I don’t know if I can wait until the end of the year to retire. Had a mindless meeting with our semi-retired gm. He is supposedly the mouthpiece for the owner and was relaying what he wants. More work responsibilities with the same pay. I brought up some HR concerns and he told me to take the initiative and look into it. I’m going to follow what he told me a while back and not say anything if I don’t know what I’m talking about.

HR was removed from most locations 2 years ago and can only be spoken to by appointment….because, you know, HR issues are usually minor and can wait days or weeks to be addressed.I do container dispatch not HR.
