So I have been vaping around 2 years now and have been away from cigs. I am not even tempted when I see one at all anymore. The problem is my wife is still on that pack-a-day routine.
I started with Blu Cigs cartomizer and she tried to do that also. In the process of vaping BLUs for a week she developed pneumonia and said never again.
Maybe a year down the road I had graduated Clearomizer then to a Atomizer. I wasn't convinced that the pneumonia wasn't just a coincidence or maybe the BLUs were just made out of bad stuff "well we know the BLUs are nasty".
We were on Vaca. and going to stay in a Hotel so I had her go down to a shop to get her an Atomizer. She picked some flavors and tried some different vg/pg ratios.
She vaped for about two days while on vacation and developed a bad wet cough and felt like she couldn't breathe. It took a few days for her to get over and now back to Misty 120 Menthols for the past two years again.
Now I am not sure what to do. I really hate to have her try again and have the same issues"if she even will this time".
I have had people tell me that some people just go though this wet couching stage when switching from dry smoke to wet vapor and the only way is to just stick with it.
I have had other people say it could be PG allergies.
Then other people say Nicotine allergies..
Is there VG allergies?
So really I know the only way is for her to try again. Do we have anyone that knows a best method for this situation?
She can't do patches because the adhesive breaks her out. She breaks out from band-aids even. Then Chantex gives her really bad nightmares. She has cut down before to one or two cigs a day, but life things happen and the higher the anxiety the more cigs are smoked.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Tre
