so I went and joined a gym.
yep, that’s what I said. Its actually a good neighborhood athletic club. Hand carried my PT routine to a trainer. Nice lady. I did 15 min on bike and 5-6 machine exercises on LOW weight. Wednesday with her and Friday all by myself
Planned on this in March, but with this and that and Covid, it kept getting pushed back. I’ve needed this for a long time.
