Love your mechs! I'm also in a copper frenzy for this autumn season. Although I feel like copper hits really hard so I might expand my copper pieces. :)

Highly recommend it

I liked the piglet as soon as i saw it... I told myself i want one...
Just this week i came across the King version and i was like wow i definitely want one... But im new to vaping so i think a series mech mod might be a bit much right now....
Love the collection..

Series mech mods seem scary. The operative word is SEEM. You just have to know your ohm's law to use a piglet. Remember not to build too low - personally i feel .5 ohm is the perfect build for a series mod although I constantly break my own rule and vape at .4 - .45.

I have a Tsunami 22 with a .4 build on my piglet that I used today at work. Now I'm a series fan. I have quite a few series mods ... steady moddin', guti, underground, hannya, piglet and satan. I use them all.

I caution new vapers when using a series mod. Don't use batteries that have any blemishes. Don't use batteries over six months old. Do use batteries that are known for mechs - Sony, Samsung and especially HG or HE. Bad batteries cause major problems. Series mech mods are NOT forgiving. However, if you follow these simple rules you will be fine.

BTW, i friggin' hate all copper mods. A bitch to maintain and keep shiny. I prefer cerakote or brass TBH.

Nothing like putting some elbow grease to keep those mods looking brand spanking new. ;) Does brass patina fast like copper? Although, I'm not so into gold shades. I was going to buy a brass KING but my sister commented how "ghetto fabulous" it looked so I went away with brass and into copper.

With any mods I own I tend to be OCD and use my muscles no matter what type of metal it is to polish. So excited, since I finally found an authentic VCM copper stacked mech. Took me awhile to find one. Seems like older stacked mechs are getting harder to find these days. Will post pics when I get back home.

if i have a choice itll always be copper.
i dont be polishing all my mods though just the mod for the day... i know dudes that pull out a dozen or more tubes and get going on em but i dont have time for all that, especially if its only going to shine for the day.

Great, now u gonna have me start a piglet collection..
I think they really only seem scary in truth, but ill hold off for now until i get a little deeper in this. I understand ohms law and battery safety, but I need to get my vape gear intact first. Tools, ohm meter, charger and batteries, the works.
Ill be coming for those pigs soon.
Im really drooling over that brass King...

Just got the Neutron by Jaybo, put it in series configuration, popped a pair of 27x2/34 SS fused Claptons @ 0.65 ohms. Nice combination with the Satan.

I have a few copper mechs, and most of them don't take too much to keep clean-apart from a copper SMPL clone.

For some reason, this one patinas/tarnishes in literally days, I am talking from shiny, to old Two Pence looking. It is a nice to use mod though, which is a shame, so now I just clean the outside of the mod with a cloth, and keep the connections as clean and shiny as possible. It looks like a relic from WW2 lol, but performs fantastically.

That is the Sexiest Abaddon I have ever seen-did it come like that, or did you polish it down to that finish yourself? I enjoy mine, but it looks nowhere near as good as yours!

That is a very nice looking setup, which mod and tank is that?I am not usually fond of gold setups, but this is an exception. It looks to be quite a short mech, is it small or is it just due to my girly hands all mechs look big lol?

Best I've found is Wrights Copper Cream, just a little dab will clean up so quick and easy any Copper. I then take a damp cloth to wipe down and all good to go. Works pretty well on Brass also, but Copper it just cleans it off with no effort.

Nope, I picked up a small buffer off Amazon, polished it all up and use Wrights Copper Cream to maintain it.

Yes, I better get to polishing mine up.

Works really, really well.

Off Amazon
TruePower 5" Mini Bench Polishing Machine, Buffer, Polisher.

I found some of the Wrights copper cream on Ebay (I am in the UK), is it in a tub with a red lid and label? I have tried Brasso (Kind of like a cotton material that is slightly damp-smells awful but cleans brass well) but it didn't bring it up the best, so I might try some of that copper cream.

And if it makes your Abaddon look that good, it will definitely be worth it :).

Yep that's it with the Red Lid, it's made for cleaning copper cookware and it works excellent. The Polishing Wheel though brings out the shine and the Copper Cream maintains it. So get your hands on a small buffing wheel to put the surface/shine on it. I started with a green rouge which takes out a lot of scratches and works very well BTW on SS and Aluminium then finish it off with a red rouge to really bring out the shine. The Copper Cream I just use a dab (1/2 the size of a pea) on a paper towel then wipe off with a damp paper towel every other day to maintain the shine.

BTW spent 10 years in the Marines and I know Brasso very well, toxic smell, Wrights is so much easier and won't knock you over with the smell. That and no way would I want to be breathing that crap in, got my fill of it in the Marines ;)

Thanks for the tip.

I use Nevr-Dull and it reeks. Works well but stinks out the whole house when I use it. Wrights seems like a better solution.

I use Wiemans Brass polish. Its good, its gentle and hardly smells and is food utensil safe. Of course one of the best is Ketchup.

Decided to pull out the subzero and did a 8wrap 21n90 build for this new juice. I prefer the flavor I get from bottom airflow atomizer to their side airflow companions for some reason.

Put those muscles to work! Love the shine over the patina look. I'll be doing the same when I'm ready to compile a family pic of my mechs.

Lol, yes I am a wiz with a fibre cloth but I also like that grubby patina look on the exterior of the mod as well

Same here. My copper and brass mechs are all in need of a trip to the spa!
