Hive wire was big for a few weeks, and then recessed into tfv8 coils to rest for eternity. I did some experimenting and research with making hive wire and found that the majority of companies selling hive wire are only providing people with that looks like a slightly more complicated twisted coil. I figured I could do it better, and came up with my own style of hive, I call it the chainlink.

My current build using this wire is a 5 wrap around a 3.4mm bit, coming out to .33 ohms.
This style of hive wire I've made is perfect for flavor and chucks the vapor. This wire has a ton of spacing inside the coil to soak up juice, which gives it it's fantastic flavor(more surface area). Unlike normal hive wire or standard twisted wire, chainlink has very minimum crackling, and little to no spitback. I'm very exited to test more ways of building this wire, maybe nichrome?
