So, after deciding to give the new kanger ceramic coils a try went and got a 0.5 and screwed it into my top tank nano. Suddenly the mod starts making a ticking sound and shocking me. The big mystery was that there was no battery in the mod. After putting on gloves I was able to remove the coil from the tank with only mild discomfort from the continuing volts. After the coil was out it stopped. Has anyone heard of this? This is a new experience for me, mod works as normal with a clapton coil and why shouldn't it? Coils don't fire without a battery right??? Except it seems there was significant electrical activity going on with that ceramic coil.
And yes, my hands are still shaky. Scared me to death..... stupid electricity.
