Regardless I have to wait for my crispy, new HG2's to charge... I was just hoping to have my girl dressed up for the night before I took her out on the town!

None actually. I have my Petri 1.5 clone all set up with some 316L dualies! I have a Herakles and I like it, but I really want to use SS with it and I have yet to find a decent RBA head for it.

If you're waiting on a Mormon set to charge... just use any on hand to power up and connect.
You won't affect the batteries.
My last one is on 97% so I'm going to wait it out. The bad news is that my week old Luc6 Blu charger's sixth bay shit the bed. I had a buddy at a local shop JUST tell me that it might happen. Pisses me off since it's the 2-amp bay, not that I ever planned on charging that way anyway.

I can't get this damn update application to recognize my mod. Any Mac users out there have any ideas??

Well that's sucky, my Luc4 is still chuggin' along. I understand 1 & 6 are the 2As, but can you do 4x1A without them?
That's the norm for me, never used 2A. In fact I just pulled 4 90 seconds ago.
Basically so long as I have 4 bays still working I'm happy. I have 5 now so fingers crossed.

I can still have all 5 at 1 amp if need be.

Okay so 316L works fantastic in SS mode. TC is working nicely. I'll update if anything changes.

Ni200 is on point so far. Titanium is not as good as the DNA version so far.

Well... yeah. :(

It's pretty cool and I'd like to see them (Wismec & JayBo) do a 133w 2 cell enclosure.
But with what's out now and what's coming soon (and the Kanger Nichrome TC) I'd have hoped that TCR adjust would be a no brainer in a high watt mod. Even one this inexpensive.

Firmware updateability holds promise, but not to the level of adding major features... IMO.
It is what it is. I'll still probably get one soon. :p
I agree if this heavy ass Koopor I just got in for kicks can do it I would think they all would be leaning toward this.. especially since as you know the TCR os SS is all over depending on the grade

You sure?

304 TCR in vaping range 1016×10-6
316 TCR in vaping range 880×10-6
316L TCR in vaping range 879×10-6
317L TCR in vaping range 940×10-6
430 TCR in vaping range 1380×10-6

:D
I had to adjust this Koopor for 304 thats a wide margin betwen 304 and 316 and 304 -- 430

I think my i40TC and i100 are each good value for the price.
And I think the RX will be as well (I think the TC is still shaking out, just a bit).

The 3 cell 18650 alone makes possible a tremendously stable, flat, high wattage TC vape from a budget mod. That's big. Uuuuuuuge even. :p

But no fiddling keeps it an iStick. :(
I like your honest approach... Much like this Koopor I got on sale the screen is so freaking dark its almost unreadable but it does work it surely is the heaviest mod I have owned that is Regulated its a weapon

With the passing of my mom last night I needed something to take my mind off of everything. So I figured why not play with software I hate.
I opened up escribe and started to get to know it.
I googled and played googled and played some more. And what do you know I got it.
Went to B&M bought a dna rouleaux. Configured it. And in SS mode next to the rx the dna is a little smoother in temp mode. And TI is definitely better on the DNA.
But for the most part the vape is almost the same.

Oh man, really sorry to hear that. Glad you have a hobby that can take your mind off things. Loving that DNA screen or what?

The screen is a definite improvement over the rx. The added features are nice and the vape is smooth. But was it worth $179 tag I don't think so. Reason I say that I had to do all the work to get the vape I wanted lol

Maybe 100 bucks that's the right price for the DNA 200

But it did go up to 200 with a .14 build...
My condolences my friend!!

My local B&M isn't a price hound. He has another business he started this one to help people.

Opened a business to help people?? Nobody opens a business to help people. Although some people may open a business to make money that also helps people.

Really? You ever hear of a non-profit. They're businesses.

They are also usually tax shelters.
A non profit just means you can show a profit at the end of the year. That doesn't mean that the 'ceo' can't 'earn' a 'salary' its just a nice way to formulate paperwork, receive grants and shuffle money.

Right, totally get that. My point was a lot of non profits are opened for the purpose of helping people.

And im saying that the help is only because someone is making a nice chunk of money doing so. In other words the motive is not the help, the motive is the money.
We are saying the same thing its the motive that Im focusing on.

Wow. Regardless, a vape shop owner with fair pricing did not open his business specifically to help people, although that may be what he is indirectly doing as he earns his income. It sounds like great marketing though!

I see your point I just choose to be less cynical about it.

Actually he did open it to directly help people. The owner has been a personal friend for years. He kicked his smoking habit. He was the first vape shop to open his door in our area. And he did so funding it out of his own pocket. Yes he makes money but he truly cares. And he will and has given people products for free just to keep them from smoking. So please don't pass judgment on things you are not completely aware of. Doing so you make an ass out of you, me and Ed. And poor Ed don't deserve it.

He enjoys what he does. He's not in it solely to help people. Don't be naive.

What does it matter? The owner sounds like a nice guy and has good prices.

Day 2 of my RX200 is going well, but the screen side does get warm with chain vaping. Other than that, all gravy!

After 3-4 hits vaping the TFV4 quad coil at 90w my RX warms up a little on the screen side..I think that's normal as the tank itself is right above it and gets alot warmer than the mod itself...this is also Day 2, and I'm really liking this mod!

I have a TFV4 and it does warm up, especially at 90 watts. I really don't use mine much anymore, but I do remember it heating up my mods much more than my Billow V2's or Bellus that I tend to run in the 30-40 watt range. I guess that statement falls into the duh category (you mean to tell us 90 watts produces more heat than 30-40 lol). I'm laughing at myself :)

Cheers,
Steve
