Service update: the ongoing coronavirus spread caused China to extend the Lunar New Year holiday to February 10, 2020.
However as we returned to work, local authorities laid down a number of new, previously unannounced rules to deliberately slow businesses from resuming work.
Customer service is currently available with limited capacity as we continue to work from home.
Shipping is now expected to resume normal service on February 17, 2020. We are working hard on this and we apologize for the wait.
I've got two small FT shipments caught up in this. The way things are going my bet is nothing is going to ship in February and March might be at risk too.
No worries for me, my stuff can wait. They've got way more to worry about in China right now than my couple of atties!
Well so they did (FT). Holy shit that's sucky. I figured it'd be March but was watching as my dates changed and the longest eta was 2-21. Now a couple others have changed, 2-25 and a couple moved to 3-2. Fook. Not that I'm in a huge ass hurry but would be nice to get this shit before vaping has gone the way of the corncob pipe and shit.
Plenty of time to get clorox wipes to wipe my shit down when it arrives. Someone mentioned someplace and I confirmed through a bit of google searching, it's not like I'd heard initially. That the coronavirus was basically like the common cold or flu, only hangs around on surfaces for 1-2 days max. They're finding depending on humidity and other environmental factors this shit's clinging to surfaces for 7-9 days. Chances are anything on a surface of any product package, mailer or product within the packages is no longer viable. Especially by the time it reaches the US.
And while I'm not the type to be a hypochondriac about shit, a little diligence will make me feel better. Ounce of prevention beats pound of cure any day. Also not trusting the cdc or others who may or may not be downplaying this shit given it involves products I'll be putting into my mouth and inhaling off of. Pretty sure a vodka bath is in order also. Not tryin to die of some Chinese funk flu or rotting poultry herps or something. Apparently for the 9 billion things made in China, soap isn't one of them. Wash ya hands ya dirty bastards! lmao.
It probably fell in the water and accidentally floated over here to the LA hub where somebody found it on their lunch break....so some things are getting out

It was, sadly. And I paid the extra shipping to get it here sooner. They split my order, I got a tank from them very quickly. The rest of my order is somewhere, but not here, lol. It should have been here before all this took place. While I realize they have terrible things they're going through, this was before any of that. Placed an order for 3 glass 7ml tubes for my Sense Blazer Pro Tank from Vaping Best on 1/24- never ordered from here before and just started shipping movement on 2/14 probably be a few more weeks until I get this order.
Placed an order on 2/4 at Buybest for the Ultroner Aether(squonk mod) - a great sale on this- I have one already that I love- so now the long wait for it.
It is on pre-order as well, could be April before I get this.

I got the 9-14 day shipping, whatever that one is called. I ordered two Swag 2 mods that were on special, and an RTA. I got the RTA within a week, but the order was split for some reason. I did contact the rep here, they contacted customer support right away. They emailed me, saying they'd look into it, but I haven't heard anything else, at all, so I emailed them again today, asking should I just cancel the order. Pretty done with waiting. So sad, LOL.What did you order?

Has anyone heard anything about 3avape? I placed an order back on January 22nd for a few things they had a sale on. The order just stayed processing for a month.. I opened a ticket with Paypal since I had sent them an e-mail and not heard anything back(they were supposed to be back up and running on the 10th) on Feb. 21st. I got the money back and placed another order for pretty much the same stuff except it was more expensive this time around for whatever reason. Now, it's been a few days and the order is still just processing. I'm completely fine with it taking some time with the whole Coronavirus thing going on. However, I would like to hear something from them. There's nothing on the site about any delays or anything and I'm still getting e-mails about specials going on. It seems they have no problem spamming my e-mail everyday with specials, but they can't get my order out. This is my first time ordering from them and I have now spent well over a month just waiting on orders to process.
To be fair, I didn't actually want to cancel the order. I had to open a case through paypal to try and get some information from them. They won't reply via e-mail or anything. I figured they would contact me before cancelling the order. That's why I reordered it. I just want to know what's going on. I've never ordered from them before. Don't know if they're going to try and run off with my money or what. They should post some sort of update as to what is going on. I wasn't aware I was waiting in line on a product I purchased that claimed it was in stock.
I do not see the Logic in opening a ticket with PayPal and getting your money back to go and order again. PayPal might not take kindly to you trying to open a second case. Plus I would think the Vendor would have you marked for the charge back.
