That's not exactly a simple question but I assume you need an 18650 for this mech and almost anything in that size from the big electronics brands are 'the best' (Sony, Samsung, LG). But another great brand of 18650 is called AW and one of the best vendors for that brand is having a 15% off sale right now. Seems like I heard that the ZNAs were notoriously weird about battery lengths. I don't have any 18490s but my AW 18350s are a millimeter longer than my Efest of the same mah. If anything, it's weird that your Efest has such a tiny positive, or maybe they just look tiny in the pic to me. They are usually bigger than the AW. Is that hologram on the AW black? That seems odd too. Mine are all rainbowy.

No holograms on mine and not close to fitting, yup it's a fake. I'll go easy on my B&M a different one sold me fake Sony's before so it's not the first time. Been burnt by two of them here. That's the first thing I tried was to adjust the ZNA, even then the end cap barely screws in. I appreciate all the great info here and now have a reputable source for batteries and got these 4 at a great price thanks to this thread. They are even the new 1200 mAh ones. I just like to support my local B&Ms sometimes, can't be patient and wait on vapemail sometimes too, but it's hard here in Hawaii, not a lot of choices, variety, or inventory.
