Mini Messes RDA, its only 15 bucks and its quality rivals the fullsize authentic, plus it can come with the 13H9H Ring and fins, I bought both and mix matched...I like the Fins so I put them on all my TM rdas. I wish the Derringer/Bambino/Snubnose Topcap would fit it as it would be pretty great for mid subohm builds and look great on the CoV Volt mod...

I know for one thing I am buying a Point Blank Lite mod! Im also grabbing the Geekvape Avacodo and 521, Efest Luc6 and 25 25R5's, load up on more wire (Mostly SS/N80) and some other gear Ive been needing/checking out.

Yea I dont have the space to reload but I am looking forward to paying off a Kimber Crimson Carry Ultra with some extra milling on it! I wanted cuts on the slide front and back, 20lpi front strap and 25 rear and add a nice bevel to the magwell. Theres nothing like firing a custom 3" Bull barrel 1911 in 45ACP
Im getting the Lite version of the PBM, its 189, the 24K is out of production...same with the Magnum mod (4HC), thats why I cant get those
Yes... The clone has no removable/replaceable tubes and has a interchangeable drip tips... The authentic at eciggity is the way to go. I'm sure you'll see more of it with any upcoming builds I'm doing. Phenomenal flavor and vapor production.

I got to play with a friend's Dan Wesson $2,700 1911. It was nice but you couldnt shoot more then 100 rounds or so without cleaning it because the tolerances were just TO tight. kimbers seen to be right at the perfect tightness that you can actually shoot them and they will work for quite a few rounds.Yea I dont have the space to reload but I am looking forward to paying off a Kimber Crimson Carry Ultra with some extra milling on it! got my origin clone and patriot in last night. tested them out and determined that the airflow was too restricted on the patriot. so i grabbed some 1/16 titanium bits and drilled some holes. problem is after 3 new holes on each side the drill bits were too dull to finish, so my last 2 holes on each side slid out of place. now my new atty looks like shit.
and i learned the hard way, not to forget to lock the ring on the mod when installing coils. just permanently changed my fingerprints.

I cleaned/polished up all my Tubes I had laying around and then pulled out my Drilled/Filed Derringers to match, That Brass mod hits pretty damn hard compared to most other tubes Ive tried....

ive tried a few builds in this tube mod now and i still cant find one that produces and good warm vape with little ramp up time and plenty of vapor. ive got dual 22g 10 wrap nanos in there now and its only so-so. any ideas?
i have all even guages of kanthal and some 26 nichrome. im using samsung 25R or mxjo 2500. i know the mxjo is crap but it came the mod. im building on the patriot clone pictured above with drilled out post holes and airflow.

single or dual coils?
Hopefully it fits...My Nimbus posts wouldnt even fit 26g....It was released around the same time as the Patriot...
ive drilled out the post holes to accomodate almost any dual coil builds i put in there. i looked around and found that i had a couple of 28k/38k 6.5 wrap alien coils around so i put one and then both in there. its not a bad vape but i was expecting alot more from it. should i expand my builds to include nichrome or something? would using other materials improve my vapor quality and volume?
I drilled my Nimbus out similair to how Continuous Current did the Tactical Warhead RDA. 4mm Holes mirrored, its not loose or tight but just right and it doesnt look terrible. I also drilled out the holes to 2.2mm so it can fit heartier builds...
i went ahead and used wire wizard and decided to try dual coil parallel 26a80 8 wrap 2.5mm. it made a hell of a difference. the ramp up time is alot faster than with the kanthal and the resistance is much low compared to kanthal. guess ill have to start buying some nichrome.
Yea Nichrome is lower resistance wire, it contains Nickle. It was sold as "Competition Wire" back in the day and people found out it was Nichrome...They still sell it as better wire but its still just N80/N60 wire. Its great for Colored Coils also
its been a big morning for me. my velocity clone just came in and so did 3000' of kanthal i ordered. now im just waiting on my batteries. tomorrow im going to pick up a comp kennedy. next month ill order some nichrome and twisted messes rda. time to do some builds.
I have some .4x.1 n80 ribbon that I want to make a framed staple with. Not sure how many ribbon to put as the core. I will frame with 26 n80 or 24k if needing more resistance. This is going into my ivogo velocity rta.
Any ideas? Never worked with ribbon wire before.

nope. nothing bigger than the sigelei 150 and no atomizer big enough to fire it. cant even get it to wrap smaller than 4mm id or the staples snap.
I know how that is, I sent almost 2 hours hand wrapping a Framed Stapled Helix and made almost 3ft of it. Went to wrap it and every wrap it broke somewhere and folded and warped. I stopped Staples until Scarecrow and Chef got me into them again....Ive had a much better experience since then.
This is that Handwrapped Wire that was totally useless besides as it was...(In the Second Pic its the furthest to the left)
Bump I wanna build something new tonight but the ribbons have me corn-fused!

The ribbons are vertical. The frames (use 26g or 28g for 0.4mm ribbon) should be on the flat sides of the ribbon. 6 pieces of ribbon wire is the norm for staple coils, but you can obviously change that to anything you like. Wrap with 36, 38, or 40 gauge and you'll be a happy Midwesterner.
The core is what I was looking for. Gonna build and report back! Grassy ass!

I made the shift to nichrome about a month ago. Enormous improvement in ramp time. I understand taste is subjective but I feel I get a cleaner taste as well

I may have just had the mental and spiritual equivalent of an orgasm or i just had a stroke... This here is a 33k/38k alien. How this came out i have no clue but i have nearly 4 full inches of pristine micro alien wire and no idea what to do with it.
i may have to call this potato coil because i really need a macro lense

killer piece of wire.
i started spinning small Claptons earlier this week. 32K/38K, up to 2' long. i feed the loose end of the core wire through a drinking straw, and get my wife to hold it for me. by the time it drops out the end, the core wire won't flop around and twist up.
crazy fun.
Airflow is the same as a velocity. It is just a velocity RDA sitting on top of a tank.
Down side... I had an awesome sneezing fit while holding it and dropped it. Boom went the pyrex and of course they didn't send a second tank... So only got to vape it like a RDA. Very smooth and nice but can't test out the wicking.
Gotta love concrete floors...
