I hate to be a newbie, but I have 2 mech mods. One is some shitty fasttech, not even a clone, 9 dollar mod. The other one is an Origin clone from an unknown company. I can't get the origin clone to work because I think it came with a missing contact or something. It won't even fire. What I don't understand is, when I look at mech mod reviews sometimes they say "Oh man, this mechanical mod really hits hard." I mean... how could the mod make a difference if it is basically just straight contact with the battery? Also, the $9 mod I have. It gives pretty shitty vapor production on a fully charged vct3 battery and I have to use my istick 30w. I put my patriot and my 454 big block on it with simple 0.8 ohm dual coil builds and the istick just completely annihilates the mech mod with vapor production. I don't know what I am not understanding here. I made sure the battery doesn't rattle or anything like that and I fully charged it before testing them both with 2 different brand batteries with the same result against the istick 30w. Could someone explain to me what is going on?? I can't imagine I'd need a new mod, I mean it's just a straight connection to the battery just like any other mech mod. Also, it's not a hybrid mod either.
