She said she took it easy on us. However, it nearly killed me. It was definitely a workout.
Apparently, she teaches Ashtanga yoga, which I guess, is a little more rigorous than some others.
I stretched things I didn't know you could stretch and I take back what I said earlier about being good at breathing. I suck at it. Spent a lot of time holding my breath, I think. Dunno.
After a lil nap, I still got my run in though. Feels good!
If you keep it up, you'll get really strong really quick. Yoga is awesome. I once took classes with a guy who was about 80 and could barely stand up straight, and within about 6 or 8 weeks he was moving like a whipper snapper.
Looking forward to pics of the dreadlocks and fisherman pants.
I've been on a soup cooking spree lately. Last weekend I made huge pots of chicken noodle, and split pea with ham. Right now I'm making this lentil/leek/sweet potato thing I found online. Not sure what I'll do tomorrow. Chicken chili, maybe?

So I switched my misfit fitness watch from my wrist to the belt clip. Suddenly my step count jumped way higher. I don't think it was counting my steps correctly, like if I wasn't swinging my arms while walking it wasn't counting. Wasn't ever meeting my goal and now am exceeding it every day. Time to bump it up a bit.

Snow on the mountains is always a beautiful sight. And what a sunrise!
Sunsets tend to be pretty cool here. I'll have to remember to take pics one of these days.
These are the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. I live in Salt Lake City, which Are at 3500' above sea level. My house is up on the east "bench" at 5000', and I can drive 14-20 minutes and get up to 11000'. Beautiful country, although I miss forests, it's pretty rugged here.

It appears as if I have lost my iPV D2. I haz a sad. I will probably find it in my truck at some point....maybe. It was one of those things where it was in my hand one moment and gone the next. I did have my hands full as I left the car and got into the truck but that is no excuse. On the good side, I have to get another mod.
I am looking at the iPV D3. Is there anything else I should consider? I watched reviews and it seems as though the iPV is still the go to for the single 18650 TC mod. Opinions? Advice? Oh and please hurry cause I am in one of those "gotta have it NOW" moods. I really miss my lil D2.

Just got an IPV D3 recently and I love it! I'm so impressed with the size and battery life.

Currently, they are forecasting about 14" for us starting tonight and finishing on Tuesday about noon. Hopefully our trucks will be snowed in and I can stay home. We need my income, but somehow I just don't feel motivated to get out there, chain up and fight the roads. Freight is pretty slow right now so maybe I can get a break.
Don't want to throw the big headed baby out with the bathwater though. The longer I wait to go out, the less chance I have of being home for the Super Bowl! Gotta spend half with Stan and half with mom. Stan HATES any sort of hospital so his visits are pretty short. I wish mom could transfer from her chair to the car but her legs aren't working well anymore. She would so love to be here for a Super Bowl party.
We have a few nights coming up that will be in single digits. Think -14C

Thank you! I read that battery life might be improved and that would be great. I can go through 3 batteries/day when I am using the D2 exclusively.
It does but I am too late to schedule one. I don't plan ahead very well.

Good to see you posting Glow. Sorry I haven't been around much I seem to be totally engrossed in drawing at the moment. Oh an we decided to splurge and get new recliners since the ones we had were uncomfortable for both of us. We got a pair of Lazyboys and neither one of us has seen a show all the way through yet, they are so comfortable we both drop right off to sleep. lol
Good for both of you. We got DH a Lazy Boy this time for the same reasons. He does like it. We also got a new couch with two recliners but we don't use the recliners there very much. The recliner that we replaced for him is still in great shape and fairly new so I use it now and again.
I don't sleep on recliners or couches. I really wish I could! I start snorting and gasping for breath if I sleep without my CPAP so my naps are in bed. Works for me! No TV in the bedroom. We have never wanted one there. I don't do much TV anyway.

I have no words of advice regarding the purchase of a D3. I just ordered an RX200 and another Crown tank. They should arrive by Friday. I've come to love the simplicity of using these tanks and regulated mods. It's almost as easy as pulling a cigarette out of a pack. I like simple some times.
I have become very lazy. The SubTank and the Crown are my basic tanks with the D2 and iPV 4. I usually have both up and running at any given time but I do lean to the D2. I hate the battery life but it is nice and small. So, I just ordered another Crown and the D3 to replace lost ones. The Crown is only $19.99 for the silver and $22.99 for the black at Vape Royalty. Less than I paid at Fastech for the first one!

Yep. The RX200 is a 3 battery mod, slightly bigger than the Boxer. I got the rose gold Crown for it. A friend at work has that combination, so I'm blaming him for this expense. I might have to visit Vape Royalty and grab a couple more Crowns at that price, so I'll blame you for that expense (if it occurs).
