Im not sure what it is with USPS but when I mail a bunch of orders some of them say preshipment...for days...sometimes even up to the point of arrival. I believe your package was mailed on Friday mid day so it should be past the point of "preshipment"...how lucky.. thought I ordered everything early enough to make it by this weekend, but looks like with Monday being a holiday, I won't get my vape mail til Tuesno builds this weekend - blah!
on a side note, I wish I could find the same deal on kendo gold that I found a few months back, 6 packs for 15 bucks.. now I have to use cotton bacon, which is a distant second imo, but 5 packs for 10 bucks isnt bad.

USPS has become incredibly unreliable and shitty, they have lost (no tracking updates in 1 month + or misdelivered/opened) almost 35 orders in the past 2 months from one business alone that doesnt sell "that much" gear....I can only imagine how many order a large business replaces due to their unreliability. Unfortunately FedEx and UPS arent any better, are slower and more costly. I have made it a routine to add $100 insurance with every order now, that way I can atleast get something positive out of replacing an order...
I would love to "rebuild" the USPS, it could be a great service, especially with the resources they already have, they just need workers that are diligent and machines/scanners that work...I hate the USPS. I'm a good mix of originalist/libertarian/conservative depending on which issue I happen to be discussing. I had a big long reply typed out, but I'm not sure this is the place for it lol not to mention I tend to lose "friends" when I start discussing politics and or religion.
I will say I do not believe the country we have now is the country the founders envisioned. had they known how their language and ideas were going to be twisted and used, not one would've signed the constitution.
Im not a person who cares what other people think of me, if I have something to say Ill say it, without questioning and debate we cannot grow or gain from another...as long as its not against policy or rule in the area Im in. If people dont like you for you than those are people who do not need your respect or attention, there are others out there that welcome ideas and conversation (even if they disagree with you). The vaping community, especially the building end seem to be pretty open to conversation and understanding...most of us like to put effort into more than just building and it leaks into all facets including politics. In many places today people are just ill informed and fear what they dont have knowledge of or dont understand and those people are ones that frown at others who talk openly. Speaking out and informing those in places where the discussion may never be brought up could turn a few heads, but it could also make some curious and those are people that may one day see past the veil of illusion and propaganda...If one never makes a statement or debate those individuals may carry on willfully and unknowingly fighting against themselves forever.I'm a good mix of originalist/libertarian/conservative depending on which issue I happen to be discussing. That tsuka is actually pretty easy, its a alien framed staple except they used ribbon as the Clapton for the decore.
Correct, they only claptoned using the ribbon, the "twist" you can see below the stitching in the center over the core is a good sign it was a clapton originally. Razorback would stand on edge with no twist....and is difficult! Round wire aliens also have the same twist, you just dont see it as pronounced because....its round

I used 26g Decore, 28g Frames and 6ply .3R for the Core. If you use 22g you can get the Alien wave much more apparent....like below:
Using larger Ribbon, using .3 in this example. It akes a bit more effort with larger Ribbon as the clapton as its less likely to cooperate with you, .4t is a nightmare...

I've tried almost all kind of builds, braidator produces the best flavor (slentre braid) staggered slentre braid produces more th IMO. Even only 3 cores round wires. 7loops is better than 5 loops. Never tried alien staggered, though @raymo2u , u forgot to send me your build when you sent clamps

Yeah he's the best, you need nylon pliers for decore. Just do usual clapton with ribbon and press the ribbon with you pliers close to the core and drill.
