Only a slight dusting left over from a couple days ago.Any snow on the ground?
We never got the hot extreme this entire year. Might have had a day or two where we hit 90 between rain showers, but we usually do a few 100+ days during the summer and they never happened this year. That's OK with me, though, but the continuous rain all summer was not OK because since summer 2018, we have not had any dry ground to work the farm. It might seem dry at the moment, but that's only because it is frozen. Those two kittens have to be cremated because the shovel cannot dig a hole in this dirt.we can't just have a month or two of normal weather, has to go from one extreme to the other.
G'night, Dale. Sleep well, Yak at ya tomorrow.I can't keep my eyes open, hope it warms for you tomorrow, have a good one

Contamination....oh well, they tried I (don't) assumeStarting to be a routine repeating message, no matter who the manufacturer or what the product, huh?
I didn't bother to look either, but we got up to 44 ºF today, but the wind was 20 mph gusting to 35 before noonish, so it felt like 33 ºF, and it is 32 ºF outside right now but feels warmer than it did in that wind. No precipitation.Haven't looked at the today's guess .....let me guess, 6-8 inches of white shit?
Lucked out today, you better hit a casino while you're on a roll.......I didn't bother to look either, but we got up to 44 ºF today, but the wind was 20 mph gusting to 35 before noonish, so it felt like 33 ºF, and it is 32 ºF outside right now but feels warmer than it did in that wind. I think they have some of those up in the Black Hills (where that aces and eights cowboy got kilt), but we never go there.Lucked out today, you better hit a casino while you're on a roll.......
Not yet. In order to keep the cows/horse on the right side of the fences, someone has to stand at the gate and open/close it for Bob to pick up and dump the shit. It has, to date, been too cold and windy for me to make Lannie play that role. As soon as we get a calmer day when it is not raining or snowing, we'll get 'er done. You ever get that pile of shit moved with the BC?
Yeah, and this late in the season, that'll be hit and miss. It has to be cold enough that Bob doesn't sink into the shit in the pathway, yet not so cold that the stuff I want to scoop up isn't frozen to the ground and I can't dig it up with the bucket. This is why it should have been done in the summer... when Bob was sitting in the parking lot at Iron Horse waiting for them to get off their asses.Hopefully you'll be able to get at it before it's a shit-berg
Yeah, but with all the rain, you probably would have been fighting every inch of the wayYeah, and this late in the season, that'll be hit and miss. Yup. There would have been no guarantee, at any time during our supposed "summer," that Bob wouldn't have gotten bogged down in deep mud due to all that fucking rain.Yeah, but with all the rain, you probably would have been fighting every inch of the way
Probably a better chance of fucking the BC up too.....fighting the mess every inch of the wayYup. There would have been no guarantee, at any time during our supposed "summer," that Bob wouldn't have gotten bogged down in deep mud due to all that fucking rain.
With my luck, I would have gotten the whole damn thing spinning around and broke a fence or twelve...Probably a better chance of fucking the BC up too.....fighting the mess every inch of the way
Where we really need a border wall is between USA and Canada. It would have to be a couple thousand feet high to keep their damn cold arctic air from crossing without our permission.f it's a close guess, it's going to hell mid week
The global cooling link? Yes, and I agree with them.Did you read that climate change link I posted the other day?
Yeah, another public demonstration of stupidity and competition to show you are bigger and better than your neighbors. Even when I actually participated in the Xmas season (a zillion years ago), I never did any of that exterior decoration crap. And when everyone adds many thousands of watts to their electrical consumption, they bitch about the bills and wonder why the system gets overloaded. And does any of that really have anything to do with what they claim the season is all about? No.I couldn't believe how many people have Christmas lights in full bloom
YupAnd does any of that really have anything to do with what they claim the season is all about? No.
I have been getting internet ads for Xmas crap for three months already. I have never been ab;e to understand why anyone would think I want to do Xmas shopping in July. Sigh...Next thing we'll hear about is the shopping madness.
When I was a kid, the Xmas lights went up AFTER thanksgiving and were taken down by New Year.Almost a month away from turkey day, and these people have the shaqs lite up like christmas is next week
Yeah, same here...although I never put any upWhen I was a kid, the Xmas lights went up AFTER thanksgiving and were taken down by New Year.
Me neither. The only decorations we ever did was the tree in the living room. Nothing else.Yeah, same here...although I never put any up
And how long did you spend in jail for that little trick?Back in the good ole days, drunk as a skunk...my GF wanted a christmas tree, so a buddy and me went and cut one down in somebody's front yard, all decorated, just had to plug it in.
And how long did you spend in jail for that little trick?
I don't believe I ever exceeded 137 mph and never got a ticket either. But right at the moment, my speeding is directed toward the bed... I'm ready to pass out on the keyboard. Have a good one, amigo, and we'll catch ya later.Driving a 150 mph constantly.
