Another thing I ran into on ordering from ecig.com. Added the Aspire Nautilus Mini to my cart but can't order just one. It says minimum order is 2. I don't need 2!

Staying away from them , can't stand vendors like that.


I checked out Origen Vape's regulated box mods and there is some good deals but i have seen some for an average of $10.00 cheaper including free shipping.

You're kidding! First of all, the sale is supposed to go through the weekend. Instead of confusing people they should come clean about the flub up that happened on Wednesday and explain why they're changing their sale policies every 10 minutes.

From what I have read on another forum the people that were able to order an Istick from ecig.com bought them after 1am Pacific time, not 1am central like the website indicated.

The site would not respond at 1am central. It got so laggy that it was taking one min to refresh the page. I tried to put in an order for two Nautilus but after entering payment info it would never confirm. I went back about 10:30 this morning and was able to get the Nautilus. I stayed up late to try for the Isticks, was going to get one as a Christmas present for the wife.

You have to understand. Muth is old and old people are like children: easily confused by things that seem painfully obvious to the typical adult and remarkably predisposed to whining and temper tantrums.

Muth could not figure out that the inability to place an item in her cart meant that it was unavailable and now is obviously upset that vendors don't have an unlimited supply of merchandise to sell at below cost prices. Me too!!! Damn you for not having that special gizmo for $5 less than it would ordinarily cost! Quit changing your store policy to show "sold out" when you no longer have any in stock! This is tyranny and bedlam. Have you no decency?

I appreciate that you made that offer (although, you didn't mention you would have to go to a store). You (or someone else from ecig) said that the cart of minis was empty on Thursday am due to the mistake made on the dating of the sale. HOWEVER, ecig would fix that problem and I believe you. But, I continue to hear about various problems that others are having trying to make a purchase. I feel sorry for them more than I care about my personal, 'reserved' mini. Are you saying that I am making this all up? Again, I appreciated ecig's apology but what about everyone else? I was good with you until I heard about my fellow members having problems.

On a last note. It is not good form to confront a customer on a public forum merely to defend yourself. I was also surprised to see ecig in my private messages! You have my email address; that would be a more appropriate and professional way to contact me. At this point, I am starting to feel stalked.
