So we have a SMOK t pic here and it’s having a problem. It shows the 2 batteries across the screen line it’s charging and they re appear every time the fire button is pressed. And it says check atomizer every time you fire it. We already tried the firmware re flash and nothing. Anyone have this issue and know how to fix it? Press the bottom they go away but no fire let go they come back. Never ending

Is your mod plugged in? Or does it just say the batteries are charging whenever you try firing it?
Have you tried turning it off or taking the batteries out?
