Welcome to my world. I am this way without medication. At least when I am having a good day! LOL
Lol I wouldn't know a good day if it hit me. Fibro or whatever the heck this is is kicking my butt lately. Weather definitely isn't helping

To be perfectly honest, I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. The pain is non stop. I can sleep all night for 10 hours, nap in the afternoon and go back to bed at 10p.m. and fall back asleep in about 15 minutes. Fibro totally sucks!!! Menopause hot flashes were easy compared to these damn Fibro hot surges!

OK, I think I needed a moment to feel sorry for myself. Maybe it is the weather. I do know it can make it worse.

I have lived with this crap for years so I will be just fine and keep on keeping on. Most of the time I am just fine with it. It is what it is as our loverly Megan would say.

I am very sorry you are going through this. (((((always)))))

It's OK to feel sorry for ourselves sometimes, keeps me from going crazy. I try not to be whiny but sometimes I just need to. But I figure someone else has it worse so like you said, just keep on keeping on. Too many people relying on me to let myself be too down I guess.

I definitely understand the tired and achy. Many hugs to you love, take care of you. I don't think I could hold down a full time job at this point so props to you for that. Xoxoxo

Hi sweet feet.
Today I cleaned the garage and cleaned the winter off of my truck Windows.
Both were major undertakings. And shopped on line....but I didn't buy anything. If I can't get all of the things I want right now then I need nothing right now.

You want me to order a mech' galacktika for you?
Have a hastur rda and some kanger and aspire coils in the cart at vapordna too . . . .. .o_O

Really really liking my Hastur! I put a big fused Clapton coil in it, with the squonk center pin, on my Reo and it's very tasty, squonk a great. Worth every penny. Always wanted a bf atty that could take fancy coils.

The weather here this week has turned to spring and I have been in run around mode, tuesday a trip to the dealership for maintenance and a recall reprogramming of the transmission in my car which pretty much supercharged it. :) Then today his cousin wanted me to run to Chattanooga with her, tomorrow pay bills, and then Monday our quarterly trip to Atlanta. Oh and we have to fit a birthday dinner in there somewhere since Monday is his cousin's birthday. Whew, I'm worn out.

It's cheaper than a rm2 at vapordna right now. The 5 packs of coils cost almost as much.
Has any one used the kanger ssoc and or the triton clapton coils? Wondering if it will make a difference in my tanks.

I was eyeballing a new razor, brush and shaving pucks/creams. Could spend as much as $400(no I won't....lol..) or less than $100. Was also looking at the myriad of blades. Kinda a crap shoot. Blade X will perform differently on razor 2 as it will on razor 1. Most buy the razor of choice and a sampler of blades.

You know whats geekier than a vaper?
Somebody that shops for razors/blades/creams or pucks and brushes....lol...

I'm so fugly I need all the help I can get in the grooming dept.
Plus.....I hate to shave...or hated to...until I started pampering myself a bit in the shaving department.
Takes longer but is a soothing ritual. And the finished product is unbelievable.

I'm in big-time whiney mode tonight. Not sleeping, or terrible night sweats and bad dreams when I do sleep. Keeps me feeling icky all day.
Feeling sorry for myself and not ashamed to say it.
Lack of sleep makes me pretty fugly too. But yes, I'll get through it and keep on and all of that.
Maybe I need to trade in my wax strips for a fancy shaving kit. :p

<<face palm moji....if we had one>>
Was hoping the whole moosestache thing was behind us. I did say it wasn't noticeable.....lol.....
And you're too pretty to be fugly. The Swede and I are fugly.....you're angelic.
Not being able to sleep sucks. I can fall asleep lickity split, but wake up every hour. Cuts into my REM sleep and gives me the crankies. Hope you sleep like a log tonight.

Thank you Hawkie.
And if the moostache was behind me, would it be considered a tail?

No time for ritual when I'm getting ready for work - I shave in the shower to save time . .. . .

Is that the Swedish blood that allowed me to dry shave in the army even though my facial hair grew twice as fast as everyone else's? I just stay scruffy and use a beard trimmer.

@Merbear, what do you think about the possibility of Kapernick becoming a Bronco? I am not sure how I feel about it...
Yeah, saw that info...wow...there was a point when he was awesome, but his supporting cast (o-line, some receivers) changed and his flaws were really magnified. He just can't see the whole field to make his reads. He panics and makes bad decisions, bad throws. But man, he's a freak of nature athlete. 5 yards from a Super Bowl win. Man has skilz:) I think he needs change of scenery. Can't wait to see what happens...

Yeah, me too. It will be interesting no matter what happens. I do trust Elway's decisions but I would prefer someone other than Kaepernick (heck, I can't even spell his name!).

Did you know if you slice open that area in your palm between your thumb and index finger it takes 12 stitches to close it back up? It must not happen very often as the ER doc called everyone wearing scrubs to come take a gander. Lidocaine going in hurt a bit. Lidocaine wearing off hurts like sumbiatch. :)

Good Morning!!

This whole 63° when I go for my run thing is pretty awesome. Way better than 20°.
May ride the bike today.

Em, I really hope you're not reading this and sleeping like a baby.

I've never put much time or effort in to shaving, and certainly not money. Hawks got me thinking about pampering myself though. My wife would think I'm up to no good for sure. Sudden urge to exercise, expensive shaving balms, yeah, I may forego the shaving thing and just keep running.

Morning 22.

Sorry to hear about your accident storm.

Today is finally button day on my pinch. I seem to curse modders, if during my turn they don't have mod issues, something irl will break like a motorcycle.

What happened? Hope you got some rest and that it heals quickly!

Morning dog!

Rode the bike, then went for a short walk with k again. Got over 7 miles in.

Getting close on the pinch. At least it wasn't your mod that's been giving him fits.

Good morning all. I slept a little last night. Still struggling.
I just found out something interesting. I had a tiny, and I mean tiny cut below my lower lip and it wouldn't stop gushing blood for almost an hour. I remembered that nic constricts blood vessels, so I put a drop of flavorless 6 mg on a q-tip and held it over the cut and it stopped. Hallelujah. I seriously thought I was going to have to go to the ER.

Hopefully, you didn't hit any nerves or tendons. My thumb "poke" took two stitches to close, but another surgery and 4 months of rehab' to get it working again. .. . .
