That's good. I live in New Orleans and have a place a few blocks from the beach in MS.
The house in NOLA has never had water in it.... ever. The one in MS had never flooded either, technically it still hasn't it survived Camille and Betsy(before my time). But Katrina floated it in one piece 5 miles away. Hahaha
Still with zero water damage inside.
But the flooded streets here are a few times a year, so is loss of power, we just got in the habit of having a gobag, of sorts. Fresh waters, freeze dried meals, and MRE's.
Made me a huge fan of preaching it to anyone dealing with mother nature's moodiness.
