This was a weekday quick dinner too. About 40 minutes including prep time of the cauliflower. I make my pasta sauces in 2 gallon batches, separate and freeze in meal size portions. Right now I have a few jars of the one I had tonight, San Marzano and basil, bacon puttanesca (omfg yum), and a vodka sauce. All made from fresh San Marzano tomatos from my back yard. no tomato paste.
I'll need to plant new plants for next year though. We went April to this week with out rain. May and June are supposed to be our heaviest rain months too... We have had a lot of rain in the past 2 days, but a few months too late for my veggie garden.
A lot here this year for us, too. Crazy.

Hey I don't thump nothing. Most of my life I couldn't smell anything, due to tar and other shit because I smoked. My vision improved. My sense of smell went through the ozone. Scares me. Feel like Terminator. Smell wise. That's Apple Waffle pancakes across the street. Think I'm lying? Don't smoke for a year. I can smell Dear before they smell Me. Not once did my fingers leave my hand.
