It's not as big here

Dusk isn't until 8pm+. Which means trick or treating is generally in broad daylight

Nothing wrong with broads doing tricks in the daylight. There’s a truck stop down the road with that going on nonstop…….or so I’ve heard.

You should dress up as dead Freddie for Halloween….that would be scary. And if you get tired you can just quit and go somewhere else.
Easy-peasy.

I have only encountered trick or treaters once living in this unit

Very polite young boys. I told them I didn't have any treats. Kid pulled the whole "It's okay, you're doing it tough. I get it"

No! You don't understand the assignment. Did you even pack toilet paper to vandalise my house at all?

Toilet paper, and eggs are to pricey these days to be throwing around. A half stick of dynamite is cheaper and more effective.

We use to get a lot of trick or treaters until about 7 or 8 years ago. Now you might see 10 running around. We go dark and don’t participate anymore but we do put together big treat bags for the kids we know in the neighborhood and we take those to them very early on Halloween.

I don't know if I know any children

My youngest nephew is legally an adult here (He's 18 which I don't think counts in murika. You say 21?)

17 to catch a felony charge
21 to drink legally
I think legal marriage age varies by state. But in Alabama….and grannybears backyard it’s around 11 years old.

Do you know what the 14 year old Alabama girl said after having sex?

Get off me daddy. Your crushing my cigarettes.

True story.

He's been doing his best to catch an STD for several years. He started young. Unlike my 5 other chaste niblings

By now I’m sure you are all aware that the HAWKEYES dominated penn state and won their game. And by dominating I mean they sucked just a tiny bit less than them and squeaked out a 1 point victory against a team that has no coach and whose starting QB is out for the year. On top of that the hucking fuskers got bit by a gopher Friday night so it was a good football weekend. I hope that gopher had rabies.

Thanks for your continued support.

i've started a perpetual stew AKA forever soup

I won't keep it extremely long. But do you know these?

Stock in slow cooker, add what's at hand (veg, protein) spices, wine etc

Each day eat a bit, and add whatever's at hand

Viking food. People keep them going for years. I just want maybe a week long stew

Never heard of it. I could do it but know my wife wouldn’t. She would be sure that she had food poisoning every day. But I could do that. I’m the leftover guy in our house. I get all the used food. Certain things I make are mainly for using up leftovers. Ramen and omelettes are 2 of my main leftover bases. I’ve had some unique omelette and ramen dishes…some not so good but some really good ones. Fajita omelettes are my favorite.

Day two

My pantry and fridge options are limited until I shop tomorrow. I might add some pasta today
