Well you can't blame the vendors because it is USPS that is the problem for me
oh no, I've never had a vendor do me wrong yet. It's customs and the boneheaded shipping companies.

This is weird, if you check your tracking number in tracking sites https://www.tracktry.com/track/LT197938161CN, https://t.17track.net/en#nums=LT197938161CN, it is still not delivered. Maybe China EMS and USPS have not updated their tracking system.
That's the fist shipment that was lost altogether. To their credit, 3A resent it and I now have it.
From what I read, it literally depends on the mood of the individual customs agent who inspects the package at the moment it's in their hands.
Placed an order with Fasttech on March 21st. All items were shown in stock. Order still had not shipped.
Placed an order with Vaporl shipping from their Hong Kong warehouse on Wednesday and according to tracking USPS already has it in the US. Another Vaporl order from Hong Kong that was placed yesterday has already shipped.

Lots of members are posting strange descriptions and it actually says metal tube. Well actually it is a metal tube with some glass and a drip tip. Required a signature but value is bit more.

The Gunmetal Lotus, Vapefly Wormhole, one of those little Advken 50 pack totes of Cotton and Hugsvape coil trimming tool I ordered on the 31st of December and which disappeared and has long since been resent by 3AVape and received by me, just got here. Over 3 months later.
In other words, I got that order twice, but only paid for it once. I'm sure they'll tell me to keep it, but I'm going to have to tell them,.

Would a rating system, of sorts, for China vendors be interesting to anyone other than me?
I have an order coming from FastTech.
Ordered on their Sunday so I’ll call it Mon 1st for ship time. Took 2 days to be accepted by China Post on 4/3.
Cleared ISC L.A. today the 10th and showing USPS delivery on Sat 13th.
Delivery = 12 days from purchase date.
2 days to process over to China Post and 10 days to be delivered once they had it.
I would rate this as 12 days from purchase to delivery (10 actual shipping, I'm in AZ, ymmv) and an overall “B”. Not a B-, ,, or a B+ because that’s too close to an A. My entry would be ...
B - FastTech from purchase date to delivery to Az, USA was 12 days.
Different experiences for the same vendor could move the scale, depending on circumstance.
It went through Beijing, NOT Shenzen. HK warehouses are better than Shenzen too, hell just about anywhere is.

Use DHL and get it in less than 3 days is my experience. Can't rate Chinese Vendors on China Post. That includes USPS and they have a tendency to delay or lose things for weeks. Just my experience.

DHL is always fast, once they have it. Processing to get it to them isn't always fast. As a whole DHL is 4 days China > me.
For things readily available or not expensive, DHL is a money loser and is a reason China gets our business to begin with. Criteria has to be met for DHL to be deemed "acceptable" to whoever wants to pay for it. USPS does have it's issues, but still more reliable than random China vendor.
If I remove the USPS ship time and call it from the time of order processed to being stateside, it would be 9 days.
So my rating for "Ordering from China" via FastTech would still be a B.
I made a order with legend gadget, china site I haven't heard of, but has pretty good reviews and the prices was good, I didn't want to wait the 2-4 week wait for the order, so did pay for DHL shipping, hopefully using DHL, will see it next week.
My Fasttech order from March 21st should be here tomorrow. My two Vaporl orders from March 27th and 28th have seemed to slow down. Both still in the Netherlands.
I did get a Wotofo warranty part from China. It was labeled as a motorcycle part.

Is that typical? Seems slow for where you are.
My last China order was in 2015 from Fasttech. So I can't really say.

DHL for me has always been 3 days or less and mostly less. 3 days from order placed to my door and that is more like 2 1/2 days at the most. Tracking on DHL is always up to the minute usually also.

For me DHL has been about 4th day from purchase to delivered. It's going to vary depending on how fast the shipper gets it out.
Translate the bottom into English, check the dates and see if you can make any sense of it. I'm thinking it got lost in a truck or a facility somewhere and then just thrown back into the system.

While a shippers ship times are a reflection of who the carrier is, it's easier to reference that by vendor than by the carrier used.
By courier we'd have to know if our vendor uses that carrier.
By vendor would be a means to an end and it would also include the time it took them to get it out of the warehouse.

It goes from acknowledgement of existence in Shenzen on January 9th, to Grand Rapids Mi. on April 6th with absolutely nothing in between. That's the point.
After a few weeks of nothing after the initial scan on 1-9, 3A (to their credit) acknowledged the problem and resent the package. Then, weeks after that, it shows up at the door.
How big was the package? I once had a package stop in Brooklyn and I had to fight with USPS to open a case because the International representatives don't want to open a case unless the package is passed the delivery date. I got a call from the Manager of my Local Post Office that day and gave him all the info and he told me to expect a call by the next afternoon. Next day it was delivered before lunch and apparently because I had the evidence in tracking that it was scanned into the Brooklyn depot he called them. Must have fallen off a belt and been sitting on the floor or something.
