I wanted to be thrifty and built on my Zephyrus since I pocket burned up my only coil for that. Was easy and great flavor.. And shortly after started leaking lol.

Hey Hawk, may be making a short and early in the day trip to Omaha Sat. There a decent place there you recommend grabbing a coil or two at? I'll be at the Elks Lodge, where ever that is.

S 96th St it says.

You guys know about vape meets, well I'm thinking about going to a frag (coral) swap lol.

Contrary to its name, its really just vendors and guys who have tons of corals they're thinning out setting up in one place trying to sell a bunch.

There's a whole community similar to this so it'd be cool to meet some guys and spend some money on new pieces with a ton to choose from.

But my company is sponsoring a hockey game 45 min away from me and our local-ish team is playing Team USA that same day so it's making it a difficult decision.

anyone tried WTAs?

i ordered two lots, one from mothers milk, one from wholecig to try out. Then just read elsewhere that wholecig is/was/did close up shop, so not sure if i will get that

might work out cheaper than importing swedish snus for me

Getting my dibi back this week. Loaned it out so someone could try squonking before buying a pc wood mod squonker. She didn't use it, just admired it and is sending it back with cupcakes lol

How is the house coming? Are you still painting?

LOL I've had a break from painting for a while now. Hubby's been on a 2 week hiatus...sort of. He's been tinkering with basement electric stuff in preparation for building my new studio, and we've been getting the remainder of the old furniture and stuff out of there. Then hopefully this week he's going to start working on the kitchen, which he's been procrastinating on, since it's probably the most complicated part of this whole reno. I figure by summer we'll have everything all done. It really is taking forever, but not that bad considering it's been a job for one man who works full time and me with my limited abilities.
Anyway...really happy to see you. I hope everything in your world starts to calm down a bit. We miss you!

And good morning to all my Knuckles. XO

I just finished my only coffee of the day. I had been overdoing it for a while and started to get some wicked heartburn. I feel better now, but I miss my coffee during the day. Herbal tea is not the same.

no, it is not. I do like herbal tea, but it isn't coffee

any sun in your forecast? still 80-90 here as far as the forecast casts

Sounds like you have it under control! Just keep crackin' that whip, k? LOL J/K........ I wouldn't want to start a kitchen reno, either. My dad does that kind of stuff for a living. We were lucky in that when we bought our home he's the one that put in all of our new windows, fixed pipes and showers, etc. Mike isn't very good at that stuff and hates that I can do more than he around the house.....lol That's what he gets for marrying a gal whose father always showed her how to fix stuff (nothing complicated like electrical stuff). Summer will be here before you know it and the house will be just as you planned!

Just went and looked at it. Interesting lil setup. Will probably end up in my hands if the reviews aren't too terrible. Why? Cause I don't need it at all and I haven't bought anything I don't need at all in a very long while.
Sounds pretty lousy. Bottle setup is like the squonk flask that was famed for a shit bottle set up. Fixed voltage like an ego but fires lower.

Might try the attie if reviews are good.

So a nameless someone is sending me a VTC mini, and I have no idea what to put on it. Any suggestions? If I'm going this route, I want a tank with premade coils instead of rebuildable, and preferably .5 ohm and above. Not really interested in temp control, unless someone can convince me that I should be. All suggestions welcome.
What say ye?
I have the Crown and a few SubTanks. I like them both. I tend to use the full size ST the most when I am driving. If I am going to be lazy, use premade coils and temp control, I want the most juice I can get and then I can be really lazy. I think Hawk is very pleased with his Zephyrus. Sweet Vapes frequently has the coils at decent prices.

You can get flat top AW batteries now, that is what I am replacing all of mine with, I got sick of nearly new batteries with cracked and chipped wraps.
I don't recommend the Saucecode coils at all, I didn't have any luck with them at all but am enjoying my Saucecode with Atlantis coils.

Oh and for your question about temp control, it's ok but I rarely use it, just because a mod has temp control doesn't mean you can't use and enjoy it in watt mode. :) Temp control coils don't seem to last very long, and on that note the Crown coils last nearly forever, my first one lasted 4 months with heavy daily use.
I have been using the efest purple batteries and the baby blue ones (?) primarily. I am pleased with them. In my single 18650 mods, I am using up my unpaired batteries. I have a few pairs that only get used in the serial mods.

Question, and a very important one: When/if a battery starts to show "bubbles" in the wrapping, does this mean it is about to go boom? Do they need to go to the big battery heaven in the sky?

mostly no. But depending on your contacts, that outside edge [negative] if exposed could short against something positive. Most vape stores sell battery wraps cheap

Such a sweetie! ***mwah***. No kissy smiley, either.

I wish I was at the river, Dan. Just life happening. We've had some set backs with my brother and school has been pretty hectic (many late nights).....So, I'm hoping I can come up for air for a bit.

I miss all of you guys!!!

so @glowplug manning announcing his retirement just showed up on my facebook. He was pretty much the only name i knew
I knew he was going to announce something but I thought it was to be weeks ago...I think I am pleased that he is retiring. I hated to think he would move to another team and try to keep playing. Supposedly, he was thinking about that. We knew that he wasn't going to be a Bronco because they were using the $$ from his salary to recruit other players or some such thing.

Will have to wait and see if Elway et al. decide to go with Osweiler as the starter or pick up another QB with more experience. If so, it will be a rough season. The young man is good but he is young and needs some experience. Can't get experience without playing, right?

Very nice Always! 4x4 I presume? I do like white cars. Mine is dark grey/black. Ya takes what ya can get in the second hand market, right?
No 4x4 but it handles the snow pretty well so far. And yup the white is gorgeous, for a minute. It's now covered in mud and grime from 2 days of Ohio roads. But I love how it looks and drives, and second hand saved us about $8,000 but it's still like new

We have a great defense and the offense isn't too shabby. If this is a rebuilding year of sorts, I can still enjoy the season. Elway is very competitive. I bet he has a plan in place to keep the Broncos from embarrassing themselves. Damn. I miss football.
