on replaceable 18650 batteries.
The only tanks I have personal experience with are the Aspire Atlantis and the Kanger Subtank - the Atlantis was the first to enter the sub-tank market, and while I liked the one I test drove in a vape shop, I read some disturbing stuff about their wicking material and decided not to buy. They've since fixed the wicking issues and recently released a 2.0 version. I own a couple of the Kangers, and while they're a big improvement from the old Protanks and Evods I used to vape before I switched from tanks to RDAs, they don't deliver quite the heavy hit I've become accustomed to dripping. I have a Horizon Arctic sub-tank on order, but haven't received it yet. It has lots of fans for its ability to hit at much higher power than the Kanger (and much higher power than the devices you initially mentioned are capable of providing), so do some of the other new ones including the Freemax Starre and the Herakles - these tanks are known for being power hungry and devouring juice at an insane rate, but they give the hit those of us used to dripping are looking for.
There's a thread on here called SUBTANK WARS, I'd suggest you spend some time there looking at the different options and seeing what appeals to you - almost every option (including ones I haven't mentioned) has its fans and detractors, but the info there should help you decide more what you're looking for.
