My avatar is a picture of my 12 foot albino Burmese Python
The snake in my sig was a corn snake x king snake hybrid that I owned until the power went out for a few days during the winter. The picture was a lucky shot, I was taking a picture of his head and he flicked his tongue at the right moment. It was in my well lit living room but the black background is because of a combination of flash, fast shutter speed, and high aperture.

The color is actually a bit washed out. He was more yellow then in my sig.
